In this paper, a class of interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with delays are introduced and studied, which include many well-known neural networks as special cases. By using fixed point technic, we prove an existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point for the interval general BAM neural networks with delays. By using a proper Lyapunov functions, we get a sufficient condition to ensure the global robust exponential stability for the interval general BAM neural networks with delays, and we just require that activation function is globally Lipschitz continuous, which is less conservative and less restrictive than the monotonic assumption in previous results. In the last section, we also give an example to demonstrate the validity of our stability result for interval neural networks with delays.  相似文献

In this paper, the exponential stability is investigated for a class of time-delay BAM neural networks (NNs). Time delays of two layers are taken into account separately rather than as a whole with the idea of delay fractioning. Then we generalize the result to time-varying interval delay condition. Exploiting the known constant part of delay sufficiently to estimate the upper bounds, we can derive an improved stability for BAM NNs with time-varying interval delay. Two examples are provided to demonstrate the less conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions.  相似文献

This paper deals with the delay-dependent asymptotic stability analysis problem for a class of fuzzy bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying interval delays and Markovian jumping parameters by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model. The nonlinear delayed BAM neural networks are first established as a modified T–S fuzzy model in which the consequent parts are composed of a set of Markovian jumping BAM neural networks with time-varying interval delays. The jumping parameters considered here are generated from a continuous-time discrete-state homogeneous Markov process, which are governed by a Markov process with discrete and finite-state space. The new type of Markovian jumping matrices Pk and Qk are introduced in this paper. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the delay is assumed to be time-varying and belong to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. A new delay-dependent stability condition is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality by constructing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and introducing some free-weighting matrices. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

In this paper, the delay-interval-dependent robust stability is studied for a class of neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays. The time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval, which means that the upper bound is known and the lower bound is not restricted to zero. For the neural networks under study, the uncertainty includes polytopic uncertainty and linear fractional norm-bounded uncertainty. Sufficient conditions for the stability of the addressed neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays are established by employing the proper Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a combination of the stochastic analysis theory, some inequality techniques and new linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate less conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献

This paper investigates decentralized event-triggered stability analysis of neutral-type BAM neural networks with Markovian jump parameters and mixed time varying delays. We apply the decentralized event triggered approach to the bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks to reduce the network traffic and the resource of computation. A bidirectional associative memory neural networks is constructed with the mixed time varying delays and Markov process parameters. The criteria for the asymptotically stability are proposed by using with the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method, reciprocal convex property and Jensen’s inequality. Stability condition of neutral-type BAM neural networks with Markovian jump parameters and mixed delays is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally three numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results  相似文献

This paper deals with the delay-dependent asymptotic stability analysis problem for a class of fuzzy bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time delays in the leakage term by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model. The nonlinear delayed BAM neural networks are first established as a modified T–S fuzzy model in which the consequent parts are composed of a set of BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded. Some new delay-dependent stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality by constructing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and introducing some free-weighting matrices. Even there is no leakage delay, the obtained results are also less restrictive than some recent works. It can be applied to BAM neural networks with activation functions without assuming their boundedness, monotonicity, or differentiability. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

In this paper, the stability analysis problem is investigated for stochastic bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with Markovian jumping parameters and mixed time delays. Both the global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability are dealt with. The mixed time delays consist of both the discrete delays and the distributed delays. Without assuming the symmetry of synaptic connection weights and the monotonicity and differentiability of activation functions, we employ the Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory and the Itô differential rule to establish sufficient conditions for the delayed BAM networks to be stochastically globally exponentially stable and stochastically globally asymptotically stable, respectively. These conditions are expressed in terms of the feasibility to a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Therefore, the global stability of the delayed BAM with Markovian jumping parameters can be easily checked by utilizing the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toolbox. A simple example is exploited to show the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, the Takagi–Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model representation is extended to the stability analysis for uncertain Cohen–Grossberg type bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying delays using linear matrix inequality (LMI) theory. A novel LMI-based stability criterion is obtained by using LMI optimization algorithms to guarantee the asymptotic stability of uncertain Cohen–Grossberg BAM neural networks with time varying delays which are represented by TS fuzzy models. Finally, the proposed stability conditions are demonstrated with numerical examples.

