采用电刷镀技术制备了不同Al_2O_3颗粒含量的合金纳米复合电刷镀层,使用扫描电镜、硬度测试仪和摩擦磨损试验机测试了镀液中纳米Al_2O_3颗粒含量对镀层的沉积速度、纳米颗粒含量、硬度和摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,随着镀液中纳米Al_2O_3颗粒含量的增加,电刷镀层沉积速度降低、表面形貌平整,显微硬度先提高而后降低,磨痕深度和摩擦系数先减小后增大。当镀液中纳米Al_2O_3含量为20 g/L时,镀层具有最优的组织和性能。  相似文献

采用化学镀技术在A356合金基体上制备了Ni-P-纳米WC化学复合镀层,并选用真空热处理的方式,对制备的Ni-P-纳米WC纳米复合镀层分别在200、300、400和500℃下进行镀后处理,与镀态下镀层性能进行对比,研究不同热处理温度对Ni-P-纳米WC复合镀层形貌、成分、物相、硬度和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:试验制备的Ni-P-纳米WC复合镀层成分均匀、组织致密,镀层结构呈现非晶态;镀态下,复合镀层硬度达到917.8 HV0.1,约为基体的6倍;在3.5%NaCl溶液中的极化曲线结果显示,复合镀层自腐蚀电流密度比A356合金提高了2个数量级,起到较好的耐腐蚀效果。热处理后镀层发生晶态转变,且随热处理温度的升高,镀层晶化程度提高,400℃以上时镀层完全表现为晶态;热处理态镀层中析出Ni_3P相,镀层硬度随温度的升高呈现先升高后降低的趋势,400℃热处理镀层硬度达到1353.6 HV0.1;与镀态下相比,热处理镀层在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的耐腐蚀性下降,但是仍然表现出较好的耐腐蚀效果。  相似文献

以电化学和络合物化学理论为依据,利用“诱导共沉积”效应,选好合适的络合剂,在金属表面电沉积Ni-W及其复合镀层。研究了镀液组成、pH值、温度和电流密度对Ni-W合金层及其复合层电沉积的影响;讨论了热处理温度对非晶态Ni-W合金层及其复合层硬度的影响以及非晶态合金镀层的结构和结合力。结果表明:采用适宜的镀液组成和工艺条件,可得到W含量大于44%的合金镀层。W含量大于44%的合金层及其复合层呈非晶态结构;经热处理后,非晶态合金层的硬度明显增加,含46%W的合金层及其复合层的硬度分别可达到1350Hv和1520Hv,在铜、碳钢和不锈钢上的结合力良好。  相似文献

目的提高连铸坯质量,延长结晶器的服役时间,节约铜资源。方法采用纳米复合镀技术在结晶器铜板表面制备了Ni/Al_2O_3纳米复合镀层,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合镀层表面形貌。采用单因素变量法研究了镀液中纳米Al_2O_3添加量、阴极电流密度及镀液温度等对纳米复合镀层显微硬度的影响。对结晶器铜板表面的纯Ni镀层和纳米复合镀层进行了摩擦磨损实验。结果在结晶器铜板表面制备出了高硬度、耐磨损的纳米复合镀层。随着镀液中纳米颗粒添加量的增加,镀层的硬度先升高后降低,且当纳米颗粒添加量为40 g/L时,复合镀层的显微硬度达到最大值384HV。因镀液中纳米颗粒的存在,随着电流密度和镀液温度的变化,纳米复合镀层的硬度变化不大。在相同的摩擦磨损条件下,纳米复合镀层和纯Ni镀层的摩擦系数分别约为0.41和0.7,纳米复合镀层的磨损量约为纯Ni镀层的1/2。结论在Ni基镀层中加入纳米Al_2O_3材料,能显著地提高复合镀层的硬度、耐磨损性能。  相似文献

