Multicriteria decision making (MCDM) has been attracting attention in recent years. There are two essential directions in the research territory, one direction is the research of representation of evaluation information and another is the construction of ranking function. In this paper, we consider some nonstandard fuzzy sets, intuitionistic, and interval‐valued fuzzy sets. Especially, the Pythagorean membership grade and Pythagorean fuzzy set receive much attention. Then, to reflect the importance of principal value, we shall propose the principal‐value Pythagorean fuzzy number (p‐PFN) and principal‐value Pythagorean fuzzy set. Furthermore, a novel ranking function is constructed to select the ideal alternative(s) based on p‐PFNs in MCDM. Finally, an investment strategy decision‐making problem is proposed to reveal the availability and practicability of the function under the new environment.  相似文献

针对直觉模糊双边匹配问题,基于新的排序函数提出一种考虑匹配意愿的双边匹配决策方法.给出新的直觉模糊集排序函数的相关理论;描述考虑主体匹配意愿的直觉模糊双边匹配问题.决策方法如下:首先依据新的排序函数将直觉模糊偏好转换为排序值偏好;基于排序值矩阵、匹配意愿矩阵和匹配矩阵,建立考虑匹配意愿的多目标双边匹配模型;考虑到双方所有主体在大多数情形下所处的地位相同,使用均值法将多目标模型转化为单目标模型,进而通过模型求解获得双边匹配方案.算例分析进一步表明了所提出决策方法的有效性.  相似文献

Linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets can be regarded as a qualitative form of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. This type of fuzzy sets uses a linguistic membership degree and a linguistic non-membership degree to represent the qualitative preferred and non-preferred judgments of decision makers. Preference relation is a useful and efficient tool for decision making that only requires the decision makers to compare two objects at one time. Taking the advantages of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy sets and preference relations, this paper introduces linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (LIFPRs) and studies their application to decision making. To ensure the ranking of objects reasonably, an additive consistency concept is introduced, and several of its desirable properties are discussed. To cope with inconsistent and incomplete LIFPRs, programming model-based methods to derive additively consistent LIFPRs and determine missing values are constructed, respectively. Subsequently, an approach to multi-criteria decision making with LIFPRs is offered, and the application of the new approach is illustrated by using a decision-making problem about evaluating mobile phones.  相似文献

本文首先提出群区间直觉模糊有序加权几何(groupinterval-valuedintuitionistic fuzzy orderedweighted geometric,GIVIFOWG)算子和群区间直觉模糊有序加权平均(group interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging,GIVIFOWA)算子.利用GIVIFOWG算子或GIVIFOWA算子聚集群的决策矩阵以获得方案在属性上的综合区间直觉模糊决策矩阵(collectiveinterval-valuedintuitionistic fuzzy decision-matrix,CIVIFDM).然后定义了一个考虑犹豫度的区间直觉模糊熵(interval-valuedintuitionistic fuzzyentropy,IVIFE);通过熵衡量每个属性所含的信息来求解属性权重.最后,提出基于可能度的接近理想解的区间排序法(interval technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,ITOPSIS)和区间得分函数法.在ITOPSIS法中,依据区间距离公式计算候选方案和理想方案的属性加权区间距离,进而采用ITOPSIS准则对各方案进行排序;在区间得分函数法中,算出CIVIFDM中各方案的得分值以及精确值,然后利用区间得分准则对各方案进行排序.实验结果验证了决策方法的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for multicriteria fuzzy decision making based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, where interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values are used to represent evaluating values of the decision-maker with respect to alternatives. First, we propose a new method for ranking interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values. Based on the proposed fuzzy ranking method of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values, we propose a new method for multicriteria fuzzy decision making. The proposed multicriteria fuzzy decision making method outperforms Ye’s method (2009) due to the fact that the proposed method can overcome the drawback of Ye’s method (2009), where the drawback of Ye’s method is that it can not distinguish the ranking order between alternatives in some situations. The proposed method provides us with a useful way for dealing with multicriteria fuzzy decision making problems based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets.  相似文献

Out of several generalizations of fuzzy set theory for various objectives, the notions introduced by Atanassov, 1983, Atanassov and Gargov, 1989 in defining intuitionistic fuzzy sets and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are interesting and very useful in modeling real life problems. Ranking of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets plays a vital role in decision-making, data analysis, artificial intelligence and socioeconomic system and it was studied in Xu, 2007c, Xu and Chen, 2007a, Ye, 2009. In this paper a new method for ranking interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets has been introduced and studied. The method is illustrated by numerical examples and compared with other methods. And then a new method for handling multi-criteria fuzzy decision-making problems based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets is presented in which criterion values for alternatives are interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The method proposed here can provide a useful way to efficiently help the decision-maker to make his decision. An illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

