先进设计技术平台与包装机械虚拟样机   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
目的研究先进设计技术平台的构成、包装机械虚拟样机的开发过程。方法采用先进设计技术与工具,规划平台建设方案,建设数字设计、数字仿真、数字测量、数字制造等4个模块构成的先进设计技术平台,制定设计型教学实践项目7个、综合型教学实践项目4个、自主型教学实践项目3个。结合实际研究课题,以打包机上砖装置为例,通过方案设计与3D建模,虚拟样机机构与运动建模,虚拟样机仿真求解,虚拟样机仿真优化等4个步骤,完成虚拟样机开发,并投入实际生产。结果先进设计技术平台在数字设计与仿真、数字测量与制造等2个方面能有效地支持教学和科研。结论平台能够训练研究生掌握先进设计技术与工具,培养其产品创新思维和创新能力。虚拟样机是促进产品创新的有效技术与方法,能提高产品开发质量、缩短产品开发周期。  相似文献

基于GT400运动控制器的开放式体系结构的数控系统软硬件平台及其关键技术,研究陶瓷零件快速成型设备数控系统对于缩短陶瓷零件的制造周期以及提高企业的生产效率所具有的重要意义.阐述了陶瓷零件快速成型机的新工艺方法和特点,对新型陶瓷零件快速成型机机械系统及其控制要求作了详细分析,着重介绍了陶瓷零件快速成型机控制系统的硬件设计及自顶向下的软件设计.利用Visual C++6.0开发工具和GT系列运动控制器自带的DLL动态链接库开发了操作方便、运行稳定、加工精度高的开放式陶瓷快速成型装置数控系统.控制系统能够很好地满足系统开放性的要求及产品自动化生产的要求,提高了经济效益.  相似文献

We first describe the fundamental concept of virtual prototyping(VP)technology and discuss the differences among VP,computer aided design,computer aided engineering and computer aided manufacture.Then we present the application flow of virtual prototyping technology to the development of mechanical products.Based on ADAMS/VIEW,a new kind of special machine rotating cutter has been developed.The simulation results show that the rotating cutter meets the design requirements.Is is concluded that virtual prototyping technology is quite valuable in designing and manufacturing mechanical product.  相似文献

Tougher competitive situations have led to increasing attention being paid to customer satisfaction, of which timely and customized services are the key concepts. As the product life cycle becomes shortened, high product quality becomes necessary for survival. Markets become highly diversified and global, and continuous and unexpected change become the key factors for success. The need for a method of rapidly and cost-effectively developing products, production facilities and supporting software, including design, process planning and shop floor control system has led to the concept of agile manufacturing. Agile manufacturing can be defined as the capability to survive and prosper in a competitive environment of continuous and unpredictable change by reacting quickly and effectively to changing markets, driven by customer-designed products and services. This article details the key concepts and enablers of agile manufacturing. The key enablers of agile manufacturing include: (i) virtual enterprise formation tools/metrics; (ii) physically distributed manufacturing architecture and teams; (iii) rapid partnership formation tools/metrics; (iv) concurrent engineering; (v) integrated product/production/business information system; (vi) rapid prototyping tools; and (vii) electronic commerce. A conceptual framework for the development of an agile manufacturing system and future research directions are presented in this paper. This framework takes into account the customization and system integration with the help of business process redesign, legal issues, concurrent engineering, computer-integrated manufacturing, cost management, total quality management and information technology.  相似文献

The design paradigm called virtual prototyping (VP) is important because of the need to manufacture products in a short period of time and in a cost effective manner. By replacing the building of physical prototypes for testing various design issues such as usability, life-cycle analysis, functionality and so on with so called “virtual models” on a computer and analyzing them, virtual prototyping is achieved. One of the design issues that has become increasingly important is the “design-for-disassembly (DFD)” paradigm. A well designed product that is easy to disassemble has the obvious advantages when it needs to be taken apart for service or end-of-life recycling. Therefore a design tool that can tie the DFD issues into a virtual prototyping system is of considerable interest. This paper attempts to address this particular issue in the virtual prototyping area: DFD as applied to VP. This paper presents an overview of a detailed DFD method. An algorithm that can be readily tied into a computer aided design system, therefore also useful for virtual prototyping, is discussed. Some implementation issues and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the DFD method currently employed are explained. Even though this research is still in its early stages, the paper presents a general framework of DFD methodology and its potential to be used as a virtual prototyping tool.  相似文献

