In this work, a robust control scheme for variable speed wind turbine system that incorporates a doubly feed induction generator is described. The sliding mode controller is designed in order to track the optimum wind turbine speed value that produces the maximum power extraction for different wind speed values. A robust sliding mode observer for the aerodynamic torque is also proposed in order to avoid the wind speed sensors in the control scheme. The controller uses the estimated aerodynamic torque in order to calculate the reference value for the wind turbine speed. Another sliding mode control is also proposed in order to maintain the dc‐link voltage constant regardless of the direction of the rotor power flow. The stability analysis of the proposed controller under disturbances and parameter uncertainties is provided using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed control scheme provides a high‐performance turbine speed control, in order to obtain the maximum wind power generation, and a high‐performance dc‐link regulation in the presence of system uncertainties.  相似文献

A novel inner loop sliding mode current control scheme for induction motor speed drives is proposed in this paper. The controller design is based on the nonlinear mathematical model of an induction motor in a coordinate system oriented along the rotor flux. The parameters of the PI speed controller are taken into consideration in the inner loop sliding mode current control. Rigorous stability verification for the overall system is provided in this paper. The chattering in sliding mode control is attenuated using the reaching law design method. The experimental results show that the proposed approach exhibits robust tracking performance in the presence of motor parameter variations and load disturbances.  相似文献

In order to achieve high‐performance speed regulation for sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSMS), a robust backstepping sensorless control is presented in this paper. Firstly, instead of a real mechanical sensor, a robust terminal sliding mode observer is used to provide the rotor position. Then, a new super‐twisting algorithm (STA) based observer is designed to obtain estimates of load torque and speed. The proposed observer ensures finite‐time convergence, maintains robust to uncertainties, and eliminates the common assumption of constant or piece‐wise constant load torque. Finally, a sensorless scheme is designed to realize speed control despite parameter uncertainties, by combining the robust backstepping control with sliding mode actions and the presented sliding mode observers. The stability of the observer and controller are verified by using Lyapunov's second method to determine the design gains. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Combining sliding mode control method with radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), this paper proposes a robust adaptive control scheme based on backstepping design for re-entry attitude tracking control of near space hypersonic vehicle (NSHV) in the presence of parameter variations and external disturbances. In the attitude angle loop, a robust adaptive virtual control law is designed by using the adaptive method to estimate the unknown upper bound of the compound uncertainties. In the angular velocity loop, an adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to suppress the effect of parameter variations and external disturbances. The main benefit of the sliding mode control is robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. To further improve the control performance, RBFNNs are introduced to approximate the compound uncertainties in the attitude angle loop and angular velocity loop, respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the tracking errors are shown to be asymptotically stable. Simulation results show that the proposed control system attains a satisfied control performance and is robust against parameter variations and external disturbances.   相似文献

The authors propose a robust nonlinear controller based on a block control linearization technique combined with a second order sliding mode super‐twisting algorithm for controlling the rotor speed of single‐phase induction motors. The block control approach is used to design a sliding manifold in terms of the stator current and its desired value. The super‐twisting sliding mode algorithm is applied then to render the designed manifold be attractive. A nonlinear observer is designed to estimate the unmeasured variables (rotor flux linkages and torque load). Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper presents a new adaptive robust control for induction motor drives. The proposed control scheme is based on the so‐called field oriented control theory that allows to control the induction motor like a separately excited direct current motor drive, where the field flux (produced by the field current) and the armature flux (produced by the armature current) are decoupled. The robust control law is based on the sliding mode control theory, but unlike the traditional sliding mode control schemes, the proposed design incorporates an adaptive switching gain that avoids the need of calculating an upper limit of the system uncertainties. Moreover the proposed control law is smoothed out in order to avoid the high control activity inherent to the switching control laws. The resulting closed loop system is proven to be stable using the Lyapunov stability theory. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

A nonlinear robust output feedback control is designed for a sixth-order model of an induction motor. The control uses only measurement of the rotor position and stator currents. It contains two observers, a second-order observer to estimate the rotor flux from the stator current and a third-order high-gain observer to estimate the rotor speed and acceleration from its position. The control is robust to uncertainties in the rotor and stator resistances, and a bounded time-varying load torque. It guarantees that the speed tracking error can be made arbitrarily small by choice of certain design parameters. Moreover, when the speed reference and load torque are constant, it ensures asymptotic regulation. Simulation results agree well with the analysis  相似文献

This paper addresses the trajectory tracking control of a nonholonomic wheeled mobile manipulator with parameter uncertainties and disturbances. The proposed algorithm adopts a robust adaptive control strategy where parametric uncertainties are compensated by adaptive update techniques and the disturbances are suppressed. A kinematic controller is first designed to make the robot follow a desired end-effector and platform trajectories in task space coordinates simultaneously. Then, an adaptive control scheme is proposed, which ensures that the trajectories are accurately tracked even in the presence of external disturbances and uncertainties. The system stability and the convergence of tracking errors to zero are rigorously proven using Lyapunov theory. Simulations results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed robust adaptive control law in comparison with a sliding mode controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodological approach to design an observer-based adaptive sliding mode control to realize the problem of robust tracking and modeling following for a class of uncertain linear systems. Only partial information of the system states is known. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, it will be shown that the proposed scheme guarantees the stability of closed-loop system and achieves zero-tracking error in the presence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. The proposed observer-based adaptive sliding mode control scheme can be implemented without requiring a priori knowledge of upper bounds on the norm of the uncertainties and external disturbances. This scheme assures robustness against system uncertainties and disturbances. Both the theoretical analysis and illustrative example demonstrate the validity of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper presents an adaptive nonsingular terminal sliding mode approach for the attitude control of near space hypersonic vehicles (NSHV) in the presence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. Firstly, a novel nonsingular terminal sliding surface is developed and its finitetime convergence is analyzed. Then, an adaptive nonsingular terminal sliding mode control law is proposed, which is chattering free. In the proposed approach, all parameter uncertainties and external disturbances are lumped into one term, which is estimated by an adaptive uncertainty estimation for eliminating the boundary requirement needed in the conventional control design. Subsequently, stability of the closed-loop system is proven based on Lyapunov theory. Finally, the proposed approach is applied to the attitude control design for NSHV. Simulation results show that the proposed approach attains a satisfactory performance in the presence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances.   相似文献