A new accuracy function for the theory of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set, which overcomes some difficulties arising in the existing methods for determining rank of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, is proposed by taking into account the hesitancy degree of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. By comparing it with several proposed accuracy functions, the necessity and efficiency of our accuracy function are provided by giving related examples. A fuzzy multicriteria decision making method is established to select the best alternative in multicriteria decision making process which is taken as interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set of criterion values for alternatives. While aggregating the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, we utilize the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operators. Then the accuracy degree of the aggregated interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information is computed via the new proposed accuracy function. Thus, we can rank all the alternatives according to the accuracy function and choose the optimal one(s). Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

The intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IF-AHP), in which intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are utilized in defining decision makers’ linguistic judgment, has been used to solve various multi-criteria decision-making problems. Previous theories have suggested that interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFN) with hesitation degree can act as alternative fuzzy numbers that can handle vagueness and uncertainty. This paper proposes a new preference scale in the framework of the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IVIF-AHP). The comparison matrix judgment is expressed in IVIFN with degree of hesitation. The proposed new preference scale concurrently considers the membership function, the non-membership function and the degree of hesitation of IVIFN. To define the weight entropy of the aggregated matrix of IVIFN, a modified interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging is proposed, by considering the interval number of the hesitation degree. Three multi-criteria decision-making problems are used to test the proposed method. A comparison of the results is also presented to check the feasibility of the proposed method. It is shown that the ranking order of the proposed method is slightly different from that of the other two methods because of the inclusion of the hesitation degree in defining the preference scale.  相似文献

In this work, considering all information carried by the membership degrees, nonmembership degree, and hesitancy degree in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) as 3-D vector representations, we propose a cosine similarity measure and a weighted cosine similarity measure for IVIFSs based on the extension of the cosine similarity measure (angular coefficient) between intuitionistic fuzzy sets in 2-D vector space. Then, the weighted cosine similarity measure for IVIFSs is applied to multiple attribute decision-making problems under the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Through the similarity measure between the ideal alternative and each alternative, the ranking order of all alternatives can be determined and the best alternative can be easily identified as well. Finally, two illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the applications and efficiency of the proposed decision-making method.  相似文献

The ranking of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) is very important for the intuitionistic fuzzy decision making. The aim of this paper is to propose a new risk attitudinal ranking method of IFSs and apply to multi-attribute decision making (MADM) with incomplete weight information. Motivated by technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), we utilize the closeness degree to characterize the amount of information according to the geometrical representation of an IFS. The area of triangle is calculated to measure the reliability of information. It is proved that the closeness degree and the triangle area just form an interval. Thereby, a new lexicographical method is proposed based on the intervals for ranking the intuitionistic fuzzy values (IFVs). Furthermore, considered the risk attitude of decision maker sufficiently, a novel risk attitudinal ranking measure is developed to rank the IFVs on the basis of the continuous ordered weighted average (C-OWA) operator and this interval. Through maximizing the closeness degrees of alternatives, we construct a multi-objective fractional programming model which is transformed into a linear program. Thus, the attribute weights are derived objectively by solving this linear program. Then, a new method is put forward for MADM with IFVs and incomplete weight information. Finally, an example analysis of a teacher selection is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.  相似文献

首先针对直觉模糊集距离中是否包含直觉模糊集通过隶属度、非隶属度以及犹豫度这三种信息,以及直觉模糊集距离是否满足相应距离度量的条件对其进行了详细分析,发现现有方法都是直接将犹豫度直接引入到直觉模糊集距离中,从而会产生不一致性。鉴于此,定义了一种新的直觉模糊集距离度量方法,其不仅考虑隶属度和非隶属度信息,同时还考虑犹豫度对隶属度和非隶属度的分配,从而间接地将犹豫度也引入到直觉模糊集距离中。其次,证明了所提距离度量满足距离度量条件,并结合实例将其与现有距离度量方法进行比较分析,说明了新方法的合理性。最后,将所提出方法应用于多准则模糊决策中,进一步说明了新方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new multiattribute decision making method based on the proposed interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator and the proposed fuzzy ranking method for intuitionistic fuzzy values. First, we briefly review the concepts of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the Karnik–Mendel algorithms. Then, we propose the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator, based on the traditional weighted average method and the Karnik–Mendel algorithms. Then, we propose a fuzzy ranking method for intuitionistic fuzzy values based on likelihood-based comparison relations between intervals. Finally, we present a new multiattribute decision making method based on the proposed interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator and the proposed fuzzy ranking method for intuitionistic fuzzy values. The proposed method provides us with a useful way for multiattribute decision making based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy values.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is divided into two folds. Firstly, a new generalized improved score function has been presented in the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) environment by incorporating the idea of weighted average of the degree of hesitation between their membership functions. Secondly, an IVIFSs based method for solving the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem has been presented with completely unknown attribute weights. A ranking of the different attributes is based on the proposed generalized improved score functions and the sensitivity analysis on the ranking of the system has been done based on the decision-making parameters. An illustrative examples have been studied to show that the proposed function is more reasonable in the decision-making process than other existing functions.  相似文献

