当代电力系统的负荷结构发生了很大的变化,随着电气化铁路建设的飞速发展,电气化铁路牵引供电系统也将在全国快速扩大。截至2007年,国家电网供电范围内已建成的牵引变电站共379座,在建牵引变电站25座。牵引变压器总容量共24807.9MVA,平均每台变压器容量为31.7MVA,单台牵引变压器最大容量达到150MVA。 相似文献

High reliability is the crucial requirement in railway operation and a power supply system is one of the key components of electrified railways. The cost-effectiveness of the maintenance works is also the concern of the railway operators while the time window on trackside maintenance is often limited. Maintenance scheduling is thus essential to uphold reliability and to reduce operation cost. It is however difficult to formulate the optimal schedule to meet both reliability and maintenance cost for a railway power supply system as a whole because of its functional complexity and demanding operation conditions. Maintenance scheduling models to achieve reliability and maintenance cost are proposed in this study. Optimisation algorithms are then developed to attain the solutions of the model. The applicability of the models and efficiency of the solution algorithms are demonstrated in an example. The proposed methods are vitally important for the railway engineers and operators to assure the service quality in the increasing demands of the modern electrified railways. 相似文献

A technical fusion is an important option to establish renewal development in the mutual fields. We have proposed a novel superconducting power supply that is combined with superconducting power supply and solar energy system. An eternal electric energy can be converted by solar energy system, which contains solar panel, photovoltaic (PV) controller and energy-storing battery, can be utilized in the utility power of superconducting power applications. The novel power supply could operate without external utility power to charge the HTS load magnet due to the solar energy. We can improve the operating efficiency and install it in remote locations where utility power is not available. In this paper, as a first step of this work, we showed the possibility of technical fusion between a superconducting power supply and a solar energy system. 相似文献

The number and power of loads that pollute, from an electric point of view, the electric network are constantly increasing. Their connection to the electric network causes a significant distortion in the line current and, when their overall power is no longer negligible with respect to the network power, also some distortion in the line voltage, thus deteriorating the electric supply quality. The paper proposes a method, based on the evaluation of the harmonic powers, to identify whether the source producing harmonic distortion in the line currents and voltages of a three-phase system is a polluting load connected after the metering section or is the distortion of the line voltages. Some parameters are also defined in order to quantify the effects of the polluting load on the power quality. Egypt National Railway trains (passenger and freight) are currently operated with diesel traction, except for two electrified Metro lines in Cairo of about 55 km in length. An electrified rail system could have a number of operational and environmental benefits. This paper examines the economic and financial viability of a proposed electrification scheme for the Cairo—Alexandria railway line. The framework of appraisal developed identifies the potential direct and indirect benefits of the scheme, and its costs. The evaluation of different types of costs and benefits included a sequence of analytical steps. The results showed that the scheme achieves only about 9% internal rate of return. However, applying a broader cost-benefit analysis to include all sources of benefits shows that it is highly desirable on an economic basis. Despite the extreme difficulty of obtaining the required data and information, plausible and coherent results were achieved, which are also seen to be consistent with other results of electrification schemes in Europe. 相似文献

作为一类重要的负荷侧资源,智能楼宇中广泛存在的各类分布式电源为极端灾害后电力系统的供电快速恢复及负荷转带提供了新的可能性。为此,提出一种针对智能楼宇负荷恢复力的综合评估框架,用于定量分析和计算极端灾害后智能楼宇末端存活分布式电源对配电系统中重要负荷的转带能力。在对智能楼宇内不同类型物理设备进行建模的基础上,重点考虑多能互补及能量耦合特性,首先,提出了电能转移量、热能转移量、冷能转移量3项定量评价指标,用于精确量化极端灾害后智能楼宇电源对系统负荷恢复的贡献。其次,在此基础上,通过综合利用随机混合整数规划方法,进一步提出了针对上述评价指标的具体计算方法。最后,以某一工业园区负荷为例,对所提评估框架进行有效性验证。仿真结果表明,所提方法在保证智能楼宇正常运行前提下可充分发掘智能楼宇的能源供应潜力,有效提升配电系统在极端灾害下的供能可靠性。 相似文献
