With the development of manufacturing,numerical control(NC) machining simulation has become a modern tool to obtain safe and reliable machining operations.Although some research and commercial software about NC machining simulations is available,most of them is oriented for G&M code.It is a low-level data model for computer numerical control(CNC),which has inherent drawbacks such as incomplete data and lack of accuracy.These limitations hinder the development of a real simulation system.Whereas,standard for the exchange of product data-compliant numerical control(STEP-NC) is a new and high-level data model for CNC.It provides rich information for CNC machine tools,which creates the condition for an informative and real simulation.Therefore,this paper proposes STEP-NC based high-level NC machining simulations solution integrated with computer-aided design/computeraided process planning/computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAPP/CAM).It turned out that the research provides a better informed simulation environment and promotes the development of modern manufacturing. 相似文献

This paper studies an online iterative algorithm for solving discrete-time multi-agent dynamic graphical games with input constraints. In order to obtain the optimal strategy of each agent, it is necessary to solve a set of coupled Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equations. It is very difficult to solve HJB equations by the traditional method. The relevant game problem will become more complex if the control input of each agent in the dynamic graphical game is constrained. In this paper, an online iterative algorithm is proposed to find the online solution to dynamic graphical game without the need for drift dynamics of agents. Actually, this algorithm is to find the optimal solution of Bellman equations online. This solution employs a distributed policy iteration process, using only the local information available to each agent. It can be proved that under certain conditions, when each agent updates its own strategy simultaneously, the whole multi-agent system will reach Nash equilibrium. In the process of algorithm implementation, for each agent, two layers of neural networks are used to fit the value function and control strategy, respectively. Finally, a simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of our method. 相似文献

The intersection of N halfplanes is a basic problem in computational geometry and computer graphics,The optimal offline algorithm for this problem runs in time O(N log N).In this paper,an optimal online algorithm which runs also in time O(N log N) for this problem is presented.The main idea of the algorithm is to give a new definition for the left side of a given line,to assign the order for the opoints of a convex polygon.and then to use binary search method in an ordered vertex set.The data structure used in the algorithm is no more complex than array. 相似文献

Today, virtual enterprise is regarded as the most competitive management model of enterprises that faces the resource of the globe. This paper proposed an instructor of remote manufacturing system supporting dynamic alliance for virtual enterprises with the multi-agent technology to solve the problem of partner enterprise selection. Grounding on the virtual enterprise's cooperation framework, a model was given and in which we analyze the collaboration relation among different agents. Condition monitoring is a very important aspect in automated manufacturing processes. Any malfunction of a machining process will deteriorate production quality and efficiency. This paper presents an application of support vector machines in grinding process monitoring. The paper starts with an overview of grinding behaviour. Grinding force is analysed through a Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) to identify features for condition monitoring. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) methodology is introduced as a powerful tool for the classification of different wheel wear situations. After training with available signal data, the SVM is able to identify the state of a grinding process. The requirement and strategy for using SVM for grinding process monitoring is discussed, while the result of the example illustrates how effective SVMs can be in determining wheel redress-life. 相似文献

Enterprise architecture is a subject that has increased its importance in the small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing sector of the industry in Mexico. The global competitiveness of the markets has influenced the adoption of methodologies that support the strategic alignment of the processes with the goals and strategic objectives of the firms. The components of the business architecture like mission, vision, strategic objectives, products, organizational structure, business prdcesses, clients and geographic region, were collected from the firm of the case study for the design of the architecture. As a result of the practical application, an implementation model has been created and four strategic objectives were established for to improve productivity and competitiveness. This paper is a result of the architecture in a medium size manufacturing company like partial research project of analysis, design and implementing business architecture of an enterprise using ontologies for representing the core elements of the business architecture; the study presents clearly the importance of the strategic planning for the analysis and the detection of the main faults for the success of the achievement of goals and objectives. 相似文献

Virtual reality (VR) is a rapidly developing technology that has a wide spectrum of industrial and commercial applications. Networked (distributed or shared) virtual environments (VE) are of growing interest to modern manufacturing industry; a dominating use of networked virtual manufacturing environments (VMEs) is on-line visualisation and collaborative control of 3D information. This has to be supported by real-time data transfer. To meet a broad range of common requirements for Internet-based VE communications, particularly for virtual manufacturing and collaborative design and control, this paper presents a networked virtual environment system that is designed to support networked virtual design and manufacturing. It is believed that agile manufacturing is the twenty-first century manufacturing enterprise strategy and should be realized by agile virtual enterprise (AVE) which is dynamically configured for the manufacturing of one or more products. Agile manufacturing creates a significant challenge for the partner selection in configuring an AVE. This paper presents a brief introduction to the task decomposition for the manufacturing of a product in multisite environment. A bidding process should be carried out for each task so as to get the information necessary for the configuration of AVE. To minimize the manufacturing cost, an integer programming (IP) formulation is presented for the partner selection problem. The IP formulation is then transformed into a graph-theoretical formulation by taking the advantage of the precedence relationship between the tasks. The graph obtained turns out to be a directed multipartite graph. Based on the graph-theoretical formulation, an efficient solution algorithm is proposed for the problem. It is shown that the algorithm is polynomial bounded. Therefore, it is applicable to large practical problems. 相似文献

Agile Manufacturing (AM) paradigm is fast instilled in modern organizations. AM enables an organization to evolve products and services quickly and economically in response to the customers’ dynamic demands. The effectiveness of AM is largely determined by the performance of Agile Supply Chains (ASC). In order to assess their performance, an ASC assessment model was reported in this research paper. This model is encompassed with agile supply chain attributes whose performance levels need to be determined for assessing the overall ASC performance of the organization. The computation was performed using fuzzy logic approach. The working of this model was examined by conducting a case study in an Indian automotive components manufacturing organization. The experience gained by conducting this case study favored the use of a computerized system which will ensure accuracy of computations involving fuzzy logic. 相似文献
