汽车装配线生产计划与调度的集成优化方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为提高汽车装配线的生产效率,优化资源配置,研究了汽车装配线生产计划和调度的集成优化问题,给出了该问题的混合整数规划模型.利用分枝定界算法和单纯型法求得问题的粗生产计划.通过将模拟退火算法和快速调度仿真相结合,探讨了一种新的启发式算法.然后基于已求得的粗生产计划,针对三种不同寻优组合论述了该算法的实现.将该算法应用于实际算例,仿真结果表明该算法对求解此类问题有着很好的效果.  相似文献

针对柔性作业车间(Flexible job-shop, FJS)生产计划(Production planning, PP)与调度紧密衔接的特点, 建立了生产计划与调度集成优化模型. 模型综合考虑了安全库存、需求损失及工件加工路线柔性等方面因素. 提出了一种基于拉格朗日松弛(Lagrangian relaxation, LR)的分解算法, 将原问题分解为计划子问题与调度子问题. 针对松弛的生产计划子问题, 提出一种新的费用结构, 以保证生产计划决策与实际情况相符, 并设计了一种变量固定—松弛策略与滚动时域组合算法进行求解. 对于调度子问题中的加工路线柔性问题, 提出了一种新的机器选择策略. 通过数值实验验证了模型与算法的有效性.  相似文献

讨论一类Job—shop车间的生产计划和调度的集成优化问题,给出了该问题的非线性混合整数规划模型,并采用混合遗传算法进行求解。该模型利用调度约束来细化生产计划,以保证得到可行的调度解。在混合算法中,利用启发式规则来改善初始解集,并采用分段编码策略将计划和调度解映射为染色体。算例研究表明,该算法对求解该类问题具有很好的效果。  相似文献

文中提出三种新方法来解决汽车装配车间生产计划与调度的同时优化问题.首先将汽 车装配线简化为一个Flow shop问题,并建立其混合整数规划模型,以求得使各装配工位的准 备成本和空闲时间尽可能少并尽可能满足产品需求的粗生产计划.然后在粗生产计划的基础上 考虑装配线的细节,用Tabu搜索法与快速调度仿真相结合的三种不同启发式算法使生产计划 与调度同时得到优化,并给出了三种算法的复杂性.大量算例的比较研究表明了这些算法的有 效性和适用性.  相似文献

针对定点装配车间不合格品返工导致生产计划及调度不可行的情况,提出一种基于返工延后处理的定点装配车间生产计划与调度集成优化方法.首先制定返工延后处理的粗生产计划;下达计划生产后,将每周期产生的不合格品放入缓冲区,在下周期初时重新调整生产计划并求解新计划下的最优调度,判断其是否满足装配班组负载率要求,不断交替迭代生产计划与调度直至达到计划与调度的均衡和优化.最后通过算例验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

针对啤酒企业生产人工调度效果不理想的问题,建立了啤酒生产调度数学模型,并研究了此类间歇工业调度问题的优化方法.根据啤酒生产流程特点,将整个啤酒生产划分为糖化区、过滤包装区,分别建立相应的生产调度数学规划模型,并通过蚁群优化算法求解此类调度问题.该优化调度方案在企业中的应用结果表明,通过蚁群算法对建立的啤酒调度模型进行优化,该方法具有良好的鲁棒性与实用性,可为生产管理人员提供方便快捷的优化解决方案.  相似文献

针对钢铁企业焦炉生产计划编排问题,建立一个适合正常工况和异常工况的焦炉作业计划与优化调度系统.该系统由决策支持模块、正常工况计划编制模块和异常工况计划编制模块组成.决策支持模块根据获取的现场数据进行工况判断;在正常工况下采用"5-2"推焦串序操作来编制计划;在异常工况下针对乱笺、推焦事故和病号炉等异常状态,建立优化调度模型,基于蚁群算法进行求解来获得推焦计划.实际应用表明.该系统实现了焦炉作业计划的自动编排与优化调度,保证了结焦时间,提高焦炭质量.  相似文献

热轧型钢生产工艺复杂,其生产中极易出现由于计划调度安排不当而产生的交货期延误、库存超负荷等问题。针对以上问题研究设计了MES生产计划调度系统,改进了批决策调度策略用于数学建模,利用自适应遗传算法求解生产调度计划。以此为基础,为某热轧企业设计实现了生产计划调度系统,并通过真实的热轧型钢订单、原料、设备等数据,对模型改进前后的计划编制方法进行模拟与比较,验证了利用该改进型批决策与调度模型编制的热轧型钢生产调度计划可节省生产时间、降低设备调度时间,以此来指导热轧型钢的生产可切实减少交货延误和减少库存占用率,并提高企业利润率。  相似文献

针对大规模定制条件下传统生产计划在主生产计划、产品结构管理和生产计划过程三个方面柔性不足的问题,应用模块化方法构建了双层柔性主生产计划、产品族结构模型和"PUSH/PULL"结合的生产计划过程模型,在此基础上,构建了柔性的生产计划体系结构。通过实证分析,验证了该体系结构可实现快速响应大规模定制下产品多样化的需求。  相似文献

