The problem of adaptive stabilization is studied for a class of high‐order switched nonlinearly parameterized systems; none of subsystems is assumed to be adaptively stabilizable. By exploiting the multiple Lyapunov functions method and the adding a power integrator technique, a switched adaptive control technique is set up. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the conservativeness caused by adoption of a common update law for all subsystems, different update laws of individual subsystems are designed. Also, we simultaneously construct a switching law and adaptive state‐feedback controllers of subsystems to achieve global stability in the sense of Lyapunov of the closed‐loop system and global asymptotic regulation of the system states. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper studies the issues of adaptive passification and global stabilization for a class of switched nonlinearly parameterized systems. Each subsystem is allowed to be non‐feedback passive. Firstly, a passivity concept for switched nonlinear systems is proposed. In particular, the change of storage functions of an inactive subsystem is described. An adaptively feedback passive switched nonlinear system is shown to be stabilized under the partly asymptotic zero‐state detectability assumption. Secondly, the adaptive feedback controller for each subsystem and a state‐dependent switching law are designed to render the resulting closed‐loop system passive. Finally, a new switched adaptive control technique is developed to solve the adaptive stabilization problem by exploiting the recursive feedback passification design technique and parameter separation technique when all subsystems have any same relative degree. The simulation results on adaptive stabilization of continuously stirred tank reactor system show effectiveness of the proposed design method. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, globally asymptotical stabilization problem for a class of planar switched nonlinear systems with an output constraint via smooth output feedback is investigated. To prevent output constraint violation, a common tangent‐type barrier Lyapunov function (tan‐BLF) is developed. Adding a power integrator approach (APIA) is revamped to systematically design state‐feedback stabilizing control laws incorporating the common tan‐BLF. Then, based on the designed state‐feedback controllers and a constructed common nonlinear observer, smooth output‐feedback controllers, which can make the system output meet the predefined constraint during operation, are proposed to deal with the globally asymptotical stabilization problem of planar switched nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. A numerical example is employed to verify the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust controller design for output‐constrained and state‐constrained uncertain switched nonlinear systems. By using the idea of p‐times differentiable unbounded functions and the backstepping technique, a constructive method is proposed to design effective controllers such that the output of a class of uncertain switched nonlinear systems in lower triangular form can asymptotically track a constant reference signal without violation of the output tracking error constraint. Furthermore, the explored method is applied to the state‐constrained robust stabilization problem for a class of general uncertain switched nonlinear systems. Finally, a simulation example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed results. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The problem of global stabilization for a class of switched nonlinear feedforward systems under arbitrary switchings is investigated in this paper. Based on the integrator forwarding technique and the common Lyapunov function method, we design bounded state feedback controllers of individual subsystems to guarantee asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. A common coordinate transformation of all subsystems is exploited to avoid individual coordinate transformations for subsystems that are required when applying the forwarding recursive design scheme. An example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the global stabilization problem for switched nonlinear systems in lower triangular form under arbitrary switchings. Two classes of state feedback controllers and a common Lyapunov function (CLF) are simultaneously constructed by backstepping. The first class uses the common state feedback controller which is independent of switching signals; the other class utilizes individual state feedback controllers for the subsystems. As an extension of the designed method, the global stabilization problem under arbitrary switchings for switched nonlinear systems in nested lower triangular form is also studied. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of adaptive neural network (NN) tracking control of a class of switched strict‐feedback uncertain nonlinear systems is investigated by state‐feedback, in which the solvability of the problem of adaptive NN tracking control for individual subsystems is unnecessary. A multiple Lyapunov functions (MLFs)–based adaptive NN tracking control scheme is established by exploiting backstepping and the generalized MLFs approach. Moreover, based on the proposed scheme, adaptive NN controllers of all subsystems and a state‐dependent switching law simultaneously are constructed, which guarantee that all signals of the resulting closed‐loop system are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded, and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. The scheme provided permits removal of a technical condition in which the adaptive NN tracking control problem for individual subsystems is solvable. Finally, the effectiveness of the design scheme proposed is shown by using two examples.  相似文献

