目的加入h-BN和团聚聚苯酯分别作为固体润滑剂和造孔剂,以提高NiCrAlYSi基封严涂层的高温摩擦磨损性能。方法采用真空熔炼雾化造粒和料浆喷雾造粒技术制备NiCrAlYSi/h-BN聚苯酯复合粉体,再利用大气等离子喷涂技术制备高温可磨耗封严涂层,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、CSM摩擦磨损试验机和三维轮廓仪等手段,研究NiCrAlYSi/h-BN封严涂层显微结构、元素组成以及室温和800℃下的摩擦磨损性能,探究涂层在室温和800℃下的磨损机理。结果等离子喷涂NiCrAlYSi/h-BN封严涂层组织比较均匀,涂层结合强度可达15MPa,孔隙率约为32%。室温下封严涂层与DD6镍基单晶高温合金球间的平均摩擦因数为0.897,涂层磨损体积为2.09×10~8μm~3;800℃高温下平均摩擦因数为0.425,涂层磨损体积为3.22×10~8μm~3;封严涂层800℃下有良好的可磨耗性,相应对偶件的磨损较轻;高温下,封严涂层金属基相软化、h-BN的润滑作用和部分金属基相高温下生成自润滑性氧化物,是摩擦因数降低和对偶件磨损较轻的主要原因。NiCrAlYSi/h-BN封严涂层室温的主要磨损机理为涂抹、磨粒磨损和轻微氧化,高温下的主要磨损机理为切削、塑性变形、氧化和粘着磨损。结论等离子喷涂NiCrAlYSi/h-BN高温封严涂层在高温下的可磨耗性能较好。  相似文献

采用增强阴极弧磁控溅射法在Si(100)片和WC硬质合金上制备了CrNx梯度薄膜。用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了CrNx梯度薄膜的结构及微观形貌;在人体模拟体液及海水中分别利用CHI660D电化学工作站及球-盘摩擦磨损试验机对CrNx梯度薄膜的电化学特性及CrNx/Al2O3的摩擦学特性进行了研究。结果表明:CrNx梯度薄膜在海水中表现出更优异的耐腐蚀性,CrNx梯度薄膜在人体模拟体液中的摩擦因数随载荷的增加而增大(0.23~0.33),而在海水中的摩擦因数则是先增大后减小(0.26~0.30)。低载荷下,对摩副在人体模拟体液中的磨损程度更低,当载荷增大至12N时,2种润滑环境下的磨损程度相当。  相似文献

利用等离子喷涂在 45钢表面制备了三种厚度不同的硫化亚铁固体润滑层。在QP 1 0 0摩擦磨损试验机上测定了硫化亚铁喷涂层在油润滑条件下的摩擦学性能。利用XRD分析了硫化亚铁喷涂层的相结构 ,用SEM观察了喷涂层的磨面形貌。结果表明 ,硫化亚铁喷涂层的减摩、耐磨、抗擦伤性能明显优于 45钢原始表面。  相似文献

Electroless plating has been receiving a steady progress over the last decade on the modification of the surface properties of ceramic materials in order to produce composite coatings with unique characteristics for critical tribological systems. In this work, an electroless nickel deposition process was used to deposit nickel-phosphorous (Ni–P) coating on hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) particles via hypophosphitereduced acid bath solution. The substrate particles were initially subjected to series of pre-treatment operation in order to ensure that the particles are cleaned and catalytically active prior to electroless plating. The characterization of the as-received and Ni-coated powder was studied through scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The result reveals that the pretreatment of h-BN powder provides substrate particle surfaces with coarse and roughened structures which are normally considered suitable for Ni–P deposition. Moreover, the result of the EDX analysis confirms the existence of nucleating agents and Ni–P coating on the surface of the treated h-BN powder. The cross-sectional microstructure of the coated powder shows that the h-BN particles were embedded in a continuous matrix layer of Ni–P deposit. The EDX mapping profiles further indicate that the deposited Ni–P alloy mass was uniformly distributed on the surface of the Ni–P codeposited h-BN particles (Ni–P–h-BN). The successful development of Ni coated h-BN powder will raise the potential of h-BN as a high-performance coating material.  相似文献