A robust sliding mode approach combined with a field oriented control (FOC) for induction motor (IM) speed control is presented. The proposed sliding mode control (SMC) design uses an adaptive switching gain and an integrator. This approach guarantees the same robustness and dynamic performance of traditional SMC algorithms. And at the same time, it attenuates the chattering phenomenon, which is the main drawback in actual implementation of this technique. This approach is insensitive to uncertainties and permits to decrease the requirement for the bound of these uncertainties. The stability and robustness of the closed- loop system are proven analytically using the Lyapunov synthesis approach. The proposed method attenuates the effect of both uncertainties and external disturbances. Experimental results are presented to validate the effectiveness and the good performance of the developed method.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to establish that flux‐speed sliding mode control of induction machine is robust in the presence of saturation of magnetic core and rising resistance effects. Further, we show how to select the free control design parameters in order to maintain sliding mode regime. Simulation results are given to point out the good performances and the robustness of the studied control system. These simulations results are performed in the presence of hard disturbances represented by increasing of rotor resistances (by an amount 100%), and by decreasing stator and rotor inductance (respectively by an amount 25% and 50%)  相似文献

In this article, a robust sensorless speed observer–controller scheme for a surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is proposed. First-of-all, following preliminary results in the framework of the induction motor that is less sensible to the position estimation error, an adaptive high gain interconnected observer is designed. It is only supplied by the electrical measurement: the motor currents and voltages. This observer estimates the rotor speed and position, the stator resistance and the load torque. A nonlinear backstepping controller is developed. The above observer is associated with this controller and the complete scheme practical stability proof is given. The overall system is tested by simulation in the framework of an industrial benchmark with a trajectory that particularly checks the motor unobservability condition. Some robustness tests have been carried out. The controller–observer scheme shows good performances in spite of the uncertainties and the unknown load torque.  相似文献

In this study, a dynamical adaptive integral backstepping variable structure control (DAIBVSC) system based on the Lyapunov stability theorem is proposed for the trajectory tracking control of a nonlinear uncertain mechatronic system with disturbances. In this control scheme, no prior knowledge is required on the uncertain parameters and disturbances because it is estimated by two types of dynamical adaptive laws. These adaptive laws are integrated into the dynamical adaptive integral backstepping control and variable structure control (VSC) parts of the DAIBVSC. The dynamical adaptive law in the dynamical adaptive integral backstepping control part updates parametric uncertainties, while the other in the VSC part adapts upper bounds of non‐parametric uncertainties and disturbances. In order to achieve a more robust output tracking and better parameter adaptation, the control system is extended by one integrator and sliding surface is augmented by an integral action. Experimental evaluation of the DAIBVSC is conducted with respect to performance and robustness to parametric uncertainties. Experimental results of the DAIBVSC are compared with those of a traditional VSC. The proposed DAIBVSC exhibits satisfactory output tracking performance, good estimation of the uncertain parameters and can reject disturbances with a chattering free control law. A visual servoing tracking controller is proposed based on the sliding mode control theory in order to achieve strong robustness against parameter variations and external disturbances. A sliding plane with time delay compensation is presented by the pre-estimate of states. To reduce the chattering of the sliding mode controller, a modified exponential reaching law and hyperbolic tangent function are applied to the design of visual controller and robot joint controller. Simulation results show that the visual servoing control scheme is robust and has good tracking performance.  相似文献

This paper presents a robust high-order sliding mode interconnected observer and an integral backstepping controller for a sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. To limit the chattering phenomenon on the observed state, a super twisting algorithm is combined with an interconnected observer to design a new high-order sliding mode observer which will be used for multiple-input multiple-output systems. The proposed observer is used to estimate in finite time the rotor position, the speed and the stator resistance. Moreover, a robust nonlinear controller based on the backstepping algorithm is designed where integral actions are introduced step by step. This controller allows to track a desired reference which is computed by using a maximum-torque-per-ampere strategy. Simulation results are shown to illustrate the performance of the proposed scheme by using significant trajectories including the zero speed and under parametric uncertainties.  相似文献

This work focuses on the problem of observer-based robust speed sensorless control of a 3-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Nonlinear design techniques are employed for designing robust speed controller and observer that are able to withstand the effects of modelling uncertainties and load variations. A new cascaded observer scheme is proposed comprising a continuous sliding mode observer (SMO) and an extended high-gain observer (EHGO). The proposed cascaded observer reduces chattering, exhibits reasonable insensitivity to modelling inaccuracies and is capable of withstanding errors due to the finite boundary layer of continuous SMO. For the robust speed control, an integral sliding mode controller is designed that yields fast and accurate speed tracking performance even in the presence of bounded uncertainties and external disturbances. The complete scheme has been evaluated using simulations and experiments.  相似文献