The problem of global stabilization is investigated for a class of switched nonlinear feedforward systems in this paper where the solvability of the stabilization problem for individual subsystem is not assumed. Some sufficient condition for the stabilization problem to be solvable is derived for the first time by exploiting the multiple Lyapunov functions method and the forwarding technique. Also, we design a switching law and construct bounded state feedback controllers of subsystems explicitly by a recursive design algorithm to achieve global asymptotic stability. The provided technique permits removal of a common restriction in which all subsystems in switched nonlinear feedforward systems are globally asymptotically stable. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the feasibility of the theoretical result. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stabilization problem for a class of state‐constrained switched nonlinear system in p‐normal form in a domain. A key point in the backstepping design procedure is to find a common stabilizing function at each step. A barrier Lyapunov function, which grows to infinity when its arguments approach some limits, is introduced to ensure that the state constraint is not violated at any time. Bounded state feedback controllers of individual subsystems and a common Lyapunov function are explicitly constructed to asymptotically stabilize the closed‐loop system under arbitrary switchings. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper investigates the global finite‐time stabilization for a class of high‐order switched nonlinear systems via the sampled‐data output feedback control. Firstly, we design a continuous‐time output feedback controller for the nominal part via adding a power integrator technique. Based on the homogeneous theory, together with the Gronwall‐Bellman inequality, a sampled‐data output feedback controller is designed with suitable sampling periods to ensure that the closed‐loop system can be globally stabilized in finite time. In the meantime, the proposed control method can be extended to the switched nonlinear systems with an upper‐triangular growth condition. Finally, two examples are presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with an adaptive tracking problem for a more general class of switched nonstrict‐feedback nonlinear time‐delay systems in the presence of quantized input. The system structure in a nonstrict‐feedback form, the discrete and distributed time‐varying delays, the sector‐bounded quantized input, and arbitrary switching behavior are involved in the considered systems. In particular, to overcome the difficulties from the distributed time‐varying delays and the sector‐bounded quantized input, the mean‐value theorem for integrals and some special techniques are exploited respectively. Moreover, by combining the Lyapunov‐Razumikhin method, dynamic surface control technique, fuzzy logic systems approximation, and variable separation technique, a quadratic common Lyapunov function is easily built for all subsystems and a common adaptive quantized control scheme containing only 1 adaptive parameter is proposed. It is shown that the tracking error converges to an adjustable neighborhood of the origin whereas all signals of the closed‐loop systems are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, 2 simulation examples are provided to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed design methodology.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of robust fault‐tolerant control for a class of uncertain switched nonlinear systems in lower triangular form. A system of this class involves parameter uncertainties and unknown nonlinear disturbances. A sufficient condition for the problem to be solvable under arbitrary switching is given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). State feedback controllers of subsystems are designed by using the solutions to the matrix inequalities to guarantee global asymptotic stability of the closed‐loop systems in presence of actuator failures and under arbitrary switching. A practical system of hybrid haptic display is analyzed to demonstrate the proposed design method.  相似文献

This paper studies the adaptive state feedback control for a class of switched time‐varying stochastic high‐order nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. Based on the common Lyapunov function and using the inductive method, virtual controllers are designed step by step and the form of the input signal of the system is constructed at the last. The unknown parameters are addressed by the tuning function method. In particular, both the designed state feedback controller and the adaptive law are independent of switching signals. Based on the designed controller, the boundness of the state variables can be guaranteed in probability. Furthermore, without considering the Wiener process or with the known parameter in the assumption, adaptive finite‐time stabilization and finite‐time stabilization in probability can be obtained, respectively. Finally, numerical simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, adaptive output feedback control is presented to solve the stabilization problem of nonholonomic systems in chained form with strong nonlinear drifts and uncertain parameters using output signals only. The objective is to design adaptive nonlinear output feedback laws which can steer the closed‐loop systems to globally converge to the origin, while the estimated parameters remain bounded. The proposed systematic strategy combines input‐state scaling with backstepping technique. Motivated from a special case, adaptive output feedback controllers are proposed for a class of uncertain chained systems. