通过XRD、TEM、金相显微以及常温拉试验研究了预变形对于AA1235铝箔毛料中温退火中析出行为的影响。通过晶格常数法计算了Fe、Si固溶度在退火过程中的变化,得到了α-AlFeSi在325~400℃析出行为的TTP曲线。结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,α-AlFeSi的不断析出使基体达到接近平衡的状态,基体得到净化,固溶度迅速降低;较大的预变形量可有效促进析出,预变形量90%、在375℃×1h处理后获得的试样具有良好的微观组织及较低的杂质固溶度。  相似文献

高硅1235铝箔(Si含量为0.13%~0.14%)坯料由于Si含量增加,铸轧坯料中能形成较多有利的第二相αc-AlFeSi和βР-AlFeSi相,但同时使得其抗拉强度提高,不利后续加工。通过对第二相和性能分析,最佳的高硅1235铝箔坯料退火工艺为:530℃×4h,空冷。在该工艺条件下铸轧态的αc-AlFeSi得以保留,但尺寸有所增大,形貌转为以短棒状、颗粒状为主;同时,高硅1235铝箔坯料的抗拉强度比低Si铝箔坯料降低了6.05%;成品高硅1235铝箔的抗拉强度比低Si铝箔提高了7.55%,伸长率提高了84.15%。  相似文献

针对铝箔生产中FeAl3相易导致铝箔成品出现针孔的问题,设计了不同Si含量的1235铝箔坯料进行对比试验。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对不同Si含量的1235铝箔合金的第二相种类、大小、形貌和分布进行比较。结果表明,1235铝箔合金中Si含量增加(0.13%~0.15%),有利于αc-AlFeSi相的生成,甚至消除针状FeAl3的生成,有助于减少针孔产生;铝箔成品中晶粒度减小,晶粒大小更加均匀,抗拉强度较未添加Si的铝箔坯料成品提高了12.14%,伸长率提高了78.57%,有利于进一步的轧制生产。  相似文献

利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、Image J和Nano Measurer等手段,研究了AA8111铝合金不同道次坯料组织中第二相尺寸分布规律。结果表明,7 mm铸轧板经5道次冷轧至成品坯料(0.24 mm)过程中,前期第二相破碎明显,尺寸变小,随着变形抗力的增加,后续轧制对第二相尺寸的影响越来越小;均匀化退火析出的棒状和圆盘状Si单质相对第二相尺寸分布影响较大,具有遗传性;成品坯料中第二相尺寸大于6 μm的占比8.9%,并存在部分尺寸为10 μm左右的较大第二相。与AA1235、AA8079合金的成品坯料进行对比分析,得出AA8111成品坯料中大于6 μm的第二相尺寸分布比例偏高是造成后续成品铝箔针孔率高的主要原因。  相似文献

采用Thermo-Calc软件计算和光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪及示差扫描量热仪实验分析手段,研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系富铝角等温(480℃)截面图和Al-12Zn-xMg-1.5Cu合金的垂直截面图。结果表明,相平衡计算结果与实验分析吻合良好。在等温等锌截面计算相图中,随着Zn含量提高,α(Al)单相区和α(Al)+S(Al2CuMg)相区分别缩小和扩大,在α(Al)单相区内,Mg在铝固溶体的固溶度降低,Cu的固溶度变化不大。在等温等铜截面计算相图中,随着Cu含量降低,α(Al)单相区扩大,α+S(Al2CuMg)两相区缩小。合金元素的极限固溶度对温度极为敏感,在多相共晶点附近温区,合金元素的极限固溶度最大。  相似文献

用扫描电镜、透射电镜研究了不同退火工艺条件下0.04 mm厚AA8079冷轧态铝箔第二相的演变规律,并测试了其显微硬度值的变化情况。 结果表明,当退火工艺为200 ℃×6 h时,析出短棒状的βb(AlFeSi)相和细小粒状αc(AlFeSi)相;当退火工艺为350 ℃×6 h时,发生了βP(AlFeSi)相到αc(AlFeSi) 相转变,且析出型αc(AlFeSi) 相有些在晶内析出,有些沿位错线附近析出;AA8079铝箔的最佳中间退火工艺为400 ℃×6 h  相似文献

8011铝箔坯料退火后产生了贯通气泡和微鼓区,气泡内部出现了大量AlFeSi相富集。气泡是由于内部AlFeSi相的富集促进氢富集和氢析出,外部致密的氧化膜阻碍氢析出共同作用形成的。微鼓区的内部AlFeSi相较少,也形成了类似气泡的空腔。因此,AlFeSi相的富集不是气泡形成的必要条件。  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、图像仪、X射线衍射仪等手段对AA1235铝箔毛料的退火工艺及显微组织进行了较系统的研究。析出退火的温度范围为150—240℃;保温时间为6~15h。结果表明,210~2300)℃X(9~12)h的退火工艺可使硅的析出取得较满意的效果;析出退火前化合物相以FeAl_3和αFeSiAl)为主,析出退火后化合物相以。α(FeSiAl)为主;0.35mm厚铝箔坯料中化合物的尺寸主要集中在1~4p之间。  相似文献

以1235铸轧板(7.0 mm)经过两道次冷轧后的1.1 mm厚的冷轧坯料为对象,借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱分析仪(EDS)、定量金相分析技术和电解抛光等试验手段,研究了退火温度对1.1 mm厚的1235铝箔坯料组织的影响。结果表明:在相同的退火时间(6 h)内,随退火温度(320~420 ℃)升高,析出相(AlFeSi)数量先增加而后减少且粗化;退火温度为380 ℃时,析出相数量多且均匀细小,平均尺寸约为3 μm。再结晶温度的区间为320~340 ℃;随着退火温度升高,再结晶晶粒逐渐长大;退火温度为380 ℃时,再结晶晶粒数量多且均匀细小,平均尺寸约为23 μm。因此,在380 ℃保温6 h的退火工艺最佳。  相似文献

采用金属型水冷模铸造制备了不同含饵量的Al-Er二元合金.通过对均匀化处理实验合金的电导率和显微组织的分析,研究了Er在纯铝中的固溶度.结果表明,在本实验条件下饵元素在铝基体的最大固溶度为0.1%(wt%).合金均匀化处理过程中析出相为AlEr相.同时,含铒过饱和固溶体的分解析出导致基体固溶度的贫化,由于固溶度的降低减小了舍金对电子的散射,使得合金的电导率升高.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
