目的研究动态回收环境下,如何确定使利润最大化的废弃包装回收量和回收价格,以及RL-MIS在废旧包装回收过程中的优化问题。方法以RL-MIS为基础,从动态规划(DP)的角度研究回收量、回收价格与各参数之间的关系,构建新的废旧包装动态回收过程DP模型;根据Database提供的历史数据求得供给曲线方程作为验证方程,检验该动态回收模型的运行结果。结果算例结果得到某种材料的废旧包装的每日最佳回收量为263.7 t,最佳回收价格为590.8元/t。结论结合动态模拟结果,表明该模型可在动态回收环境下模拟获得废旧包装回收量与回收价格的最佳解集。说明合理运用该DP模型可以有效提高废旧包装回收收益,并降低回收成本。

目的为了促进我国弹药包装设计适应武器装备发展,推动弹药包装可持续创新,使弹药包装更好地满足作战保障需求。方法从地方文献数据库和军方文献数据库分析弹药包装工程领域研究现状,结合部队调研情况,分析弹药包装设计研究热点,基于五大理念开展弹药包装设计研究。结果我国弹药包装工程研究领域主要集中在包装需求、防护设计、结构优化等方面,重点开展了弹药投送储运包装设计、弹药标准化包装设计、弹药包装信息化应用、弹药密封包装设计、弹药防殉爆包装设计等内容,基于作战理念、保障理念、整合理念、交互理念和生态理念等开展了弹药包装设计研究,并确定了面向作战、以人为本、持续发展的新时期弹药包装设计原则。结论我国弹药包装工程研究应侧重于防护、集装、效益等方面,弹药包装设计热点应更好体现现代战争需求和适应弹药发展需要,推动弹药包装设计的全面发展。     

Support tool for material and process combinations during early design

The aim of this research is to develop an Expert System (ES) that is linked into a 3D design package, which will provide comparison data for various material and manufacturing process combinations to produce a design. The early design stage is the optimum time to ensure that the material and manufacturing process chosen will realize a design's requirements.

This paper focuses on the steps within the process to create the Expert System and provides an example of its use. The CAD package chosen is AutoCAD 2004. A recognition module has been developed to recognize a 3D model and to segregate the model into that of the quadratic and polyhedron primitives within a database. A generic material and manufacturing database has been designed. This has established a basic platform from which the different material and manufacturing processes can be compared. As each manufacturing process has process-specific rules, it is necessary to examine the 3D model for the suitability of the processing method chosen within the ES.

This ES aims to increase the knowledge available to the designer to aid in the decision-making process, through the comparison reports generated and the web link and specific documentation facility within the software package.     

A mesh adaptation framework for dealing with large deforming meshes

In this paper, we identify and propose solutions for several issues encountered when designing a mesh adaptation package, such as mesh‐to‐mesh projections and mesh database design, and we describe an algorithm to integrate a mesh adaptation procedure in a physics solver. The open‐source MAdLib package is presented as an example of such a mesh adaptation library. A new technique combining global node repositioning and mesh optimization in order to perform arbitrarily large deformations is also proposed. We then present several test cases to evaluate the performances of the proposed techniques and to show their applicability to fluid–structure interaction problems with arbitrarily large deformations. GM 二维条码用于军用小包装油料的生命周期管理

目的利用GM码实现对小包装油料全生命周期的信息化管理。方法对军用小包装油料特点及其现状进行分析的基础上,选择以GM二维条码作为小包装油料管理的自动识别手段;并根据油料业务物流过程的特点,有针对性地提出包装标签的数据项;完成油料的生命周期的数据库以及相应的软硬件系统设计;在小包装油料的包装上制作GM标签。结果通过GM码相应软、硬件平台的建设与油料管理实践,有效地完成了小包装油料管理。结论 GM码能充分实现小包装油料的全生命周期管理。     

Study of static cushioning properties and construction of a database for static cushioning properties

The rapid advance of computerization in industrial package design has led to a strong tendency toward CAD/CAM systems using personal computers for quick design and trial manufacturing. New tools based on a database of the cushioning properties of packaging materials will be needed for the design of package cushioning. Using a compression testing machine with computer control, an attempt has been made to construct such a database with registered characteristics for 47 samples of foamed polyethylene, foamed polypropylene and foamed polyethylene-polystyrene. This database offers the following functions and is recorded on floppy disk: (i) calculation of static cushioning properties (value); (ii) print-out of the computed results; (iii) drawing characteristic figures for designing package cushioning; (iv) indicating optimum value of static cushioning properties; (v) additional registration of new samples.

Study of static cushioning properties: Automated data input and reliability test of static cushioning properties

A computer-controlled compression testing machine is used to compile a database of the static cushioning properties of package cushioning materials. Through research into automated data input procedures, so far not developed, a direct transfer program (ZABCON) has been devised, which allows direct access to the disk in which compression test data are stored. Elimination of manual data input has led to simplified and easy construction of a database, and the applied laboratory tests, such as that for determining the relationship between static cushioning properties and compression rate, can be performed quite readily. Also in this report, the application of the static cushioning characteristics of foamed polystyrene in the cushioning package design of dummy goods and the evaluation of its reliability by drop testing are discussed.