This paper presents an integrated optimization model of production planning and scheduling for a three-stage manufacturing system, which is composed of a forward chain of three kinds of workshops: a job shop, a parallel flow shop consisting of parallel production lines, and a single machine shop. As the products at the second stage are assembled from the parts produced in its upstream workshop, a complicated production process is involved. On the basis of the analysis of the batch production, a dynamic batch splitting and amalgamating algorithm is proposed. Then, a heuristic algorithm based on a genetic algorithm (known as the integrated optimization algorithm) is proposed for solving the problem. Note to Practitioners-This paper presents a method for integrated production planning and scheduling in a three-stage manufacturing system consisting of a forward chain of three kinds of workshops, which is common in such enterprises as producers of automobiles and household electric appliances, as in the case of an autobody plant usually with the stamping workshop, the welding and assembling workshop, and the painting workshop. Herein, the production planning and scheduling problems are simultaneously addressed in the way that a feasible production plan can be obtained and the inventory reduced. A batch splitting and amalgamating algorithm is proposed for balancing the production time of the production lines. And a case study of the integrated planning and scheduling problem in a real autobody plant verifies the effectiveness of our method  相似文献

针对大型选矿生产线运行和管理特点,分析了选矿企业生产成本、原矿处理量、精矿品位、金属回收率等综合生产指标在计划层、执行层和控制层间的交互关系;说明了选矿企业计划调度主要特征是将综合指标逐层分解优化为日生产线指标的思想;建立了在保证产品质量合格前提下总成本最小为目标和在保证合理精矿品位的前提下,以减小精矿库存、最大限度地满足设备生产能力为目标的计划与调度两阶段级联优化模型;提出了决策选矿生产线日原矿处理量和精矿品位与尾矿品位等生产指标的生产计划调度优化方法,并应用于某选矿企业制造执行系统(Manufacturing execution system, MES),取得显著应用成效.  相似文献

The production of bakery goods is strictly time sensitive due to the complex biochemical processes during dough fermentation, which leads to special requirements for production planning and scheduling. Instead of mathematical methods scheduling is often completely based on the practical experience of the responsible employees in bakeries. This sometimes inconsiderate scheduling approach often leads to sub-optimal performance of companies. This paper presents the modeling of the production in bakeries as a kind of no-wait hybrid flow-shop following the definitions in Scheduling Theory, concerning the constraints and frame conditions given by the employed processes properties. Particle Swarm Optimization and Ant Colony Optimization, two widely used evolutionary algorithms for solving scheduling problems, were adapted and used to analyse and optimize the production planning of an example bakery. In combination with the created model both algorithms proved capable to provide optimized results for the scheduling operation within a predefined runtime of 15 min.  相似文献

Most construction repetitive scheduling methods developed so far have been based on the premise that a repetitive project is comprised of many identical production units. Recently Huang and Sun [Huang RY, Sun KS. Non-unit based planning and scheduling of repetitive construction project. J Constr Eng Manage ASCE 2006;132(6):585–97] developed a workgroup-based repetitive scheduling method that takes the view that a repetitive construction project consists of repetitive activities of workgroups. Instead of repetitive production units, workgroups with repetitive or similar activities in a repetitive project are identified and employed in the planning and scheduling. The workgroup-based approach adds more flexibility to the planning and scheduling of repetitive construction projects and enhances the effectiveness of repetitive scheduling. This work builds on previous research and develops an optimization model for workgroup-based repetitive scheduling. A genetic algorithm (GA) is employed in model formation for finding the optimal solution. A chromosome representation, as well as specification of other parameters for GA analysis, is described in the paper. A sample case study is used for model validation and demonstration. For over 3 decades there was a belief that computer-based solutions would "solve" complex industrial scheduling problems, yet most manufacturing organizations still require human contributions for effective scheduling performance. We present a new model of scheduling for the development and implementation of effective scheduling systems within manufacturing companies. The model derives from investigating the work of 7 schedulers in 4 manufacturing environments using a qualitative field study approach, for which novel field-based data collection and analysis methods were developed. The results show that scheduling in practice comprises task, role, and monitoring activities and that the business environment influences a scheduler at work. A new definition of scheduling is presented that includes the significant facilitation and implementation aspects of human scheduling ignored by many computer-based scheduling approaches. The implications for this model extend across the domains of human factors and operations management, especially for the analysis and improvement of existing and new production planning and control processes and enterprise information systems. Actual or potential applications of this research include the analysis, design, and management of planning, scheduling, and control processes in industry; the selection, training, and support of production schedulers; and the allocation of tasks to humans and computer systems in industrial planning, scheduling, and control processes.  相似文献

Production scheduling is one of the major issues in production planning and control of individual production units which lies on the heart of the performance of manufacturing organizations. Traditionally, production planning decision, especially scheduling, was resolved through intuition, experience, and judgment. Machine loading is one of the process planning and scheduling problems that involves a set of part types and a set of tools needed for processing the parts on a set of machines. It provides solution on assigning parts and allocating tools to optimize some predefined measures of productivity. In this study, Ion Plating industry requires similar approaches on allocating customer's order, i.e. grouping production jobs into batches and arrangement of machine loading sequencing for (i) producing products with better quality products; and (ii) enabling to meet due date to satisfy customers. The aim of this research is to develop a Machine Loading Sequencing Genetic Algorithm (MLSGA) model to improve the production efficiency by integrating a bin packing genetic algorithm model in an Ion Plating Cell (IPC), such that the entire system performance can be improved significantly. The proposed production scheduling system will take into account the quality of product and service, inventory holding cost, and machine utilization in Ion Plating. Genetic Algorithm is being chosen since it is one of the best heuristics algorithms on solving optimization problems. In the case studies, industrial data of a precious metal finishing company has been used to simulate the proposed models, and the computational results have been compared with the industrial data. The results of developed models demonstrated that less resource could be required by applying the proposed models in solving production scheduling problem in the IPC.  相似文献