Utilisation of functional prototypes during the upstream design stage is able to shorten the product development cycle of a medical device and quicken the transfer process to mass manufacturing. Innovative synergy of conventional manufacturing techniques and rapid prototyping techniques is thus needed to fabricate functional prototypes successfully. This case study reports on the development of an automatically activated safety needle using different prototyping approaches for the fabrication of functional prototypes. The approaches include rapid prototyping, computer numerical control (CNC) machining and vacuum casting. The challenges of each technique are discussed and solutions are presented. A hybrid technique involving CNC machining and vacuum casting is adopted to fabricate the prototypes. This hybrid prototyping approach was able to expand the choices for materials to fabricate the prototypes and thus enabling the validation of the design mechanism in a shorter time.  相似文献

In order to reduce the cost at the early product development stages, the planners need methodologies and tools that would allow them to judge upon the implications of the product design on the required manufacturing processes and facilities for their production. This paper reports on a new theoretical platform and a pilot implementation of a decision-making environment for distributed product and facility prototyping in an extended enterprise. The approach is based on an exchange of requests and information between collaborative autonomous agents that support the design, manufacturing planning and facility formation activities. The decision-making is formalized as iterative matching of design, process and facility attributes using multilevel resource capability representation within the extended enterprise. The system is implemented as an XML/CORBA-based environment for conveying design and manufacture messages across traditional technology boundaries. The reported research aims to provide the designers with a rapid manufacturing feasibility assessment tool to be used at different design and planning stages in extended manufacturing enterprises.  相似文献

In the proposed method, the initial polyhedral surface model is converted to a tri-dexel volumetric model by using a depth-peeling dexelization algorithm. In the virtual prototyping process, the tri-dexel volumetric model is updated by the swept volume of a moving cutter via a haptic force feedback interface device. A collision detection algorithm is proposed for the virtual sculpting and the pencil-cut planning with real-time haptic force feedback to the users. Tool paths are generated for machining the virtual sculpted parts via the simulation and verification on a virtual CNC machine tool before they are actually machined. Computer implementation and practical examples are also presented in this paper. The proposed method enables the haptic-aided virtual prototyping and manufacturing planning of complex surface parts.  相似文献

将虚拟样机技术应用于机电产品电缆布线问题,提出了虚拟布线方法。该方法首先根据设计方案建立产品虚拟样机、电缆连接列表、电缆接口、电缆材料、截面参数等信息,基于上述信息以及电缆布线规范,利用虚拟样机技术对可视化和人机交互能力的支持规划出卡箍位置和电缆路径,进而计算电缆长度,在此基础上利用粒子系统仿真技术计算电缆形状,据此生成相应的电缆模型。在探讨了机电产品电缆布线问题及其求解思路的基础上,着重研究了机电产品的信息模型及虚拟布线的关键技术。通过一个实例证明了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

In this paper, the results of a research project aimed at deriving simple, high-performance, auto-tuning, robust control algorithms for evaporators controlled by means of EEVs (Electronic Expansion Valves) are reported. Control design is performed by resorting to a detailed virtual prototyping environment described in Beghi and Cecchinato (2009). The proposed control scheme consists of two nested loops. In the inner loop, the plant is connected in feedback to a PID controller. It is assumed that the structure of the process model is given but its parameters are unknown. The outer loop is composed of a parameter estimator and an adaptation algorithm that updates the parameters of the PID controller on the basis of the result of a system identification procedure. Performance of the proposed controller is evaluated in the virtual prototyping environment by means of simulations.  相似文献
