1.引言装备维修是保持、恢复及提高战斗力的重要因素.如何加强维修质量管理,提高维修质量水平,保证装备良好的战备完好率,是高技术战争条件下装备技术保障工作的一项重要任务.提高装备维修质量,一方面要建立质量保证体系,开展全面维修质量管理工作,做好维修生产过程的监督和控制;另一方面要做好装备修后的质量跟踪,开展装备维修质量评估.后者是及时发现与纠正维修生产过程中影响维修质量的薄弱环节和问题,提高装备维修质量的一项重要措施.  相似文献

在基于立体视觉的立式风洞飞机尾旋姿态测量过程中,遮挡问题是困扰测量的一个难题.遮挡问题的常用解决方法需要恢复连续的被遮挡空间,计算量大,且不容易保证精度.针对特征点测量的遮挡问题,本文提出一种基于信用度分类的解决方法,在被遮挡空间搜索感兴趣点的最佳近似,并且通过引入信用度因子的组合计算,控制和提高最佳近似点的计算精度.文中分析了辅助计算点的测量误差所带来的搜索定位困难,信用度因子的引入可以弱化不精确辅助点对搜索结果的影响,使搜索过程主要依赖可靠的点进行.最后,通过仿真实验分析了该方法的可靠性,并说明其在飞机尾旋运动测量实验中对测量结果的有效改善.  相似文献

针对某军机喷嘴主衬套和外贸关键件的圆柱度精度要求较高、测量误差相对较大的问题,利用公司新进口的新型圆柱度测量仪及其软件,采用半径测量法,运用误差分析理论,分析了测量过程的主要误差来源和影响因素;结合加工实际情况选择了相应的评定方法,实现了高精度圆柱度的准确测量;制定了操作流程,保证了准确的测量结果,为产品生产过程的质量控制提供了准确依据.  相似文献

北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)超导螺线管磁体(SSM)的控制阀箱是该磁体低温冷却系统的主要设备之一,用来分配、调节和控制超导磁体及其电流引线的冷却介质流量.低温下磁体超导导线及其冷却管会产生冷缩变形,变形量要在控制阀箱内给与补偿.同时阀箱内来流和回流氦冷却管线布置紧凑,需要判断是否要采取措施来补偿冷缩变形.本文运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对BEPCⅡ SSM控制阀箱内冷却管线的热应力进行模拟及分析,从而为该阀箱内冷却管线的设计及布局提供理论依据.  相似文献

The performance of a production system depends on the breakdown-free operation of equipment and processes. Maintenance and quality control play an important role in achieving this goal. In addition to deteriorating with time, equipment may experience a quality shift (i.e. process moves to out-of-control state), which is characterised by a higher rejection rate and a higher tendency to fail. This paper develops an integrated model for joint optimisation of preventive maintenance interval and control parameters incorporating the Taguchi loss function. We consider two types of maintenance policies: minimal corrective maintenance that maintains the state of the equipment without affecting the age and imperfect preventive maintenance that upgrades the equipment in between ‘as good as new’ and ‘as bad as old’ condition. The proposed model enables the determination of the optimal value of each of the four decision variables, i.e. sample size (n), sample frequency (h), control limit coefficient (k), and preventive maintenance interval (t PM) that minimises the expected total cost of the integration per unit time. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effect of the cost parameters on the joint economic design of preventive maintenance and process quality control policy. Predictive maintenance (PdM) is an effective means to eliminate potential failures, ensure stable equipment operation and improve the mission reliability of manufacturing systems and the quality of products, which is the premise of intelligent manufacturing. Therefore, an integrated PdM strategy considering product quality level and mission reliability state is proposed regarding the intelligent manufacturing philosophy of ‘prediction and manufacturing’. First, the key process variables are identified and integrated into the evaluation of the equipment degradation state. Second, the quality deviation index is defined to describe the quality of the product quantitatively according to the co-effect of manufacturing system component reliability and product quality in the quality–reliability chain. Third, to achieve changeable production task demands, mission reliability is defined to characterise the equipment production states comprehensively. The optimal integrated PdM strategy, which combines quality control and mission reliability analysis, is obtained by minimising the total cost. Finally, a case study on decision-making with the integrated PdM strategy for a cylinder head manufacturing system is presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The final results shows that proposed method achieves approximately 26.02 and 20.54% cost improvement over periodic preventive maintenance and conventional condition-based maintenance respectively.  相似文献

Equipment maintenance and system reliability are important factors affecting the organisation’s ability to provide quality and timely services to customer. While maintenance remains an important function to manufacturing, it is only recently that attempts have been made to quantify its impact on equipment performance. In this research, an approach of linking maintenance with equipment performance is developed using simulation modelling. The modelling approach involves defining probabilistic models and assumptions affecting system performance, such as: the probabilistic model for the initial failure rate/intensity of the equipment; the probabilistic model for the system deterioration and corresponding effect; the probabilistic model for the random times of corrective maintenance (CM) and preventive maintenance (PM) that takes into the account the types of maintenance plans/policies and the potential dependency between CM and PM times; and the probabilistic model for the random effects of CM and PM on the reliability of the equipment. Using a continuous manufacturing equipment, the model is used to analyse the impact of deterioration, failures and maintenance (policies, timing and efficiency) on equipment performance. It is shown that modelling the effect maintenance provides a basis of evaluating maintenance efforts with the potential application in performance evaluation and decision support while investigating opportunities for manufacturing equipment performance improvement.  相似文献

An equipment maintenance system is naturally a complex dynamical system. The effective mamanagement must be based on the knowledge of the system's intrinsic dynamics. And the strueture of the maintenance system determines its behavior. This paper analyzes the basic structures and elements of a maintenance system for complex multi-components equipment. The maintenance system is considered as a dynamic system whose behavior is influenced by its structure's feedback and interaction, and the system's available resources. Building the dynamical model with Simulink, we show some results about the maintenance system's nonlinear dynamics, ods. The model can be used for understanding and which operational adjustments of maintenance which are never given by stochastic process methdetermining maintenance system behavior, towards n of maintenance requirements and timely supply of maintenance resources can be made in a more informed way.  相似文献

针对恶劣工况环境下复杂矿用设备状态监测与预测性维护困难等问题,结合状态监测、故障预警和预测维护等多种综合建模与分析预测技术,提出了一种基于数字孪生的预测性维护系统。首先,介绍了复杂矿用设备数字孪生体的设计流程与构建原理,并在搭建数字孪生体的过程中实现了预测性维护系统的功能;然后,研究了基于LabVIEW、MySQL和Unity3D的状态数据获取方法,利用Unity3D开发引擎搭建了三维可视化复杂矿用设备状态监测平台,并通过虚拟空间可视化展示设备当前状态;最后,分析了优化BP(back propagation,反向传播)神经网络在复杂矿用设备故障预警中的适用性,同时利用MATLAB软件建立了复杂矿用设备关键零部件的预测性维护模型,并将预警结果通过MySQL数据库传输至Unity3D开发引擎,以驱动和部署预设维护流程,实现设备状态实时监测下的关键零部件故障预警。根据采煤机液压系统的实际维修流程,制定了混合现实(mixed reality, MR)预测性维护策略,并以采煤机摇臂部液压柱塞泵为实验对象开展有效性验证。结果表明,所构建的预测性维护系统的故障预测准确率高于90%,且故障预警结果可驱动HoloLens眼镜实现虚拟指导的维修交互,验证了该系统预测性维护功能的有效性。研究结果可为复杂矿用设备的预测性维护提供新思路。  相似文献
