供应链合作关系相关因素对协同的影响研究 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3
从供应链关系形成的角度,建立了4个主要的度量因素沟通、信任、承诺和合作对供应链协同的影响顺序及相互关系的假设模型,应用结构方程模型的方法进行验证,其中协同效应以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为评价指标。经过对163例制造行业供应链的研究,结果表明,在供应链关系形成过程中,相关企业是从沟通开始,建立相互间的信任后,企业双方承诺发展长远关系,从而产生合作行为,最终通过合作对协同效应产生正性影响。另外沟通和信任对协同运作的影响最为重要,合作的影响最为直接,而承诺对协同只有间接作用。 相似文献

构建了供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同之间关系的理论模型。以广东省珠三角地区141家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与信息系统协同之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果发现供应链伙伴间资源依赖程度对信任与关系承诺均有显著的正向影响,但对跨组织信息系统协同的正向影响并不显著。另外,研究还发现供应链伙伴间信任水平对关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同均有显著的正向影响,然而关系承诺对跨组织信息系统协同则没有显著的正向影响。研究告诉企业管理者,在选择合作伙伴时应该着重考虑彼此之间的资源互补性与相互依赖性,并高度重视人际关系网络的构建,提高供应链伙伴间相互信任水平,从而可以更好地进行跨组织的信息系统协同。 相似文献

本研究构建了供应商与客户间的多维度信任、承诺与信息共享之间关系的理论模型,并以珠三角地区189家制造业为研究对象,运用结构方程模型对多维度信任、承诺与信息共享之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,供应商与客户之间的能力信任对计算性承诺与情感承诺有显著的正向影响,对信息共享的影响并不显著;善意信任对情感承诺与信息共享有显著的正向影响,但对计算性承诺的影响并不显著;计算性承诺与信息共享有显著的负向影响,但对信息共享的影响不显著。根据上述实证研究结论,本研究结合中国特殊的文化背景给出相关的管理启示。 相似文献

This study investigates the association between types of trust and inter-firm learning in buyer–supplier exchanges in an industrial cluster. More specifically, the study explores the impact of trust types on knowledge sharing among manufacturer and retailer SMEs in a furniture cluster. The results of empirical data from 158 manufacturers suggest no significant association between trust based on competence, reliability and predictability and inter-firm learning and a significant positive association between trust based on goodwill, benevolence and non-opportunism and inter-firm learning. The study findings integrate research on the relational and knowledge-related aspects of knowledge exchange at the dyadic inter-firm level. 相似文献

This paper assesses relationship characteristics in supply chain alliances and their effects on alliance performance in supply chains in the context of manufacturing firms drawing on the theory of social exchange and goal interdependence. The results from AVAS analysis show that relationship stability, trust of supplier, relational capital and commitment exert significant effects on the performance of supply chain alliances. production and diffusion in academia. Through a dataset of 229 academic patent inventors, this paper reveals that the effects
of research commercialization on publication quantity, application-oriented research, and disclosure delay are moderated by
the entrepreneurial commitment of faculty members. This paper concludes that encouraging entrepreneurial commitment of faculty

A key element of successful organisations is the alignment of their strategy and tactics. This study explores the relationship between a firm's competitive strategy and its operations practices in the context of a developing economy. Two competitive strategies are examined; a niche market strategy characterised by targeting specific market segments, and a broad market strategy characterised by serving a wide range of market segments. Three sets of operations practices consistent with the adoption of lean manufacturing, Total Quality Management, and relationship development in a supply chain context, are explored. Using survey data from senior managers in Thailand, results show that for firms adopting a niche market focus, competitive strategy directly influences process management and relationship development, which in turn affect workforce commitment. Only workforce commitment has a direct effect on operational performance. In contrast, for firms adopting a broad market focus, competitive strategy directly influences workforce commitment, which in turn affects process management and relationship development practices. Using data collected from US manufacturing firms, this research evaluates logistics service from the eyes of manufacturers. The study leads to a close look at how manufacturers view third party logistics services to provide important strategic and operational values to manufacturers. The results indicate that the building of a long-term relationship is mediated by trust and commitment from manufacturers. When manufacturers believe that the logistics service provider is honest and passionate, and care about their business, they will make a commitment toward a long-term business relationship. 相似文献

文章以杭州市四所大学的270名大学生为样本,以手机购买行为为问卷调查的情境,实证研究了在中国背景下消费者后悔情绪对购买后投诉、转换行为的影响以及关系质量(满意、信任、承诺)在此关系中的缓冲作用。结果显示,消费者后悔情绪与投诉、转换行为都显著正相关;信任与承诺是后悔与转换行为间关系的缓冲变量。从而说明,消费者对购买决策感到后悔就将采取投诉行为或转换品牌、商家,而若消费者对商家有着较高的信任或承诺,就将降低后悔引发的投诉、转换行为倾向。 相似文献

- We extend research on the trust-performance link in strategic alliances (SAs) by arguing that the traditional focus of research on the influence of trust on performance of SAs needs to be complemented with a more explicit acknowledgment and analysis of the role that SA performance plays in the development of trust.
- Drawing on existing theoretical arguments and empirical findings related to the consequences and determinants of trust we argue for the existence of a bidirectional causal relationship between trust and performance in SAs. We empirically test this bilateral relationship using 3-stage least square regression models on data from 110 strategic alliances.
- Our results support the positive effect of SA performance on trust, but not the commonly stressed positive effect of trust on SA performance. We discuss the relevance of this finding for the theory of inter-firm collaboration. We conclude by discussing the implications of our findings for practitioners and scholars interested in SAs.