通过激光熔覆技术在钛表面成功制备了NiCoCrAlY和NiCoCrAlY/ZrB2复合涂层,用SEM和XRD分析了涂层的组成及结构.在SRV-Ⅳ高温摩擦磨损试验机上系统考察了NiCoCrAlY和NiCoCrAlY/ZrB2复合涂层在20、100、300和500℃下的摩擦磨损性能,对偶为Si3N4陶瓷球.采用SEM和3D非接触式表面轮廓仪磨损形貌分析了摩擦磨损测试后涂层和对偶陶瓷球的磨痕形貌.结果表明:NiCoCrAlY/ZrB2复合涂层相对于NiCoCrAlY涂层有更高的显微硬度和更好的高温耐磨性能,NiCoCrAlY和NiCoCrAlY/ZrB2复合涂层在不同温度下的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损.  相似文献

The high strength, wear resistance and high operational temperature of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) have attracted increasing interests of this material for tribological applications. The addition of solid lubricant is an effective way to further improve the tribological properties of polymeric materials. In the present work, inorganic fullerene-like tungsten disulfide (IF-WS2) nanoparticles were incorporated into PEEK coatings with the aim of reducing the coefficient of friction (COF) and improving the wear resistance of the coatings. The microstructures of IF-WS2/PEEK nanocomposite coatings were characterized using a combination of SEM, XRD and FTIR measurements. The thermal behaviours of the coatings were determined using differential thermal analysis (DTA). Tribological tests had also been carried out to evaluate the friction and wear behaviours of IF-WS2/PEEK nanocomposite coatings. The results showed that significant improvement can be achieved in the tribological properties of the nanocomposite coatings by incorporating IF-WS2 nanoparticles.  相似文献

The nanocomposite Cr-Cu-N thin films have been deposited at a substrate temperature of 250 °C by a bipolar asymmetric pulsed DC reactive magnetron sputtering process. Different Cu contents ranging from 0.4 to 14.9 at.% were achieved. The structures of Cr-Cu-N thin films were analyzed by XRD. The surface and cross sectional morphologies of thin films were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The nanoindentation and scratch tests were adopted to evaluate the mechanical and tribological properties of Cr-Cu-N coatings. The influences of Cu content on the structure, mechanical and tribological properties of Cr-Cu-N coatings were explored. It is observed that the columnar structure no longer exists when the Cu content exceeds 10.9 at.%. The stability of CrN phase in the coating is influenced by the Cu content. The scratching coefficient of thin films decreases with increasing Cu content. Sufficient adhesion and tribological properties of Cr-Cu-N coatings are achieved. The maximum average hardness around 20 GPa and scratching coefficient around 0.1 are found in the coatings with around 2.1 to 2.6 at.% Cu in this work.  相似文献

铝挤压模具表面的摩擦磨损行为是影响铝制品质量和模具寿命的重要因素。为了进一步优化铝挤压模具表面耐磨涂层的沉积工艺,以 TiN 涂层为例,采用等离子体增强磁控溅射方法分别在基体偏流为 0.1 A、1.5 A、3.0 A 和 4.5 A 条件下制备 TiN 涂层,利用 XPS、SEM、AFM 和 XRD 分别测量 TiN 涂层的化学成分、表截面微观结构和相组成,利用纳米压痕仪和旋转式球-盘摩擦磨损试验机分别考察 TiN 涂层试样的综合力学性能和与铝对摩时的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:基体偏流增加对 TiN 涂层的化学组成影响较小。随着基体偏流的增加,TiN 涂层的横截面形貌逐渐细化。涂层表面具有由岛状微凸起组成的微结构,随着基体偏流的增加,微凸起尺寸和数量逐渐减小,表面粗糙度逐渐降低。不同基体偏流条件下制备的涂层均具有明显的 TiN(111)择优生长趋势。当基体偏流从 0.1 A 增加到 1.5 A 时,TiN 涂层的晶粒尺寸明显减小,涂层的综合力学性能得到显著提高。TiN 涂层试样与铝对摩过程中主要发生粘着磨损和磨料磨损,涂层试样对铝的减摩抗磨性能与对摩过程中的铝粘着面积呈负相关。结论:基体偏流对等离子体增强磁控溅射 TiN 涂层的表截面微观结构、力学性能和摩擦磨损行为影响显著,基体偏流为 1.5 A 时制备的 TiN 涂层具有最低的摩擦因数和磨损率,分别为 0.41×10?15 和 3.03×10?15 m3 / (N·m)。研究结果对铝成型模具表面高性能长寿命防护涂层的研究开发具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。  相似文献

