A multivariable adaptive controller feasible for implementation on distributed computer systems (DCS) is presented for a class of uncertain nonlinear multivariable discrete time systems. The adaptive controller is composed of a linear adaptive controller, a neural network nonlinear adaptive controller and a switching mechanism. The linear controller can provide boundedness of the input and output signals, and the nonlinear controller can improve the performance of the system. The purpose of using the switching mechanism is to obtain the improved system performance and stability simultaneously. Theory analysis and simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, a multivariable adaptive control approach is proposed for a class of unknown nonlinear multivariable discrete-time dynamical systems. By introducing a k-difference operator, the nonlinear terms of the system are not required to be globally bounded. The proposed adaptive control scheme is composed of a linear adaptive controller, a neural-network-based nonlinear adaptive controller and a switching mechanism. The linear controller can assure boundedness of the input and output signals, and the neural network nonlinear controller can improve performance of the system. By using the switching scheme between the linear and nonlinear controllers, it is demonstrated that improved performance and stability can be achieved simultaneously. Theory analysis and simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对一类不确定的非线性多变量离散时间动态系统,提出了一种基于切换的多模型自适应控制方法.该控制方法的特点在于以下两个方面:首先,引入一个高阶差分算子使得非线性系统的非线性项的限制条件不再要求全局有界;其次,提出的控制方法由线性自适应控制器、神经网络非线性自适应控制器以及切换机构组成:线性控制器用来保证闭环系统的输入输出信号有界,神经网络非线性控制器用来改善闭环系统的性能,基于性能指标的切换机构在每一时刻选择性能指标较好的控制器对系统进行控制.理论分析和仿真实验说明了提出的多模型自适应控制方法的有效性.  相似文献

This study introduces an improved multiple model adaptive control (MMAC) algorithm for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems. The controller consists of a linear direct adaptive controller, a neural network-based nonlinear direct adaptive controller and a switching mechanism. The assumption of the nonlinear term is relaxed by incorporating a parameter estimator with an augmented error. The control direction of the system is not required to be known by employing a linear direct adaptive controller with the discrete Nussbaum gain and future output predictions. The stability of the closed-loop systems applying the proposed MMAC method is proved and the improved transient performance of the system is illustrated by the simulation results.  相似文献

针对一类不确定的离散时间零动态不稳定的单输入-单输出(Single-input single-output, SISO)非线性系统,提出了一种基于未建模动态补偿的非线性控制器. 采用自适应神经模糊推理系统(Adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system, ANFIS)和一一映射相结合的方法估计未建模动态.在此基础上,提出了由线性自 适应控制器、非线性自适应控制器以及切换机制组成的自适应切换控制方法.该方法通过对上述两种控制器的切换, 保证闭环系统输入输出信号有界的同时,改善系统性能.本文将要求未建模动态全局有界的条件放宽为线性增长, 建立了所提自适应控制方法的稳定性和收敛性分析.通过仿真比较和水箱的液位控制实验,验证了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

A feedback linearization‐based adaptive control scheme is developed for multivariable nonlinear systems with redundant actuators subject to uncertain failures. Such an adaptive controller contains a direct adaptive actuator failure compensator to compensate the uncertain actuator failure, a nonlinear feedback to linearize the nonlinear dynamics, and a linear feedback to stabilize the linearized system. The key new design feature is the estimation of both the failure patterns and the failure values, for direct adaptive actuator failure compensation, newly developed for multivariable feedback linearizable nonlinear systems. With direct control signal adaptation, the adaptive failure compensation design ensures closed‐loop stability and asymptotic output tracking in the presence of actuator failure uncertainties. Simulation results from an application to attitude control of a near‐space vehicle dynamic model are presented to verify the desired system performance with adaptive actuator failure compensation. 针对一类多变量非线性离散时间系统,提出一种新的基于神经网络的多模型自适应控制方法.为了将非线性系统的高阶非线性项的限制条件放宽到零阶接近有界,该方法引入了一种新的非线性模型.该模型在传统线性回归模型基础上增加了非线性补偿项,使模型的估计误差有界.一个神经网络模型与非线性模型同时被用来对系统进行辨识.基于性能指标的切换机构选择性能较好的模型对应的控制器 对系统进行控制. 理论分析证明了零阶接近有界多模型自适应控制系统的有界输 入和有界输出稳定性. 仿真实验说明了提出的多模型自适应控制方法的有效性.  相似文献

本文结合现场的实际过程数据,首先应用能量平衡建立了强制循环蒸发过程的动态模型.针对该过程的多变量、非线性以及强耦合特性,在常规增量式PID控制器的基础上提出基于神经网络与多模型切换的非线性自适应解耦PID控制策略.该控制器是由线性自适应解耦PID控制器和基于神经网络的非线性自适应解耦PID控制器以及切换机构组成.其中线性自适应解耦PID控制器可以保证系统的稳定,而基于神经网络的非线性自适应解耦PID控制器则可以有效地提高系统的性能.上述过程的PID参数是通过广义预测的方法得到,最后通过仿真表明,上述控制方法不仅消除了回路间的耦合,在稳定生产的同时提高了蒸发的效率.  相似文献

