采用分离靶多弧离子镀技术,通过改变基片负偏压和分离靶弧电流以及镀膜时间等参数,在310SS(stainless steel)基片上制备了多种成分的Nb1-xAlx(0.38<x<0.64)合金薄膜.结果表明,选择适当的基片负偏压和分离靶弧电流可制得所需成分的二元合金薄膜.对所制备的Nb1-xAlx薄膜,分别做了600℃、900℃的热腐蚀实验(低温热腐蚀和高温热腐蚀),热腐蚀实验表明,该薄膜具有较好的抗热腐蚀能力.  相似文献

采用中频反应磁控溅射技术,以高纯Ti(99.99%)为靶材,以高纯氮气(99.99%)为反应气体,在铝合金基片上沉积Ti/TiN复合纳米膜层。通过XRD、SEM、EDS等分析Ti/TiN复合纳米膜层微观组织和物相结构,研究基片负偏压对Ti/TiN复合纳米薄膜择优取向生长的影响。研究表明,将片加上-150 V负偏压时,Ti/TiN薄膜优先沿(111)面生长;将基片加上-200 V负偏压时,Ti/TiN薄膜优先沿(220)面生长;将基片加上-350 V负偏压时,Ti/TiN薄膜优先沿(200)面生长。继续增大基片负偏压时,由于薄膜中Ar离子浓度大幅增长,高能离子长时间轰击破坏晶粒取向性,使薄膜呈无择优取向。  相似文献

用真空磁控溅射技术,在Q235钢的基底上沉积(Zr,Ti)N复合镀层,改变溅射工艺参数(温度、Ar/N_2流量比、基体偏压)制成8个镀层耐蚀性对比试样,用PS-268A型电化学测试仪,在3.5%的NaCl电解质溶液中腐蚀30~60 min,用极化曲线和Tafel直线外推法,确定各试样的耐蚀性的差异。结果表明,溅射工艺参数对镀层的耐蚀性影响较大。从耐蚀性方面考虑,推荐工艺参数为:溅射温度350℃,Ar/N_2流量比60/30(SCCM),基体偏压120V。  相似文献

在不同的基片偏压下利用电弧离子镀技术制备氮化锆薄膜,以考察基片偏压对氮化锆薄膜微结构和表面形貌的影响。利用XRD、EPMA和FE-SEM等技术对不同偏压时得到ZrN薄膜的相结构、成分和表面形貌进行表征。结果表明,薄膜中存在立方氮化锆和六方纯锆相;随着基片偏压的增大,薄膜的择优取向由(111)变为(200),最后变为(111),晶粒尺寸由30nm减小至15nm。同时发现,随着基片偏压的增大,薄膜微结构由明显的柱状特征变为致密的等轴晶特征,表明由偏压增强的离子轰击能有效抑制柱状晶生长;薄膜沉积速率和锆氮摩尔比随着基片偏压的增大先增大后减小,在-50V时达到最大。  相似文献

使用闭合场非平衡磁控溅射离子镀技术,通过改变偏压在镁合金表面制备了CrAlTiN镀层,对镀层厚度、硬度、结合力和耐磨性进行了检测,使用SEM和XRD分析了镀层的形貌和相组成,结果表明:通过改变偏压可以在镁合金表面沉积一层具有一定耐磨性能的CrAlTiN镀层;偏压对镁基CrAlTiN镀层的结合力和耐磨性影响很大,在偏压为35V时具有最好的结合力和耐磨性能,随着偏压的增大,镀层硬度提高,致密性增强,厚度降低;镁基CrAlTiN镀层为柱状晶组织,具有面心立方结构,点阵类型与面心立方CrN相同.  相似文献

铀表面Ti/Al复合镀层在腐蚀气体中的腐蚀行为   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了铀表面磁控溅射离子镀Ti/Al复合镀层在200~500℃温度范围,分别在o.05 MPa的O2、H2O和HCl气体中的腐蚀失效形式.采用俄歇电子能谱(AES)分析了腐蚀后腐蚀介质元素在复合镀层中的深度分布,并采用有限元分析方法计算了在腐蚀加热和冷却过程中复合镀层的应力变化.结果表明:O2、H2O、HCl引起铀表面Ti/Al复合镀层的反应腐蚀温度依次降低,界面分离是Ti/Al复合镀层抗气体加热腐蚀的主要失效形式,Al/U和Ti/Al界面分别成为Ti/Al复合镀层在含O气氛和HCl气体中加热腐蚀的薄弱环节;镀层从界面剥离主要是腐蚀气体从镀层缺陷渗透到界面,降低界面的结合力,从而产生应力引起的.  相似文献

采用电弧离子镀技术在烧结钕铁硼表面沉积 Al 薄膜。 利用表面轮廓仪、扫描电镜、激光共聚焦、电化学工作站和盐雾试验箱分析了负偏压和本底真空度对镀层形貌、性能和沉积速率的影响。 结果表明,镀层表面的液滴数量和粒径随负偏压和本底真空度的增加而减小;沉积速率与负偏压成反比,而与本底真空度成正比。 在负偏压为-100 V 时沉积速率最大,达到 4. 85 μm/ h。 随着负偏压和本底真空度的增加,腐蚀电流密度减小,耐盐雾时长增加,负偏压为 -200 V 时 Al / NdFeB 样品具有较好的耐蚀性。  相似文献

利用电化学测试技术、扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线能谱(EDS)对贫铀表面钛镀层的抗腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:在50μg/gCl-的KCl溶液中,钛镀层的腐蚀电位远高于贫铀的腐蚀电位,钛镀层对贫铀是阴极性镀层,对贫铀的保护是基于其对腐蚀介质的物理屏障作用;贫铀表面完整钛镀层的极化电阻和电化学阻抗幅值远大于贫铀,腐蚀电流远小于贫铀,完整钛镀层对贫铀具有良好的抗腐蚀保护作用;贫铀表面钛镀层的腐蚀特征为局部腐蚀,由孔蚀向电偶腐蚀转变;破坏的钛镀层将加速铀基体的腐蚀。  相似文献

为了改善化学镀Ni-Co-P合金工艺存在的镀速慢、镀层腐蚀性能差等问题,研究了镀液组分、pH值、温度、转速、表面活性剂、稳定剂对化学镀Ni-Co-P合金镀层沉积速度、腐蚀速度、腐蚀电位、镀层厚度、点蚀率、表面形貌、硬度和镀层结合力的影响,得出最佳镀液配方和工艺:CoSO414 g/L;NiSO49 g/L;NaH2PO218 g/L;Na3C6H5O750 g/L;(NH4)2SO460 g/L;KIO38 mg/L;十二烷基苯磺酸钠50 mg/L;pH值9.0;温度80℃;转速60 r/min。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献