研究了化学复合镀Ni-P-纳米TiO2粒子涂层的工艺过程和涂层性能。结果显示超声分散再加上表面活性剂可以使TiO2粒子得到充分分散。所获得的Ni-P-纳米TiO2粒子复合涂层和Ni-P合金涂层相比具有更高的硬度和高温抗氧化性能。镀层热处理后,Ni-P纳米TiO2粒子复合涂层的硬化峰值出现在500℃左右。化学镀Ni-P合金涂层的硬化峰值在400℃左右。  相似文献

采用复合电镀技术,在黄铜表面制备高硬度的Ni-P-α-Al2O3纳米复合镀层,研究了阴极电流密度、纳米α-Al2O3添加量、镀液pH值、镀液温度和电镀时间对镀层硬度的影响。结果表明:当镀液温度为45℃,阴极电流密度为4A/dm2,镀液pH值为4.0,电镀时间为40min,镀液中纳米α-Al2O3的质量浓度为10g/L时,所得镀层均匀、细致、平滑,经适当热处理后,显微硬度可达到1 332HV。  相似文献

研究镀液中纳米C颗粒浓度、电流密度、温度、搅拌方式等对复合电沉积Cr-C镀层性能的影响.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析镀层表面显微组织及相结构,利用显微硬度计对复合镀层进行显微硬度测试.结果表明,调整工艺参数可获得表面结晶均匀致密的黑Cr-C纳米复合镀层,显微硬度最高达10.8 GPa,镀层中颗粒体积分数最高达8.82%.电沉积复合镀最佳工艺参数是:电流密度为100 A/dm2、温度为15 ℃、镀液中纳米C颗粒含量为10 g/L,采用超声波分散辅助慢速机械搅拌.  相似文献

采用电沉积制备Ni-W合金纳米晶镀层,研究了纳米晶的形成与镀层组织结构和硬度。随着镀液组分的变化,镀层的表面形貌发生变化;X射线衍射结果表明,Ni-W合金的晶粒尺寸在17-30m之间;镀液组成、pH值、电流密度、温度等因素对Ni-W合金纳米晶沉积层的硬度都有影响,最主要的影响因素是pH值及电流密度。  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The Lanthanum-doped bismuth ferrite–lead titanate compositions of 0.5(Bi LaxFe1-xO3)–0.5(Pb Ti O3)(x = 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)(BLxF1-x-PT) were prepared by mixed oxide method.Structural characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction and shows a tetragonal structure at room temperature.The lattice parameter c/a ratio decreases with increasing of La(x = 0.05–0.20) concentration of the composites.The effect of charge carrier/ion hopping mechanism,conductivity,relaxation process and impedance parameters was studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide frequency range(102–106Hz) at different temperatures.The nature of Nyquist plot confirms the presence of bulk effects only,and non-Debye type of relaxation processes occurs in the composites.The electrical modulus exhibits an important role of the hopping mechanism in the electrical transport process of the materials.The ac conductivity and dc conductivity of the materials were studied,and the activation energy found to be 0.81,0.77,0.76 and 0.74 e V for all compositions of x = 0.05–0.20 at different temperatures(200–300 °C).  相似文献

The orientation relationships(ORs)between the martensite and the retained austenite in low-and medium-carbon steels after quenching–partitioning–tempering process were studied in this work.The ORs in the studied steels are identified by selected-area electron diffraction(SAED)as either K–S or N–W ORs.Meanwhile,the ORs were also studied based on numerical fitting of electron backscatter diffraction data method suggested by Miyamoto.The simulated K–S and N–W ORs in the low-index directions generally do not well coincide with the experimental pole figure,which may be attributed to both the orientation spread from the ideal variant orientations and high symmetry of the low-index directions.However,the simulated results coincide well with experimental pole figures in the high-index directions{123}_(bcc).A modified method with simplicity based on Miyamoto’s work was proposed.The results indicate that the ORs determined by modified method are similar to those determined by Miyamoto’method,that is,the OR is near K–S OR for the low-carbon Q–P–T steel,and with the increase of carbon content,the OR is closer to N–W OR in medium-carbon Q–P–T steel.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献