利用氧-乙炔火焰喷熔方法在45号钢表面制取了FeNiBSiCe喷熔层,在SRV球盘摩擦磨损试验机上研究了FeNiBSiCe合金的摩擦磨损行为,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射扫描电镜(FEGSEM)和能量色散谱仪(EDS)等技术分析了喷熔层的表面、截面及磨损面形貌.结果表明,FeNiBSiCe喷熔层的耐磨性优于SAE52100钢,喷熔层磨损率随滑动速度增加,先快速降低,随后趋于缓慢,最后上升.摩擦系数随滑动速度的增大而增加,然后趋于稳定.磨损机理是低载荷下为微观切削和疲劳脱层,在相对高载荷下和滑动速度较高时产生显微裂纹,且在涂层表面形成了一层氧化物磨屑层,缓解了微动磨损.  相似文献

利用闭合场非平衡磁控溅射技术在高速钢基体上制备具有不同结构的CrAlTiN镀层,采用XRD、SEM等手段对镀层微观组织结构进行了分析,并测试了其力学性能和摩擦学性能。结果表明:与传统的硬质镀层CrN、TiN相比,掺杂Al和Ti元素后的四元CrAlTiN镀层,无论形成多层结构,还是共沉积复合结构,都具有良好的力学性能和低的摩擦系数以及高耐磨损性能。  相似文献

在活塞销材料(20CrMo)上沉积了5种不同厚度的CrN涂层,研究其力学性能及发动机油5W/40润滑下的摩擦学性能。分别对CrN涂层的表面形貌、截面厚度、硬度、弹性模量和高温膜基结合性能进行了测试。探讨了不同接触压力和不同转速下CrN涂层与锡青铜(QSn7-0.2)配副以及基材20CrMo与QSn7-0.2配副在5W/40润滑下的摩擦学性能差异,并分析了接触电阻。结果表明:涂层沉积厚度对CrN涂层的硬度等力学参数的影响较小,但对高温膜基结合性能的影响较大。在5W/40润滑下,CrN涂层与QSn7-0.2配副在接触压力较大或较小的大部分区域都具有相对较低的摩擦因数,且磨损体积极小。  相似文献

In this research, Cr(N)/C(DLC) multilayered coatings were deposited on M2 steel substrates by an unbalanced magnetron sputtering technique. By varying the substrate rotation speed, four multilayered coatings with different bilayer thickness were produced. The bilayer thickness and structure of multilayered coatings were characterized by low-angle XRD, XPS depth profile, and cross-section TEM observation. The tribological investigation focused on the effect of layer thickness and tribological media on tribological property of the multilayer coatings against Al counterface. A pin-on-disc tribometer with a tribological medium container was used to investigate the wear behaviours of the four multilayered coatings under dry and wet (distilled water and S500 coolant) sliding. A stylus surface profilometer was used to measure wear rate. The investigation of wear tracks and wear mechanism was performed using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The research results showed that coatings with different bilayer period performed different tribological behaviour. The proper tribological media applied in the wear tests could improve the wear properties of multilayer coatings.  相似文献

以Ni-Al为粘结层,在AZ91D镁合金基体上等离子喷涂Ni-Al/Al2O3、Ni-Al/Al2O3-13%TiO2(Ni-Al/AT13)、Ni-Al/Al2O3-20%TiO2(Ni-Al/AT20)复合涂层及Ni-Al/Al2O3/Al2O3-13%TiO2/Al2O3-20%TiO2(Ni-Al/Al2O3/AT13/AT20)梯度涂层,利用SEM、EDS和XRD分析涂层的微观组织特征,通过硬度、拉伸和热震实验研究涂层硬度、结合强度和抗热震性能,并与直接喷涂Al2O3、AT20的涂层进行比较。结果表明:Ni-Al粘结层因"自粘结"效应与基体形成较为致密并具有冶金结合的界面,且与Al2O3、AT13和AT20陶瓷层互有渗透、交叉和啮合,涂层致密性及结合力大为提高,表现出优良的抗热震性能。Al2O3涂层主要由亚稳态γ-Al2O3组成,AT20涂层以Al2O3和Al2TiO5为主。镁合金表面喷涂Al2O3陶瓷层后硬度大幅提高,由于加入TiO2,AT13和AT20涂层的硬度略低于Al2O3涂层的。Ni-Al/Al2O3-TiO2复合陶瓷的涂层结合强度高于Ni-Al/Al2O3单一陶瓷涂层的,而Ni-Al/Al2O3/AT13/AT20梯度涂层的结合强度比Ni-Al/AT20涂层的更高。  相似文献

