针对443铁索体不锈钢焊接接头存在粗晶组织与性能脆化等问题进行研究,采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了不同焊接方法焊后接头组织和性能的变化.采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)、脉冲钨极氩弧焊(P-TIG)和脉冲激光焊(P-LBW)三种焊接方法进行焊接,分析了不同热输入对超薄443铁素体不锈钢焊接接头微观组织、拉伸性能和杯突性能的影响规律.结果表明,焊接热输入是影响该铁素体不锈钢焊接接头组织和性能的重要因素,采用脉冲焊接方法来细化组织可以有效提高焊接接头综合性能. 相似文献

Results of investigations on development of new consumables for welding and weld surfacing of grey cast iron are presented. It is shown that through the influence on physical and chemical properties of liquid cast iron in the welding pool, the graphitization process, structure and properties of welds and weld overlays can be effectively affected. Arc weld surfacing with tube electrodes, without preheating or with that only up to 300°C, is a way which enables us to obtain sound weld overlays, the structure and properties of which are similar to those of grey cast iron. 采用双丝PMIG协同式高效焊接方法对板厚为60 mm的5A06铝合金进行了焊接试验,获得了优良的焊接接头,并对焊接接头进行了金相组织和力学性能分析. 结果表明,母材保持轧制态纤维状组织,焊缝组织细密均匀,主要为α(Al),β(Mg2Al3)及部分Mg2Si杂质相. 接头平均抗拉强度和断后伸长率分别为306.17 MPa和11.93%,达到母材的90.5%和61.5%. 对比接头各层显微组织和力学性能发现,热输入影响焊接接头热影响区宽度和力学性能. 在焊接热输入最小的正面盖面层,焊缝组织更细,热影响区宽度更窄,试样力学性能更好. 相似文献

采用激光-TIG弧复合焊接工艺对钛合金T形结构单面焊背面双侧一次成形焊接新技术进行了研究,通过综合试验、对比分析等方法,研究了多种试验条件下T形结构焊缝成形特点及影响因素,给出了采用激光-TIG复合焊接工艺实现钛合金T形结构单面焊背面双侧一次成形焊接的最佳工艺方案.结果表明,采用激光-TIG复合焊接工艺焊接钛合金T形结构与钨极氩弧熔透焊工艺相比在焊缝组织、焊接效率、焊缝成形、间隙适应性等方面有明显的优势. 相似文献

A high quality joint of zinc based pressure die cast alloys can be hardly achieved by conventional fusion welding. In this study, a novel technique to achieve the globular weld structure using stirring the localized semisolid zone during butt joining of Zamak-3 pressure die cast alloy is proposed and effect of welding parameters on mechanical and microstructural properties are investigated. A gas heating system was designed to heat up the nitrogen gas to desired temperature accurately to create a localized semisolid pool. At this stage a fine stirrer was introduced into the weld seam in order to mix the two sides into a single uniform joint. By presented process, globular microstructure of the weld zone is gained while the near weld zone would have the globular structure due to semisolid holding. Local mechanical properties of different zones show a good strength by results of the shear punch and hardness tests. 相似文献

通过钨极氩弧焊方法,对 1Cr18Ni9Ti 与 1Cr13 实施焊接.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对 1Cr13 马氏体型与 1Cr18Ni9Ti 奥氏体型不锈钢焊接接头进行金相组织、断口形貌观察及分析;利用显微硬度计、电子万能拉伸机测量焊接接头的力学性能;并通过海水模拟溶液浸泡试验,测量焊接接头极化曲线和交流阻抗谱.结果表明,通过手工钨极氩弧焊,采用直流正接接法,在合适的工艺下(焊接电流为 80 A,焊接速度为 110 mm/min),能够获得外观平整、组织均匀,力学性能与电化学性能符合要求的焊接接头.Abstract: The stainless steels of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr13 were welded through deterministic craft by tungsten inert-gas (TIG) welding. The microstructure and fracture pattern of weld joints of 1Cr13martensite and 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steels were observed and analyzed by means of LOM and SEM, the mechanical properties of the weld joints were measured with micro-hardness tester and electronic universal stretcher, and the polarization curves and AC impedance spectroscopy of weld joints were tested by seawater immersion test of simulation solution. The results show that adopting manual TIG welding through electrode negative to direct current soldering machine to weld 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenite stainless steel and 1Cr13 martensite stainless steel is feasible; under suitable process (welding current is 80 A, welding speed is 110 mm/min), weld joints can obtain good appearance and uniform structure; mechanical properties and galvano-chemistry properties can meet use requirements. 相似文献