In recent decades, intuitionistic fuzzy sets have been applied to many different fields; however, few current studies have used the ELECTRE method to solve multi-criteria decision-making problems with intuitionistic fuzzy information. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new method, the intuitionistic fuzzy ELECTRE method, for solving multi-criteria decision-making problems. Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy set (A-IFS) characteristics are simultaneously concerned with the degree of membership, degree of non-membership, and intuitionistic index, and people can use A-IFS to describe uncertain situations in decision-making problems. We use the proposed method to rank all alternatives and determine the best alternative. The proposed method can also use imperfect or insufficient knowledge of data to deal with decision-making problems. Finally, two practical examples are given that illustrate the procedure of the proposed method.  相似文献

Intuitionistic fuzzy set, characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function, was introduced by Atanassov [Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 20 (1986) 87-96]. In this paper, we define the concepts of intuitionistic preference relation, consistent intuitionistic preference relation, incomplete intuitionistic preference relation and acceptable intuitionistic preference relation, and study their various properties. We develop an approach to group decision making based on intuitionistic preference relations and an approach to group decision making based on incomplete intuitionistic preference relations respectively, in which the intuitionistic fuzzy arithmetic averaging operator and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator are used to aggregate intuitionistic preference information, and the score function and accuracy function are applied to the ranking and selection of alternatives. Finally, a practical example is provided to illustrate the developed approaches.  相似文献

Vague sets were first proposed by Gau and Buehrer [11] as an extension of fuzzy sets which encompass fuzzy sets, inter-valued fuzzy sets, as special cases. Vague sets consist of two parts, that is, the membership function and nonmembership function. Therefore, in accordance with practical demand these sets are more flexible than the existing fuzzy sets and provide much more information about the situation. In this paper, a new approach for the ranking of trapezoidal vague sets is introduced. Shortcomings in some existing ranking approaches have been pointed out. Validation of the proposed ranking method has been established through the reasonable properties of the fuzzy quantities. Further, the proposed ranking approach is applied to develop a new method for dealing with vague risk analysis problems to find the probability of failure, of each component of compressor system, which could be used for managerial decision making and future system maintenance strategy. Also, the proposed method provides a useful way for handling vague risk analysis problems.  相似文献

A single-valued neutrosophic set is a special case of neutrosophic set. It has been proposed as a generalization of crisp sets, fuzzy sets, and intuitionistic fuzzy sets in order to deal with incomplete information. In this paper, a new approach for multi-attribute group decision-making problems is proposed by extending the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution to single-valued neutrosophic environment. Ratings of alternative with respect to each attribute are considered as single-valued neutrosophic set that reflect the decision makers’ opinion based on the provided information. Neutrosophic set characterized by three independent degrees namely truth-membership degree (T), indeterminacy-membership degree (I), and falsity-membership degree (F) is more capable to catch up incomplete information. Single-valued neutrosophic set-based weighted averaging operator is used to aggregate all the individual decision maker’s opinion into one common opinion for rating the importance of criteria and alternatives. Finally, an illustrative example is provided in order to demonstrate its applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, the concept of multiple‐attribute group decision‐making (MAGDM) problems with interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is developed, in which the attribute values are interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and the information about the attribute weight is incomplete. Since the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets is the generalization of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy set. Thus, due the this motivation in this paper, the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy Choquet integral average (IVPFCIA) operator is introduced by generalizing the concept of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral average operator. To illustrate the developed operator, a numerical example is also investigated. Extended the concept of traditional GRA method, a new extension of GRA method based on interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is introduced. First, utilize IVPFCIA operator to aggregate all the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy decision matrices. Then, an optimization model based on the basic ideal of traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) method is established, to get the weight vector of the attributes. Based on the traditional GRA method, calculation steps for solving interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy MAGDM problems with incompletely known weight information are given. The degree of grey relation between every alternative and positive‐ideal solution and negative‐ideal solution is calculated. To determine the ranking order of all alternatives, a relative relational degree is defined by calculating the degree of grey relation to both the positive‐ideal solution and negative ideal solution simultaneously. Finally, to illustrate the developed approach a numerical example is to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (IFSSs) provides an effective tool for solving multiple attribute decision making with intuitionistic fuzzy information. The most crucial issue in decision making based on IFSSs is how to derive the ranking of alternatives from the information quantified in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy values. In this study, we propose a new extension of the preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE), by taking advantage of IFSSs. In addition to presenting a myriad of new notions, such as intuitionistic fuzzy membership (or nonmembership) deviation matrices, intuitionistic fuzzy membership (or nonmembership) preference matrices, and aggregated intuitionistic fuzzy preference matrices, we put more emphasis on the construction of three distinct preference structures and related utility functions on the corresponding weakly ordered sets by considering the positive, negative, and net flows of the alternatives based on the aggregated intuitionistic fuzzy preference matrix. We present a new algorithm for solving multiple attribute decision-making problems with the extended PROMETHEE method based on IFSSs. Moreover, a benchmark problem concerning risk investment is investigated to give a comparative analysis and show the feasibility of our approach.  相似文献