采用PLINT磨损试验机,对比考察了2种磁控溅射TiAlN涂层在往复滑动条件下的摩擦磨损性能.在摩擦动力学分析基础上,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光共焦显微镜(LCSM)、电子能谱(EDX)和X射线衍射XRD进行了微观分析,探讨了TiAlN涂层的摩擦磨损机理.结果表明:TiAlN涂层的摩擦学性能与涂层本身微结构密切相关;较低的摩擦因数对应着较好的耐磨性;涂层的往复滑动磨损表现为磨粒磨损、剥层和氧化磨损的共同作用的机制.  相似文献

Fe-Al based intermetallic composite coatings were in-situ synthesized using Fe-Al/Cr3C2 or Fe-Al/WC cored wires and high velocity are spraying (HVAS) technology. The tribological properties of the Fe-Al based intermetallic composite coatings were investigated using a ball-on-disc tribotester from room temperature to 650 ℃. The results show that the coatings have relatively high bond strength and micro-hardness. The tribological properties of Fe-Al/Cr3C2 and Fe-Al/WC composite coatings were further analyzed and compared. Low and stable wear rates of the Fe-Al based intermetallic composite coatings were indicated from room temperature to 650 ℃. The excellent wear resistance of the composite coatings in high temperature was discussed.  相似文献

为进一步改善氮化钛涂层的摩擦学性能,分别采用高剂量Mo离子注入和低温离子渗硫技术对Ti N涂层表面进行处理。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光学形貌仪、扫描俄歇系统(SAM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和纳米压痕仪等分析Ti N涂层处理前后的表面形貌、元素分布、微观结构和纳米硬度。利用球盘摩擦磨损试验机在干摩擦条件下考察涂层的摩擦学性能,并利用光学形貌仪和SEM进行磨损表面分析。结果表明,大剂量Mo离子注入后,Ti N涂层表面Mo离子深度接近200 nm,涂层硬度明显降低,涂层磨损剧烈程度得到显著改善,磨损率和摩擦因数分别降低约35%和40%;低温离子渗硫复合处理后,Ti N涂层表面溅射明显,Mo的深度降低约50%,摩擦学性能难以进一步明显改善。  相似文献

目的优化钛合金激光熔覆固体润滑涂层的熔覆工艺参数,提高钛合金表面耐磨性能。方法采用Nd∶YAG激光器,分别在高功率和低功率条件下,在TC4钛合金表面制备h-BN固体自润滑涂层。观察分析熔覆陶瓷层的宏观形貌、物相组成、显微组织和硬度,采用摩擦磨损试验仪对熔覆层的摩擦学性能进行研究。结果低激光功率下,熔覆材料上浮流失严重,熔覆层的相成分主要是Ti N,Ti B,Ti B2等硬质相,硬度较高,存在裂纹。高激光功率下,基材的熔化稀释较好地抑制了润滑相h-BN的上浮,减少了溅射损失,发生了包晶反应,生成了单质金属Ti,熔覆层硬度低,但摩擦磨损试验表明,涂层中润滑相h-BN含量的增加使得形成了更好的润滑膜,降低了摩擦系数。结论在输出电流400 A,脉宽5 ms,频率12Hz,扫描速度120 mm/min,搭接率50%~60%的条件下进行激光熔覆,所得熔覆层的表面状态平整,耐摩擦性能最好。  相似文献

The microarc oxidation coatings with difference thickness were synthesized on AZ91D magnesium alloy. The microstructure and phase structure of the coatings were analyzed using SEM and XRD, the tribological properties and corrosion resistance behaviour of the coatings were also investigated. The results show that the coating contains two layers, a porous outer layer and relatively dense inner layer. The microhardness of the MAO coatings is four to six times higher than that of the magnesium alloy substrate. The MAO coatings have much better wear-resistance and corrosion resistance abilities than those of magnesium alloy substrate, but possess higher friction coefficient. The results further indicate that there is an optimization thickness for corrosion and wear resistance.  相似文献
