An integrated CAD/CAE/CAM system, HSC--1.1, is described in the paper. HSC--1.1integrates surface modeling, mold design, technological simulations and NC machining into a full CAD/CAE/CAM system with data exchange from one module to another. The practice shows that HSC--1.1 is a useful tool for injection molding and can assist engineers in reducing mold cost and improvingmold quality.  相似文献

UniECAD is an integrated electronic CAD system,the user interface development system is the key of the integration of UniECAD.This paper presents the architecture of GUIDS,a graphical user interface development system in UniECAD,and then discusses a series of new techniques and methods in the design and the implementation of this system around the following aspects:the editing environment of interface elements,the implementation of dialogue control and the automatic generation of interface code.As an example,the generation of the main interfaces of UniECAD shows the procedure of the development of user interfaces with this development system.  相似文献

With the development of manufacturing,numerical control(NC) machining simulation has become a modern tool to obtain safe and reliable machining operations.Although some research and commercial software about NC machining simulations is available,most of them is oriented for G&M code.It is a low-level data model for computer numerical control(CNC),which has inherent drawbacks such as incomplete data and lack of accuracy.These limitations hinder the development of a real simulation system.Whereas,standard for the exchange of product data-compliant numerical control(STEP-NC) is a new and high-level data model for CNC.It provides rich information for CNC machine tools,which creates the condition for an informative and real simulation.Therefore,this paper proposes STEP-NC based high-level NC machining simulations solution integrated with computer-aided design/computeraided process planning/computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAPP/CAM).It turned out that the research provides a better informed simulation environment and promotes the development of modern manufacturing.  相似文献

This paper introduces a domestically developed CAD/CAM system,CAX,which is ableto meet the needs of small and medium sized enterprises.Firstly,the motivations and principles for thedeveloping of the system are presented.Then,the functions and features of CAX are described.In the3rd section,the algorithms for generating blending surfaces with both constant radius and variant radiiare detailed.Six color plates showing the applications of CAX are included in section 4.Finally,dis-cussed are some enhancements being added to CAX in th future.  相似文献

A CAD-based inspection planning strategy for video measuring instrument is proposed to improve manufacturing effectiveness.The system consists of a video probe that enables itself to inspect a work piece based on a CAD model.The measurement software includes CAIP module and MDP module.The CAIP module is developed based on a CAD development platform whose kernel is the Open CASCADE.The entire system was tested,and relevant examples show that the system can accomplish automatic inspection planning task for common parts efficiently.  相似文献

Anew local control spline based on shape parameterw with G^3 continuity,called BLC-spline,is pro* posed.Not only is BLC-spline very smoot,but also the spline curve‘s characteristic polygon has only three control vertices,and the characteristic polyhedron has only nine control vertices.The behavior of Iocal control of BLC-spline is better than that of the other splines such as cubic Bezier,B and Beta-spline.The three shape parameters β0,β1and β2 of BLC-spline,which are independent of the control vertices,may be altered to change the shape of the curve or surface.It is shown that BLC-spline may be used to construcet a space are spline for DNC machining directly.That is a powerful tool for the design and manufacture of curves and surfaces in integrated CAD/CAM systems.  相似文献

Beidou or COMPASS is a Chinese GNSS(global navigation satellite system).Like the GPS receiver,the COMPASS receiver also faces the challenge of choosing an optimal bandwidth to satisfy both anti-jamming capability and dynamics adaptation simultaneously.GPS/INS(inertial navigation system)deep integrated navigation system has solved this problem by fusing GPS baseband signal and INS information in a deeply coupled mode.In this study,a COMPASS B3 frequency is considered and a traditional federated GPS/INS deep integration model is used to derive a single-filter-structure based COMPASS/INS deep integration model.Besides,a double-filter-structure based COMPASS/INS deep integration model is proposed.The simulation results show a better carrier tracking performance,especially a better dynamics adaptation.The impact of IMU errors and vehicle’s dynamics on carrier tracking performance of the double-filter-structure based COMPASS/INS deep integrated navigation system are evaluated in simulated and field environments.Simulation and field test results are in accordance with the theory analysis.  相似文献

In CAD/CAM,mesh rather than smooth surface is only needed sometimes.A mesh-generating method from permanence principle of Coons patch is developed.A new mesh point is defined through local small subpatch and all mesh points are computed by a linear system with special symmetric block tridiagonal coefficient matrix.By simplification,the determinant of coefficient matrix is determined by determinants of submatrices.Condition of existence of solution is given.Whether coefficient matrix is singular can be judged by a simple polynomial function with the eigenvalue of submatrix as variable.Numerical examples demonstrate the effects of shape parameters.  相似文献

Efficient data management is crucial to the success of a CAD/CAM system.Traditional databas systems,designed to deal with only regular and structural data,cannot efficiently manage design data.In this paper,we present a data manager called EDBMS/2,which has been developed by our laboratory for engineering support applications.EDBMS/2 has a data model that combines features of both relational and semantic ones and owns flexible abilities for modeling engineering data,such as variable-length data processing,integrated management of structuresd data and unstructured data,and composite object handling.Mechanisms based on DBV and DBV graph concepts,proposed in EDBMS/2 ,make EDBMS/2 own powerful abilities for version management and run efficiently.By now,EDBMS/2 has been used successfully in EDCADS(integrated Electronic Devices CAD environment)project and as a lower level support to develop and object-oriented DBMS for mechanical engineering.  相似文献

A new distributed web-mining system based on CORBA (DWMBC) is proposed. It is based on web and takes advantage of CORBA for distributed processing. Distributed data processing and web mining are effectively combined to meet the demand of multi-platform in the system, and the safety and sealability of the system are reinforced. In addition, the Java technology is applied to meet the real time requirement of the presentation of the mining results. Since the early 1980s, CAPP has been expected to bridge the gap between CAD and CAM. Though numerous research works on CAPP have been reported, it is not easy to find a commercial CAPP system applicable to complicated objects with freeform shapes such as mold and die. The dependency on CAM system is holding one leg of CAPP, while the complexity of the solution space in freeform shape machining has a tight grip on the other. This paper exemplifies that these obstacles on the CAPP bridge can be overcome by the integration with CAM and by focusing on a specific application area. Major components of a staming die for the car body panel are manufactured by machining the raw stock castings, which are usually made by the lost foam casting process. Die pattern is the lost foam pattern made of Styrofoam for the raw stock casting. The industry trend is to build die patterns by CNC machining. In this paper, a highly specialized CAPP/CAM integrated system, called Generative Pattern Machining (GPM), for automatic tool paths generation to cut die pattern from the CAD model of the stamping die is described. The overall structure and the detailed steps of GPM are explained. GPM is being used by DaimlerChrysler pattern shop very successfully.  相似文献

本文通过对NURBS造型方法技术的研究,在自主开发的SuperManCAD/CAM集成系统中成功地实现了基于复杂曲线的NURBS双向蒙皮曲面的造型功能,从而建立了完全基于NURBS方法的CAD/CAM系统.通过大量的工程应用和实例验证表明所研究的NURBS方法是一种适用于复杂外形产品设计与制造的、灵活有效的造型方法.  相似文献