针对一类非线性离散时间动态系统, 提出了一种新的非线性自适应切换控制方法. 该方法首先把非线性项分解为前一拍可测部分与未知增量和的形式, 并充分利用被控对象的大数据信息和知识, 把非线性项前一拍可测数据与未知增量都用于控制器设计, 分别设计了线性自适应控制器, 带有非线性项前一拍可测数据补偿的非线性自适应控制器以及带有非线性项未知增量估计与补偿的非线性自适应控制器. 三个自适应控制器通过切换函数和切换规则来协调控制被控对象. 既保证了闭环系统的稳定性, 同时又提高了闭环系统的性能. 分析了闭环切换系统的稳定性和收敛性. 最后, 通过水箱液位系统的物理实验, 实验结果验证了所提算法的有效性.  相似文献

在分析常规CMAC结构的基础上,针对一类非线性、参数时变和不确定的控制系统,提出了一种自适应CMAC神经网络的控制器.该控制器以系统动态误差和给定信号量作为CMAC的激励信号,并与自适应线性神经元网络相结合构成系统的复合控制.为了验证其有效性,将其应用到交流励磁水轮发电机系统的多变量非线性控制中,并与常规的PID控制效果进行了比较.仿真结果表明,该控制器具有较强鲁棒性和自适应能力,控制品质优良。  相似文献

针对一类多变量非线性耦合系统,提出了一种基于虚拟模型的非线性自适应控制器.首先将非线性系统线性化处理并将其作为虚拟模型,对该模型设计线性自适应控制律.然后将线性控制律分别应用在虚拟系统和受控的实际非线性系统上,根据两者的输出误差设计补偿控制律,以达到对实际被控对象进行自适应解耦抗扰的目的.利用李雅普诺夫稳定理论给出了控制系统稳定性条件.实验仿真验证了控制算法的有效性.  相似文献

研究了一类控制系数未知的高阶不确定非线性系统的自适应镇定控制设计. 尽管该问题已经得到解决,但是所设计的控制器是非线性反馈形式,较为复杂. 与现有文献不同,本文通过综合运用增加幂积分技术和切换自适应控制方法,给出了该控制问题的更为简单且易于实现的新型线性反馈控制器,使得系统状态有界且最终趋于零. 值得指出的是,与切换自适应控制文献相比,本文所研究的非线性系统具有更严重的不确定/未知性和更强的非线性,这主要体现在未知的系统控制系数和更高的系统幂次中.  相似文献

对于一类典型的离散时间非线性系统, 提出了一种基于多模型的自适应最小方差控制方法. 通过在平衡点附近建立线性模型, 用径向基函数神经元网络来补偿建模误差和未建模动态, 形成了非线性系统的多模型表示. 采用了具有积分性质的切换指标函数作为切换法则和最小方差的控制方法构成了多模型自适应控制器. 仿真实验的结果表明了这种方法的有效性.  相似文献

This paper revisits the multivariable model reference adaptive control (MRAC) problem, by studying adaptive state feedback control for output tracking of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems. With such a control scheme, the plant-model matching conditions are much less restrictive than those for state tracking, while the controller has a simpler structure than that of an output feedback design. Such a control scheme is useful when the plant-model matching conditions for state tracking cannot be satisfied. A stable adaptive control scheme is developed based on LDS decomposition of the high-frequency gain matrix, which ensures closed-loop stability and asymptotic output tracking. A simulation study of a linearized lateral-directional dynamics model of a realistic nonlinear aircraft system model is conducted to demonstrate the scheme. This linear design based MRAC scheme is subsequently applied to a nonlinear aircraft system, and the results indicate that this linearization-based adaptive scheme can provide acceptable system performance for the nonlinear systems in a neighborhood of an operating point.  相似文献

This paper presents an adaptive terminal sliding‐function controller approach for controlling a class of nonlinear multivariable systems with uncertainty. An appropriate terminal sliding function (TSF) is designed and then applied to the control law. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the adaptive terminal sliding‐function controller for nonlinear multivariable systems guarantees that the TSF is asymptotically convergent. Different from classical terminal sliding mode control, which uses a discontinuous switching control law, the TSF control uses a continuous TSF and thus avoids the chattering problem. An adaptive inverse controller is developed for feedback linearizable nonlinear systems with nonsmooth actuator nonlinearities. The use of an actuator nonlinearity inverse and a feedback linearizing controller leads to an error equation suitable for deriving an adaptive update law for the inverse parameters. Closed-loop signal boundedness is proved analytically, and system performance improvement is shown by simulation results. Such adaptive control schemes are also developed for multivariable nonlinear systems with actuator nonlinearities. For nonlinear systems that do not possess a relative degree, dynamic extension is employed to realize adaptive inverse compensation designs for actuator nonlinearities.
