神经网络建模在热膨胀螺栓形变测量中的应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于神经网络建立热膨胀螺栓形变的非线性数学模型。神经网络的辨识采用变尺度二阶快速学习算法,利用二阶插值法来优化搜索学习速率。新方法具有很快的收敛速度和良好的收敛精度,克服了BP算法在神经网络的权值训练中收敛速度过慢的缺点。热膨胀螺栓的受热形变测量结果表明,该学习算法适用于非线性系统的建模与辨识。  相似文献

针对随机梯度下降法可能会收敛到局部最优的问题,文中提出采用分数阶动量的随机梯度下降法,提高卷积神经网络的识别精度和学习收敛速度.结合基于动量的随机梯度下降法和分数阶差分运算,改进参数更新方法,讨论分数阶阶次对网络参数训练效果的影响,给出阶次调整方法.在MNIST、CIFAR-10数据集上的实验表明,文中方法可以提高卷积神经网络的识别精度和学习收敛速度.  相似文献

为了进一步提高卷积神经网络算法的收敛速度和识别精度,提出基于双重优化的卷积神经网络图像识别算法。在构建卷积神经网络的过程中,针对特征提取和回归分类建立双重优化模型,实现对卷积与全连接过程的集成优化,并与局部优化算法对比,分析各算法的识别率和收敛速度的差异。在手写数字集和人脸数据集上的实验表明,双重优化模型可以在较大程度上提高卷积神经网络的收敛速度和识别精度,并且这种优化策略可以进一步拓展到其它与卷积神经网络相关的深度学习算法中。  相似文献

提出了一种基于Sugeno模糊揄神经网络位置控制器,以永磁无刷直流电机(BLDM)构成伺服系统作为对象进行了仿真实验,研究了该控制器的学习精度、收敛速度及控制性能,仿真结果表明本文所设计模糊神经网络位置控制器学习精度高、收敛速度快、在系统同时存在电机参数的变化和负载扰动时,具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

为了实现中医脉象的客观、准确分类,文章提出了一种基于BP神经网络的脉象识别方法。考察了隐层节点数对网络收敛速度、识别正确率的影响以及学习率对收敛速度的影响,改进了网络训练算法。并选取了较好的学习率参数对脉象信号进行了网络训练,获得了满意的网络收敛误差和识别精度。最后用大量临床脉象样本对网络和算法进行了检验,实验结果表明该方法能够实现对中医常见脉象的准确、快速分类。  相似文献

提出了基于DNA计算和遗传算法的DNA遗传算法,给出了DNA遗传算法的结构,讨论了遗传操作算子,利用DNA遗传算法对FNN进行学习,比采用梯度型算法和遗传算法有更高的学习精度和更快的收敛速度,该算法有全局收敛性避免了采用梯度型学习算法训练FNN时固有的局部收敛问题,同样,该算法加速了FNN的训练,能够在线应用.  相似文献

针对目前多层前向神经网络学习算法存在的不足,提出一种多层前向神经网络的快速学习算法,它不仅符合生物神经网络的基本特征,而且算法简单,学习收敛速度快,具有线性,非线性逼近精度高等特性,以二杆机构手逆运动学建模作为应用实例,仿真结果表明该方法是有效的,其算法与收敛速度更优于BP网络。  相似文献

基于最优化理论,提出了基于新拟牛顿方程的改进拟牛顿算法训练BP神经网络.改进算法使用了一组新型的Hesse矩阵校正方程,使得改进拟牛顿算法具有全局收敛性和局部超线性收敛性.该文将改进的拟牛顿算法与BP神经网络权值的训练结合,得到一种新的BP神经网络权值的训练算法.与传统的神经网络权值学习的拟牛顿算法比较而言,采用改进算法的神经网络的收敛速度明显加快.改进算法能有效解决BP神经网络收敛速度慢的缺陷,显著提高了BP神经网络的学习训练收敛速度和学习精度.  相似文献

研究煤与瓦斯突出预测问题,煤与瓦斯突出是一种非常复杂的地质灾害,受到瓦斯、地应力、煤物理力学性质等多种因素影响,存在复杂的非线性系统问题,引起预测准确性差。传统BP神经网络存在收敛速度慢、易陷入局极小等缺陷。为了有效提高煤与瓦斯突出的预测精度,提出一种改进BP神经网络的煤与瓦斯突出预测算法。首先采用附加动量调整网络的权值,加快网络收敛速度,然后自适应调整网络学习速度,减少迭代次数,最后对煤矿的煤与瓦斯突出进行仿真,相对于传统BP神经网络,不仅有效地减少了迭代次数,加快了学习速度,而且提高了预测精度,为煤矿灾害的准确预测提供了依据。  相似文献

在电网负荷预测方面,LSTM模型有较好的预测精度.但模型参数需要手动设置,网络训练时间长.提出一种改进粒子群算法(IPSO)与长短期记忆网络(LSTM)相结合的预测模型(IPSO-LSTM).利用IPSO对LSTM网络的神经元数,学习率等参数进行优化,自动寻找合适参数,提高预测精度和收敛速度.以某地电力公司的历史负荷数据作为输入数据,迭代训练网络.对比IPSO-LSTM模型和由经验公式所得的LSTM模型的预测结果,发现新模型的MAPE比LSTM网络降低了0.8%,最大相对误差比LSTM网络降低了 4%,收敛速度更快.实验表明所提新模型拥有更高的预测精度和收敛速度.  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献

Distributed real-time simulation is a young technology field but its practice is under increasing demands. In recent years the author and his collaborators have been establishing a new approach called the distributed time-triggered simulation (DTS) scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. The concept was initiated in the course of developing a new-generation object-oriented real-time programming scheme called the time-triggered message-triggered object (TMO) programming scheme. Some fundamental issues inherent in distributed real-time simulation that were learned during recent experimental studies are discussed along with some approaches for resolving the issues. An execution engine developed to support both the TMOs engaged in control computation and the TMOs engaged in DTS is also discussed along with its possible extensions that will enable significantly larger-scale DTSs.  相似文献

Die Disziplin Konfigurationsmanagement bildet den methodischen Ansatz, diese Probleme besser zu beherrschen. Software-Konfigurationsmanagement faßt die Herstellung von Softwaresystemen als eine Abfolge von kontrollierten Änderungen an gesicherten Zwischen- und Endergebnissen auf.
