应用电化学测量技术研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti和316L在含硫 酸盐(SO2-4)的稀HCl介质中的腐蚀行为。极化曲线测量结果表明,SO2-4 能显著抑制1Cr18Ni9Ti的点蚀,而对316L的腐蚀有加速作用并降低其钝化性能。电化学阻抗 谱测量结果表明,不锈钢表面钝化膜的保护性随着温度升高而降低。  相似文献

采用PASTAT30型恒电位仪测试了SUS 316奥氏体不锈钢钨极氩弧焊TIG,熔化极氩弧焊MIG和钨极氩弧焊加填丝TIG M焊缝金属的电化学腐蚀性能.结果表明,在质量分数9.8%H2SO4溶液中,母材及焊缝的抗电化学腐蚀能力由大到小的顺序为母材>TIG M焊缝>MIG焊缝>TIG焊缝,在质量分数5.0%HCl溶液中为母材>MIG焊缝>TIG M焊缝>TIG焊缝,由此可知TIG焊缝金属的抗腐蚀能力最弱.由Tafel曲线可知,SUS316奥氏体不锈钢在H2SO4溶液中的钝化区间较长,在HCl溶液中的钝化区间很短暂,所以不锈钢在盐酸溶液比硫酸溶液中抗腐蚀性能差.晶间腐蚀试验结果与9.8%H2SO4溶液中电化学腐蚀试验结果相同.  相似文献

采用Ringer's溶液,PBS(-)溶液和Hank's溶液,研究了不同模拟体液和pH值对316L不锈钢、Co-Cr合金和Ti-6Al-4V合金生物医学材料耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,不同模拟体液的侵蚀性是不同的,侵蚀性由强到弱的顺序为Ringer's>PBS(-)>Hank's溶液。RBS(-)和Hank's溶液中的HPO 4~(2-)、H_2PO_4~(2-)和SO_4~(2-)、葡萄糖,对生物材料的腐蚀起到一定的缓蚀作用。pH降低,对316L不锈钢和Co-Cr合金的耐蚀性能有较大的影响,而对Ti-6Al-4V合金影响较小。  相似文献

对一种双相不锈钢设计并进行了不同的热处理,研究了不同热处理后双相不锈钢的组织、相结构、硬度及在几种腐蚀介质中的腐蚀特性.结果表明:提高固溶温度可略提高双相不锈钢的硬度而基本不影响其耐蚀性;固溶后时效使δ相中析出σ相,一些δ相转变为γ相,钢的硬度显著增加.阳极极化实验表明时效后双相不锈钢的耐蚀性较固溶态降低,降低程度与腐蚀介质有关;在1 mol/L NaCl中,时效后双相不锈钢的耐蚀性剧烈降低;但时效对双相不锈钢在0.2 mol/L H2SO4与1 mol/L H3PO4中的钝化区基本无影响.由于材料的腐蚀磨损抗力与其耐蚀和耐磨能力均有关,因此在一定服役条件下,可以通过时效适当提高双相不锈钢的硬度来提高其腐蚀磨损抗力.  相似文献

研究了DMF-Glycine水溶体系电沉积Fe-Ni-Cr合金镀层耐蚀性能,结果表明:合金镀层耐蚀性能随合金镀层中铬含量的增加而提高,含铬量为27%的合金镀层与18-8不锈钢蚀性能相近,合金镀层经热处理印化后耐腐蚀性能增强。  相似文献

对2205双相不锈钢采用不同温度进行热处理,然后用光学显微镜和电子扫描电镜观察其在0.33mol/L FeCl3+0.05 mol/L HCl溶液中腐蚀后的形貌;测试其显微硬度的变化、在沸腾的65%的硝酸溶液中浸蚀24 h的腐蚀速率和在25℃的3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位。研究表明:2205双相不锈钢在750~900℃保温4h有σ相析出,材料的显微硬度增大。同时随着热处理温度的升高,2205双相不锈钢的点蚀电位降低,腐蚀速率增大。  相似文献
