针对CFR600快堆钢拱顶多曲面弧形结构特性,进行焊接施工特点、难点分析,并结合钢拱顶对MAG焊工艺及设备的要求,进行焊接过程智能控制程序开发。针对弧形焊缝打底、填充、盖面的焊缝直线度偏移和焊缝高低不平展开智能识别、智能化焊接工艺试验,开发出钢拱顶弧形焊缝激光智能跟踪自动焊设备及其独特的焊接工艺,实现弧形焊缝不同角度通长焊缝的连续自动焊施工,该技术在示范快堆钢拱顶现场安装中进行了全面应用,取得了巨大的经济效益及社会效益,对后续此类产品的焊接施工具有较高的参考价值。 相似文献

YAG/MAG激光电弧复合焊工艺研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
利用YAG激光焊头和MAG焊枪旁轴复合进行了1Cr18Ni9Ti不镑钢的激光电弧复合焊工艺研究。研究表明:影响复合焊过程的主要工艺参数有激光功率、焊接速度、焊接电流、电弧电压、激光焦点位1、两热源的间距和相对于焊接方向的排列方式等;在一定的焊接工艺条件下所研究的YAG/MAG复合焊具有协同效应。电弧参数测试也表明,当激光与电弧复合的协同效应存在时,复合焊电流高于电弧焊,而电弧电压降低;若电弧采用过大的焊接电流与激光复合,尤其是在较低的焊接速度时,复合焊过程体现不出协同效应.复合焊熔深反而低于激光焊熔深。复合焊激光焦点位置变化对电弧稳定性和熔宽影响小,但获得最大熔深的焦点位王不同于激光焊。激光前置焊比激光后置焊获得的熔深大,两种条件下均在两热源闻距为0.5mm时熔深最大。 相似文献

针对自主核电空心叶片的手工电弧焊劳动强度大、焊接质量不稳定、生产效率低及成本高的问题,采用了一种激光视觉焊缝自主跟踪的自动化焊接方法。针对焊接多型号、大批量空心叶片激光示教焊缝跟踪不稳定、寻位不准确以及叶片焊接变形大的影响因素进行研究,修正了焊缝跟踪的激光视觉模型,优化了焊接程序和工艺参数,改进了激光器固定支架结构及工装设备。结果表明:自动焊激光视觉跟踪系统运行稳定,焊接空心叶片的生产效率提升44.5%,焊缝成形美观、可靠,更好地保证了产品质量,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 相似文献

为使铜铝管焊接质量稳定,即焊接电流稳定,分析了铜铝管焊接过程,设计了可进行电压补偿的PLC控制系统.在每次焊接前,通过测量电源电压,经控制系统分析和计算,可以得到与电源电压对应的晶闸管导通角,并将其传给触发板,从而保证焊接电流不受电源电压波动影响.导通角的计算采用了试验与数学插值相结合的方法,对特定的试验数据应用三次样条插值法得到了导通角与电源电压的关系式.用铜铝管8 mm×1 mm进行焊接试验并对电流数据进行T检验.结果表明,电源电压在380 V±15%波动范围内,焊接电流较稳定,可保证铜铝管焊接质量. 相似文献

A single-layer pulsed gas metal arc weld of structural steel S355J2+N with a thickness of 5 mm is experimentally and numerically investigated. Two tack welds are considered in the numerical simulation into two different ways. First, the tack welds are represented by elements belonging to the initial material. This implies that the “tack weld material” was not exposed to any thermal load or phase transformation before actual welding was performed. The weld seam is shortened and there is an influence on the stiffness of the whole structure affecting the calculation result. Secondly, the tack welds were simulated as conducted in the experimental welding procedure. The cases considering tack welding are compared to a simulation neglecting tack welding and to the experimental results.The influence of tack welds on the calculated welding-induced distortion is clarified and a contribution to an improved simulation-based prediction of welding-induced distortion is possible by modeling tack welding according to the realistic fabrication procedure. 相似文献

管道环焊缝自动内焊机主要用于管道环焊缝焊接施工中的管口组对和根焊焊接,相比其它的根焊设备和技术,内焊机完成根焊质量可靠,效率最高.重点研究了长输管道环焊缝多焊炬自动内焊机的总体设计、数字式控制系统、细丝焊接电弧的控制及环焊缝自动内焊工艺等关键技术.现场实际应用表明,研究出的环缝多焊炬自动内焊机结构合理、控制先进,完成一个环焊接头根焊用时仅90 s.其可靠性和野外环境适应性完全满足现场焊接施工要求.Abstract: The pipeline internal circumferential automatic welding machine (PIW machine) has been mainly used for pipe alignment and welding root pass in course of pipeline construction. Compared with the other root pass equipment and technologies, PIW machine has the higher efficiency and better root quality. This paper researches the key technologies such as the entire design of PIW machine with multi-torches, digital control system, arc-control for small size wire and the internal welding process. The site application indicates PIW machine with multi-torches has the advantages of reasonable structure and advanced control system, its welding speed is 90s per joint. A visual sensing system was developed for automatic gas metal arc welding (GMAW) of the root pass of steel pipe. The system consisted of a vision sensor that consisted of a charge-coupled device (CCD) camera and lenses, a frame grabber, image processing algorithms, and a computer controller. A specially designed five-axis manipulator was used to position the welding torch and to provide the vision sensor with automatic access to view the welding position. During the root pass welding, an image of the weld pool and its vicinity was captured using the camera without interference of the intensive arc light by viewing at the instance of a short-circuit of the welding power. The captured image was then processed to recognize the weld pool shape. For seam tracking, the manipulator was used to adjust the torch position based upon the pool image to the groove center. The measured gap size was used to determine the appropriate welding conditions to obtain sound penetration. The welding speed was chosen using fuzzy logic with the knowledge of a skilled welder and measured gap. The automatic welding equipment demonstrated that both welding conditions and torch position could be appropriately controlled to obtain a sound weldment and a good seam tracking capability. 相似文献
