根据回转窑内物料颗粒的运动特点,推导了颗粒团在贴壁运动过程中的非稳态导热系数及界面处的接触传热系数,进而得出了物料与封盖窑壁间的换热系数;结合已有研究成果,建立了回转窑的传热数学模型。计算表明,未考虑物料与窑壁间歇接触对回转窑传热过程的强化效应时,物料温度偏低;温度越高,强化效应对物料温度的影响越大;考虑物料与窑壁间歇接触对回转窑传热过程的强化效应,有利于提高回转窑煅烧熟料的质量和热效率。 相似文献

为进一步探索回转窑的优化设计及经济运行情况,在已有的回转窑传热研究的基础上,将其内部的传质过程与对流、辐射、传导3种热交换方式相结合,建立了计算回转窑温度分布的综合数学模型,预测了窑内烟气、物料及窑内壁的温度分布,并对某厂回转窑进行数值计算.结果表明:在距窑头约14m处,气体温度达到最高值,约为1760℃,物料温度约为1465℃,随后气体和物料温度沿窑长逐渐下降,到达窑尾处时分别降至约1028℃和856℃.计算结果与实际运行结果吻合较好,说明该模拟方法具有一定适用性. 相似文献

采用Preissmann 4点隐式差分格式离散一维圣维南方程组,应用三级联解法求解河网水动力数学模型。基于河道-节点-河道算法的河网水质模型的求解特点,在WASP的水质模型理论基础上,建立了河网非稳态水动力综合生态水质数学模型,考虑了多个污染物变量的耦合计算、变量之间的相互转化和迁移。利用模型对4个河网算例进行验证。验证表明,水位和流量过程计算值与实测值吻合很好,各水质变量的计算值和实测值也符合较好,可见模型是合理可靠的,为河网的水质预测和管理提供了一个较为简便实用的工具。 相似文献

水管理是质子交换膜燃料电池取得良好性能的关键因素之一,膜中水的含量及其分布的不均匀造成了电池性能下降。限于试验条件及测试技术,为了更好地探明电池中水的行为及分布,研究者们开展了大量的数学模型和仿真模拟。从质子交换膜燃料电池的工作原理角度出发,回顾了有关质子交换膜中水传递从一维模型到三维模型的发展历程,并阐述了各个阶段研究的要点、限定条件和主要的研究成果。同时,提出了未来水管理方面数学模型和仿真模拟发展的新方向。模型的完善有利于燃料电池控制策略的研究,这将为电池的优化设计提供理论基础。 相似文献

The knowledge of wet process kilns design and operation in the cement industry has not been improved substantially during the last decades since the pre-calcination process has been developed to become the technological standard. In spite of the tendency to replace wet process rotary kilns for cement production by modern dry process kilns with pre-calcination, there are still a substantial number of wet process kilns in operation. Their efficient operation requires an individually designed chain system to enhance the kiln performance. Currently the design of chain systems for wet process rotary cement kilns depends strongly on experience. Systematic theoretical and experimental investigations for the dimensioning of chain systems are not known. Based on a one-dimensional cell model, a simulation program for wet process rotary cement kilns with chain systems has been developed. With the aid of this simulation tool, the influence of chain systems on solid composition and temperature profiles, clinker throughput and fuel requirement is predicted and the design of chain systems can be optimized. 相似文献

A mathematical model to predict the operation behaviours of the rotary kiln process and to describe theaxial distribution of process variables along the length of the reactor has been developed in present work.Themodel is established based on the principle of mass and heat balance in the system under a steady state withthe consideration of kinetic characteristics of the processes.Four examples of the simulation processes in a pi-lot kiln and 3 commercial kilns by using the present mathematical model are given in this paper.The goodagreement between the predicted results and the measured data has been obtained. 相似文献

The design of the ride-rings, or tyres, of industrial rotary kilns is studied as a nonlinear programming problem. The method of monotonicity analysis is employed to obtain results of sufficient generality and utility to the designer. A special-purpose algorithm for the location of the global optimum is presented. A parametric study provides design charts showing the range of criticallity for the various design requirements. The article represents the type of modeling analysis and subsequent solution, suitable for design problems which must be solved many times with parameter changes larger than those handled with the usual sensitivity analysis. 相似文献

针对普遍使用的缓冲材料受压时应力-应变曲线呈现的线弹性区、屈服区和压实区三段式形态,建立了双曲正切与正切组合模型.在此基础上,考虑包装产品冲击时由偏心导致的受力不平衡引起的转动,推导了具有转动和平动耦合的缓冲包装系统在半正弦加速度脉冲激励下的动力学方程,探讨了包装系统平动与转动相耦合的规律.数值算例的结果表明,未考虑转动效应,会导致一定程度的过度包装,造成浪费.该模型的建立和考虑平动与转动相耦合情况的动力学方程,更加接近实际缓冲包装的工程应用情况,为包装结构优化设计提供了参考. 相似文献

Refractory manufacturers have focused their investigations on the development of chrome-free products that suitably meet the refractory lining requirements of cement rotary kilns. The experimental development of refractory mixtures based on magnesia and calcium zirconate, to which electrofused hercynite was added, was carried out in this work. Formulations, in which various amounts of hercynite were added to study its influence on MgO–CaZrO3 microstructure and properties, were prepared. Samples were obtained by compacting powders and sintering in an industrial tunnel kiln. The samples were characterized via XRD and SEM. The strength of the refractory was determined at room temperature. Resistance to attack by cement raw meal at 1300 °C was studied. According to the results, formulations with the addition of hercynite show superior cold crushing strength compared to those without the additive, moreover, all compositions showed good chemical resistance to the presence of cement raw meal. 相似文献