In this paper, we consider the problem on exponential stability analysis of the stochastic impulsive high-order BAM neural networks with time delays. Through employing Lyapunov function method and stochastic bidirected halanay inequality, we constitute exponential stability of the stochastic impulsive high-order BAM neural networks with its estimated exponential convergence rate and feasible interval of impulsive strength. An example illustrates the main results.  相似文献

This paper concerns the globally exponential stability in Lagrange sense for Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy Cohen-Grossberg BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. Based on the Lyapunov functional method and inequality techniques, two different types of activation functions which include both Lipschitz function and general activation functions are analyzed. Several sufficient conditions in linear matrix inequality form are derived to guarantee the Lagrange exponential stability of Cohen-Grossberg BAM neural networks with time-varying delays which are represented by T-S fuzzy models. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the global asymptotic stability analysis problem is investigated for a class of stochastic bi-directional associative memory (BAM) networks with mixed time-delays and parameter uncertainties. The mixed time-delays consist of both the discrete and the distributed delays, the uncertainties are assumed to be norm-bounded, and the neural network are subject to stochastic disturbances described by a Brownian motion. Without assuming the monotonicity and differentiability of activation functions, we employ the Lyapunov–Krasovskii stability theory and some new developed techniques to establish sufficient conditions for the stochastic delayed BAM networks to be globally asymptotically stable in the mean square. These conditions are expressed in terms of the feasibility to a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) that can be easily checked by utilizing the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toolbox. A simple example is exploited to show the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, the conventional bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural network with signal transmission delay is intervalized in order to study the bounded effect of deviations in network parameters and external perturbations. The resultant model is referred to as a novel interval dynamic BAM (IDBAM) model. By combining a number of different Lyapunov functionals with the Razumikhin technique, some sufficient conditions for the existence of unique equilibrium and robust stability are derived. These results are fairly general and can be verified easily. To go further, we extend our investigation to the time-varying delay case. Some robust stability criteria for BAM with perturbations of time-varying delays are derived. Besides, our approach for the analysis allows us to consider several different types of activation functions, including piecewise linear sigmoids with bounded activations as well as the usual C1-smooth sigmoids. We believe that the results obtained have leading significance in the design and application of BAM neural networks.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of asymptotic stability of neutral type Cohen–Grossberg BAM neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays. By constructing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), reciprocal convex technique and Jensen’s inequality are used to delay-dependent conditions are established to analysis the asymptotic stability of Cohen–Grossberg BAM neural networks with discrete and distributed time-varying delays. These stability conditions are formulated as linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. Finally numerical examples are given to illustrate the usefulness of our proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates delay-dependent robust asymptotic state estimation of fuzzy neural networks with mixed interval time-varying delay. In this paper, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model representation is extended to the robust state estimation of Hopfield neural networks with mixed interval time-varying delays. The main purpose is to estimate the neuron states, through available output measurements such that for all admissible time delays, the dynamics of the estimation error is globally asymptotically stable. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional which contains a triple-integral term, delay-dependent robust state estimation for such T-S fuzzy Hopfield neural networks can be achieved by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily facilitated by using some standard numerical packages. The unknown gain matrix is determined by solving a delay-dependent LMI. Finally two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper deals with a class of memristor-based bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with leakage delays and time-varying delays. With the aid of the framework of Filippov solutions, Chain rule and some inequality techniques, a sufficient condition which ensures the boundedness and ultimate boundedness of solutions of memristor-based BAM neural networks with leakage delays and time-varying delays is established. Applying a new approach involving Yoshizawa-like theorem, we prove the existence of periodic solution of the memristor-based BAM neural networks. By using the theory of set-valued maps and functional differential inclusions, Lyapunov functional, a set of sufficient conditions which guarantee the uniqueness and global exponential stability of periodic solution of memristor-based BAM neural networks are derived. An example is given to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the theoretical predictions. The results obtained in this paper are completely new and complement the previously known studies of Li et al. [Existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution of memristor-based BAM neural networks with time-varying delays, Neural networks 75 (2016) 97-109.]  相似文献

In this article, a class of impulsive bidirectional associative memory (BAM) fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with time-varying delays is formulated and investigated. By employing delay differential inequality and M-matrix theory, some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive BAM FCNNs with time-varying delays are obtained. In particular, a precise estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on system parameters and impulsive perturbation intention. It is believed that these results are significant and useful for the design and applications of BAM FCNNs. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of finite-time bounded control for uncertain semi-Markovian jump neural networks with mixed delays which include distributed leakage delay (DLD) and mixed time-varying delays is considered. The system not only contains semi-Markovian jump, linear fractional uncertainties (LFUs), mixed time-varying delays but also includes distributed time delays in the leakage term which is not yet investigated in existing papers. Firstly, uncertainty parameters in the systems are solved by LFU based on the new model. Secondly, a novel augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) which involves more information about time-varying delays is constructed. Moreover, latest integral inequalities and time-delays division method are used to estimate the derivative of proposed LKFs. Thirdly, in the framework of uncertainty, semi-Markovian jump, DLD, mixed delays and external disturbance, a full-order state estimator is constructed such that the error dynamic system is finite-time bounded under the condition of given linear matrix inequalities. Finally, usefulness and advantages of the obtained results are verified by three numerical examples.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the delay-interval dependent robust stability criteria for stochastic neural networks with linear fractional uncertainties. The time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval and is a fast time-varying function. The uncertainty under consideration includes linear fractional norm-bounded uncertainty. Based on the new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, some inequality techniques and stochastic stability theory, delay-interval dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the less conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献
