利用氢化脱氢(HD)+放电等离子烧结(SPS)工艺制备了多孔镁块体材料,研究了不同MgH_2含量下多孔镁孔隙率、孔结构及压缩和吸能性能。结果表明,HD+SPS法制备的总孔隙率分别为7.5%和17.8%的多孔镁,且其孔径尺寸细小,内部组织均匀;孔隙率为17.8%的多孔镁具有相对较低的压缩屈服强度43 MPa,单位体积吸能较高,为34.04 MJ/m~3,最大能量吸收效率为1.42。17.8%孔隙率的多孔镁压缩应力-应变曲线较7.5%孔隙率的多孔镁有相对较低的屈服强度及较长的应力平台阶段,在能量吸收材料应用上更具优势。  相似文献

利用有限元方法建立了激光打孔制备的直孔型多孔镁样品的压缩模型,系统分析了孔隙率、孔径及孔的排布对多孔镁样品压缩性能的影响,初步探讨了多孔镁在压缩过程中的变形规律.模拟计算结果表明,随着孔隙率、孔径的增加和孔的排布角的减小,多孔镁压缩曲线下移,屈服强度和弹性模量随之下降;多孔镁的压缩变形规律符合金属的最小阻力定律.  相似文献

多孔材料作为一种新型的结构和功能材料,相比于实体材料特殊的结构,从而赋予了其材料的优异性能。本研究采用粉末冶金造孔剂法制备了孔隙率为38.9%、48.2%、57.5%三种孔隙率的泡沫镁。其孔隙率从38.9%增加到57.5%时,其弹性模量从8.5GPa降到3.3GPa,初始屈服应力从24.9MPa降到9.4MPa.从检测结看,泡沫镁具有低屈服应力和较长的应力平台。因此,可以作为优异的吸能缓冲材料。  相似文献

高线性超弹性多孔NiTi合金的压缩力学行为   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用造孔技术结合粉末冶金烧结工艺制备多孔NiTi合金,并利用精密万能力学性能试验机对孔隙率为22.4%~60.6%的多孔NiTi合金样品进行循环压缩实验,以表征其压缩力学性能及超弹性.结果表明:所制备的合金经若干个应力-应变循环"训练"后其输入、输出能量可达平衡,应变水平高达4%,线性超弹性可靠,弹性模量稳定;循环加载条件下,残余应变量随孔隙率的增加而增大,但随循环数的增加而减小;残余变形与其影响因素之间可用双曲线函数关系描述.  相似文献

生物玻璃增强多孔羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷的制备及其性能   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
研究多孔羟基磷灰石(HA)生物陶瓷的制备方法及性能.采用颗粒尺寸为500~600um的炭粉,以体系为SiO2-Na2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3的生物玻璃为高温粘结剂,通过一定的混料、压制和烧结工艺,可制得孔隙率为30%~48%,抗弯强度达11.65MPa,大孔孔径约500~600 um、d小孔孔径1~20um并孔隙相互连通的多孔陶瓷.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电子万能实验机对样品的微观结构和抗弯强度进行分析,还通过分析天平,采用阿基米德原理对样品孔隙率进行测量.结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,气孔率逐渐减小,抗弯强度逐渐增加.通过控制炭粉的含量,可以有效的控制多孔烧结体的孔隙率、大孔的分布及孔径.生物玻璃的加入可以促进材料的液相烧结,使多孔羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷敛密化,改善其力学性能,同时随着生物玻璃含量的增加孔隙率减少.  相似文献

采用粉末冶金法制备外层高孔隙率/内层低孔隙率的梯度结构多孔钛,以解决单层多孔钛孔隙率高强度低的问题。梯度双层多孔钛内层孔隙率约为30%,外层孔隙率可达65%以上,孔径范围在100~255μm之间,内/外层孔径和孔隙率呈梯度分布,其抗压强度和弹性模量分别为117.50~143.55MPa和1.95~3.08GPa。在梯度多孔钛外层添加稀土氟化镧进一步提高了其力学性能。当添加量为0.05%(质量分数)时,其抗压强度和弹性模量最高,可达到213.76MPa和3.38GPa。  相似文献

