展望"十二五",中国的工业自动化已经进入到21世纪,我国制造业的高速发展,拉动了对自动化仪器仪表与控制系统向国际水平发展的需求,我国新上的大型项目所用自动化仪器仪表和控制系统的先进程度的需求已经处于世界先进水平。当前,在自动化技术的促进下,工业正在朝着数字化、智能化、网络化与综合集成化的方向发展,制造业的工厂正不断朝着高度一体化、集成化的进程前行。而未来,随着人们应用高端自动化技术的手段越来越成熟,我们能看到更多的可能发生。本文就是力图从趋势的角度来探索一下工业自动化的热门技术--网络化控制系统及其安全问题。  相似文献

Cloud manufacturing, a service oriented, customer centric, demand driven manufacturing model is explored in both its possible future and current states. A unique strategic vision for the field is documented, and the current state of technology is presented from both industry and academic viewpoints. Key commercial implementations are presented, along with the state of research in fields critical to enablement of cloud manufacturing, including but not limited to automation, industrial control systems, service composition, flexibility, business models, and proposed implementation models and architectures. Comparison of the strategic vision and current state leads to suggestions for future work, including research in the areas of high speed, long distance industrial control systems, flexibility enablement, business models, cloud computing applications in manufacturing, and prominent implementation architectures.  相似文献

Proposals have recently been made within the computer industry to standardize local area computer networking hardware and, although such standards are primarily aimed at the office automation market, they will undoubtedly find many applications in distributed industrial control where a requirement for high speed reliable standardized digital communications also exists. A simple manufacturing cell will be described which demonstrates the advantage of distributed control by using an integrated communications network employing low cost twin axial cable. The individual cell element control systems are supervised by a single computer station providing both control and management information. It will also be shown how such techniques can be applied within industrial manufacturing systems by considering the use of computer networks within a process plant and for the integration of industrial robot systems.  相似文献

Automation is the utilization of control techniques together with other information technology to control industrial processes, reducing the need for human intervention. It plays a highly important role in social and economy as well as in daily life. Control theory is the theory of automation, and is an interdisciplinary branch of engineering and mathematics, examining the behavior of dynamical systems. China has a long history of manufacturing automatic devices. In recent years, some rapid progresses in control theory have been made in China. Many new theories and new methodologies have been developed to meet the increasing demands in industry, agriculture, defense, and other social sectors. Contemporary sciences such as complexity, systems biology, quantum technologies, have also found their close links to control theories and technologies. On the other hand, control theory itself has many unsolved fundamental problems requiring further studies and investigation. This paper is to review the development and progress that have been made in all these aspects in China. Some remarks on the future development of control theory are also presented.  相似文献

Human–robot collaboration (HRC) is characterized by a spatiotemporal overlap between the workspaces of the human and the robot and has become a viable option in manufacturing and other industries. However, for companies considering employing HRC it remains unclear how best to configure such a setup, because empirical evidence on human factors requirements remains inconclusive. As robots execute movements at high levels of automation, they adapt their speed and movement path to situational demands. This study therefore experimentally investigated the effects of movement speed and path predictability of an industrial collaborating robot on the human operator. Participants completed tasks together with a robot in an industrial workplace simulated in virtual reality. A lower level of predictability was associated with a loss in task performance, while faster movements resulted in higher‐rated values for task load and anxiety, indicating demands on the operator exceeding the optimum. Implications for productivity and safety and possible advancements in HRC workplaces are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, we describe the design and development of a simulation–agent interface for real-time distributed control system benchmarking. This work is motivated by the need to test the feasibility of extending agent-based systems to the physical device level in manufacturing and other industrial automation systems. Our work focuses on the development of hybrid physical/simulation environment that can be used to perform tests at both the physical device level, as well as the planning and scheduling level of control. As part of this work, we have extended the proxy design pattern for this application. This paper focuses on the resulting software design pattern for distributed control system benchmarking and provides examples of its use in our hybrid physical/simulation environment.  相似文献

随着社会经济的迅速发展,污水处理成为环境保护的重要环节,迫切需要对污水处理过程进行先进控制和优化。目前,LabVIEW在工业自动化领域已经有了一些成功应用,但在污水处理系统中却少见报道。本文详细描述了基于LabVIEW的污水处理监控系统的体系结构和软件设计方案,利用SIMATIC.NET建立OPC服务器,为监控提供信息采集接口,并提出了避免通讯阻塞,减少实时数据采集延迟的优化策略。该系统应用于上海达能污水处理厂,可靠、稳定,很好的实现了对污水处理各工艺单元中控制对象的实时监控。  相似文献

Reconfigurable manufacturing systems (RMS) and more specifically reconfigurable manufacturing automation systems (RMAS) represent an industrial production paradigm that has evolved in the last twenty years, and provide a low cost solution in the presence of product variety. In spite of the potential impact of this approach to industrial competitiveness, the literature still lacks a set of structured guidelines, derived from the theory and from field studies, to promote its practical implementation in industry. In this paper some early results that contribute towards addressing this research gap are presented. A set of practical guidelines is derived and compiled from four sources: a literature review; a structured questionnaire survey on the attitude of industry to RMAS based on 55 respondents from various sectors of the manufacturing industry; unstructured interviews with the survey respondents to discuss the barriers to the implementation of RMAS; and lessons learned from three pilot industrial test cases where the feasibility of implementing a new RMAS was investigated. The portion of the work reported herein deals exclusively with high level and over-arching practical implementation aspects of RMAS, rather than detailed design and development aspects. The guidelines are validated through further feedback from industry.  相似文献