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controllers. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the H control problem for uncertain switched nonlinear systems with passive and non‐passive subsystems. For any given average dwell time, any given passivity rate and any given disturbance attenuation level, we design feedback controllers of subsystems, which may depend on the pre‐given constants, to solve the H control problem for the uncertain switched nonlinear systems for all admissible uncertainties. For linear systems, the exponential small‐time norm‐observability is shown to be preserved under disturbance. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method. This paper addresses the adaptive finite‐time control problem of nonlinear teleoperation system in the presence of asymmetric time‐varying delays. To achieve the finite‐time position tracking, a novel adaptive finite‐time coordination algorithm based on subsystem decomposition is developed. By introducing a switching‐technique‐based error filtering into our design framework, the complete closed‐loop master (slave) teleoperation system is modeled as a special class of switched system, which is composed of two subsystems. To analyze such system, a finite‐time state‐independent input‐to‐output stability criterion is first developed for some normal switched nonlinear delayed systems. Then based on the classical Lyapunov–Krasovskii method, the stability of complete closed‐loop systems is obtained. It is shown that the proposed scheme can make the position errors converge into a deterministic domain in finite time when the robots continuously contact with human operator and/or the environment in the presence of asymmetric time‐varying delays. Finally, the simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The asymptotic stabilization problem is studied for a cascade connection of passive switched nonlinear systems and a passive switched nonlinear system in this paper. When each subsystem is asymptotically zero state detectable and passive on active time intervals, asymptotic stabilization is achieved via co‐design of switching laws and controllers without damping injection. First, an output‐feedback controller is designed to asymptotically stabilize a cascade connection of two passive switched systems if outputs are measurable. Second, when the output of the first switched system is noisy or unmeasurable, a sampled integral stabilization (SIS) technique is employed to investigate asymptotical stabilization of a cascade connection by measuring only the storage function of the second switched system. Finally, as a special case of a cascade connection, the SIS technique is used to stabilize a passive switched system without damping injection. Under this circumstance, the controller is designed by sampling the integral of the passive output. The two‐link robot manipulator is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the SIS technique.  相似文献

In this paper, the global sampled‐data output‐feedback stabilization problem is considered for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems. First, based on output‐feedback domination technique and emulation approach, a systematic design procedure for sampled‐data output‐feedback controller is proposed for a class of stochastic lower‐triangular nonlinear systems. It is proved that the proposed sampled‐data output‐feedback controller will stabilize the given stochastic nonlinear system in the sense of mean square exponential stability. Because of the domination nature of the proposed control approach, it is shown that the proposed control approach can also be used to handle the global sampled‐data output‐feedback stabilization problems for a more general class of stochastic non‐triangular nonlinear systems. Finally, simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the global finite-time stabilisation problem for a class of switched nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. All subsystems of the studied switched system under consideration are in lower triangular form. Based on the adding one power integrator technique, both a class of non-Lipschitz continuous state feedback controllers and a common Lyapunov function are simultaneously constructed such that the closed-loop switched system is global finite-time stable under arbitrary switchings. In the controller design process, a common coordinate transformation of all subsystems is exploited to avoid using individual coordinate transformations for subsystems. Finally, two examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper considers the stabilization problem for a class of switched systems with state constraints based on mode‐dependent average dwell time (MDADT) in discrete‐time context. An improved average dwell time method is proposed, which is less conservative than the common average dwell time method. The sufficient conditions and stabilizing state feedback controllers for stabilization of discrete‐time switched systems with state constraints under MDADT switching are derived. Finally, the simulation results show that the approach designed by this paper is effective.  相似文献