人体植入物的杨氏模量在减少因植入物杨氏模量远大于骨组织而带来的应力屏蔽,提高植入物器件在人体的服役寿命具有十分重要的作用。本文采用一种新型的钛网层叠烧结法制备多孔钛,研究多孔钛的微观孔形貌,压缩变形特点和具有可控性的多孔钛孔隙率、孔径大小和孔分布对多孔钛微观组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:这种方法制备的多孔钛在微观结构上具有不同方向有不同的微观孔形貌,因而使多孔钛具有异性;轴向压缩应力应变曲线表明多孔钛具有平稳、光滑的弹性和塑性变形行为;当增加孔隙率,或相同孔隙率下,减小孔名义尺寸,改变孔分布由规则到错排时,均能降低多孔钛的弹性模量。因此,通过调控多孔钛的这些结构参数,可使其具有与不同骨组织相匹配的力学性能和利于骨组织长入的孔径尺寸。这种与骨组织适配的力学性能和孔结构,在提高植入物器件的服役寿命具有很大的潜力。  相似文献

以NaCl作为造孔剂,采用粉末冶金法成功制备多孔钛。研究了烧结温度和NaCl添加量对多孔钛的孔隙率、物相结构、孔隙微观形貌及力学性能的影响。结果表明,制备出的多孔钛由α-Ti组成且无残留的NaCl存在;随NaCl添加量的增加,样品的孔隙率显著提高。随着烧结温度的升高,孔隙率变化规律不明显,而钛晶粒则逐渐变大。多孔钛的压缩屈服强度随NaCl添加量的增加而明显降低,而随烧结温度的升高先增加后降低。  相似文献

采用金属/气体共晶定向凝固工艺(Gasar工艺)制备藕状多孔Mg-xMn(x=0,1,2,3,质量分数,%)合金。研究Mn含量以及工艺参数对多孔镁锰合金孔隙率、孔径和显微组织的影响。结果表明,Mn的加入促进含Mn析出相的形成,并提高材料的孔隙率和孔径。随着氢气压力从0.1 MPa增加到0.6 MPa,Mg-2%Mn(质量分数)铸锭的体孔隙率从55.3%下降到38.4%,平均孔径从2465μm下降到312μm。通过理论模型计算不同氢气压力条件下制备的铸锭体孔隙率,预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。因此,采用Gasar工艺可以制备出均匀且孔结构可控的藕状多孔镁锰合金。  相似文献

多孔Ni-Ti合金由于其优异的形状记忆性能而广泛应用于医用植入材料领域。本文以TiH2粉及雾化Ni粉为原料,采用凝胶注模成型技术,制备出Ni-Ti凝胶生坯,通过后续真空干燥、脱脂以及烧结工艺成功制备出性能优异的医用植入多孔Ni-Ti合金。运用XRD、SEM对多孔Ni-Ti合金进行了成分及微观结构表征,分析了不同烧结温度对于多孔Ni-Ti合金孔隙率、机械性能、组织成分及微观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的增加,孔隙率降低,抗压强度和杨氏模量增加。对固相体积分数为45vol. %的生坯在1050 ℃条件下高真空烧结保温2h,制备出孔隙率为42.65%,抗压强度为202.65 MPa,杨氏模量为17.14 GPa,主相为NiTi相的多孔Ni-Ti合金,基本满足人体骨性能需要。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The rheology feature of Sb, Bi melt and alloys was studied using coaxial cylinder high-temperature viscometer. The results showed that the curve of torsion-rotational speed for Sb melt presents a linear relation in all measured temperature ranges, whereas for the Bi melt, the curve presents obvious non-Newtonian feature within the low temperature range and at relative high shear stress. The rheology feature of Sb80Bi20 and Sb20Bi80 alloy melts was well correlated with that of Sb and Bi, respectively. It is considered that the rheology behavior of Sb melt plays a crucial role in Sb80Bi20 alloy and that of Bi melt plays a crucial role in Sb20Bi80 alloy.  相似文献
