The paper addresses a supply network design problem in which a set of enterprises decides to organise itself as a multi-stage supply network by resource sharing and production coordination. A biform game theory formulation of the problem is obtained by combining the cooperative sub-game in the manufacturing network with the strategic sub-game of the Stackelberg type between the retailer and the manufacturers’ network. As a result of the interaction between these two sub-games, a new type of cooperative game, the quadratic production game, is formulated to describe the supply network design problem under anticipated price elastic demands from the market. The key problem of coalitional stability is addressed through the properties of rationality and fairness of the profit sharing agreement. We prove that the game is non-convex in general and thus, the fair solution given by the Shapley value allocation is not always rational. It is proposed to reinforce the coalition stability by selecting a minimal set of partner enterprises achieving the maximal expected profit and applying a profit sharing policy with guaranteed fairness restricted to the member enterprises. 相似文献

In this paper, a dual problem formulation is developed in order to solve a multi-objective, multi-period and multi-commodity production–distribution (re)planning problem for a multi-stage centralised upstream network with structure dynamics considerations. The original idea of this study is to use the real logic of decision-making in companies and exclude demand constraint from the linear programming (LP) model. This allows transit from the classical transportation problem, formulated as an LP model in order to improve service level at the strategic inventory holding point. The formulation as an LP model makes it possible to formulate the dual problem. The performed structural analysis revealed some interesting managerial insights into building robust distribution plans and interconnecting decisions on distribution network design, planning, and sourcing. 相似文献

In recent years, economic globalisation and manufacturing resource globalisation as two key factors have driven enterprises to transform their business processes to survive in competitive environments. This transformation is challenging as manufacturing enterprises should maintain their support for their customers with high-quality products, lower cost, product customisation capabilities, and quick delivery. Moreover, globalisation has resulted in geographically distributed suppliers across the globe. This challenge will turn into a major research topic when paradigms like Cloud manufacturing are introduced. Cloud manufacturing is a new paradigm which provides ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable manufacturing resources. In this paper, to achieve the ideal goal of Cloud manufacturing, the concept of supplier network logistics planning and manufacturing service composition is focused. Every production task and logistics operation would be defined as a service considering operation process chart flows. The paper has proposed a mathematical model which selects an optimal set of manufacturing and logistics service composition in order to lower operation and logistics costs in operational perspective while fulfilling a novel idea for configured cloud entropy of logistics and operation suppliers. Production configuration is well recognised as an effective means of planning production processes for product families. The major challenge of production configuration originates from the handling of the numerous constraints associated with product and process variety. This paper develops a constraint satisfaction approach to facilitate production configuration decisions regarding constraint identification, representation, and evaluation. A domain-based model is formulated to conceptualise the production configuration process, involving inter-connections among multiple domains in conjunction with diverse domain decision variables and constraints. Within the domain framework, production configuration is formulated as a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP), which is solved using constraint heuristic search. Within constraint heuristic search, a decision propagation structure incorporating a connectionist approach is developed to facilitate the exploration of solution spaces. A case study of textile spindle production configuration is elaborated to illustrate the feasibility and potential of the domain-based CSP model for production configuration. 相似文献

为帮助冷链食品生产企业快速选择最佳冷链物流服务商,在传统BP神经网络基础上融合粗糙集和粒子群算法,构建了粗糙PSO-BP神经网络模型。该模型利用粗糙集剔除原始数据中的冗余信息,使输入指标更加精简;采用粒子群算法代替梯度下降法对神经网络权重进行训练,使输出结果不易陷入局部极小值,增强网络泛化能力。通过算例验证该模型的有效性和可行性。结果表明,该模型在提高运算速度的同时,预测误差为BP神经网络模型的40.94%,预测结果更加准确可靠,为冷链食品生产企业快速选择最佳冷链物流服务商提供一种新的方法指导。 相似文献

基于复杂系统制造过程对完善生产资料准备、缩短制造周期、增强生产计划控制力、提升高端制造业发展水平的迫切要求,根据模块化理论、制造工艺、项目管理、最优化理论等方法,构建复杂系统制造模块顺序网络图,并建立求解制造周期的整数规划模型,最后举出实例,运用优化求解软件CPLEX得出整个系统制造周期及对应的关键制造路径,运用求解结果制定生产资料准备计划及生产计划,发现模块化技术实行后,生产计划及生产资料准备计划实现最大并行化开展,且生产资料准备先于生产计划开展前完成,整个系统制造周期大大缩短,验证了模型的有效性、准确性和优越性。 相似文献
