基于DOM的Web信息提取

当前，Web已经成为人们获取信息的主要渠道之一。然而，用于表达Web页面信息的HTML语言存在着与生俱来的缺点。HTML的“标记”只是告诉浏览器软件如何显示所定义的信息，却不包含任何语义。因此由HTML语言所表述的Web页面经过浏览器分析后只适合人们浏览，不适合作为一种数据交换的方式由机器处理。该文以文档对象模型DOM为基础，把所要提取的信息在DOM层次结构中的路径作为信息抽取的“坐标”，并以这个基本原理为基础设计了一种归纳学习算法来半自动地生成提取规则，然后根据提取规则生成Java类.生成的Java类可以作为Web数据源包装器组成的重要构件。

本文介绍交互式图形工具XYZ/BESE，它能将任意时序逻辑语言XYZ/E的子语言XYZ/BE表示的程序转换成结构化程序．如以XYZ/BE作为中间语言，并将这工具与XYZ与系统中源语言转换系统XYZ/CCSS结合起来，即可将任意其它源语盲的程序转换成为结构化程序．本系统是用XYZ/E的交互式图形设计工具XYZ/CFC实现的。结构化转换过程用图形表示，可增加其直观性，使这变换易于理解．

European Community policy and the market

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. It concludes that while there are grounds to be optimistic about the contribution EC programmes can make to the efficiency and standard of education and training, they are still too technology driven.

Abstract This paper describes an approach to the design of interactive multimedia materials being developed in a European Community project. The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Conditions needed for fruitful dialogue are described and the generic model for learning design used in the project is explained.     

一种自适应子融合集成多分类器方法

融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。
