Due to huge-power aircraft development and more electronic devices applied onboard,high heat flow density and uneven thermal distribution are becoming new problems.One new try is adding an air-lubricating oil radiator as the secondary cooling component but there are still few reports on its research.Therefore,this paper proposes a newly-design plate-fin air-lubricating oil radiator different from tube-fin or shell-tube conventionally used in previous engine system.This radiator is arc,and equipped in internal surface of air intake.Numerical and experimental analyses were carried out on fin performance.Their results agreed well with average error of 13%on thermal resistance.Then heat and flow behaviors of oil side were presented with different structures and sizes of flowing passage.According to all research,optimized radiator is gained with fin spacing of 3.76 mm,fin thickness of 2 mm,single flowing path with width of 13 mm and gradient inlet and outlet.Its heat dissipation of 28.35 k W and pressure loss of 2.2 MPa can meet actual working requirements.The research proves an air-lubricating oil radiator with arc structure and layout mode of internal surface to be feasible,which is a new but efficient cooling scheme and can lead to an innovative but wide use in modern aircrafts.  相似文献

The temperature uniformity and component concentration distributions in solid oxide fuel cells during operating processes can influence the cell electrochemical and thermal characteristics.A three-dimensional thermal-fluid numerical model including electrochemical reactions and water-gas-shift(WGS)reaction for a single channel solid oxide fuel cell was developed to study the steady-state characteristics,which include distributions of the temperature(T),temperature gradient((35)T/(35)x),and fuel utilization.It was shown that the maximum temperature(Tmax)changed with operating voltage and the maximum temperature gradient(((35)T/(35)x)max)occurred at the inlet of the channel of a solid oxide fuel cell by simulation.Moreover,the natural convection condition had a great influence on T and(35)T/(35)x.The thermal stress generated by temperature differences was the key parameter and increasing the convection heat-transfer coefficient can greatly reduce the thermal stress.In addition,the results also showed that there were lower temperature gradients and lower current density at high working voltage;therefore,choosing the proper operating voltage can obtain better cell performance.  相似文献

应用ANSYS软件,对100kW高效紧凑式微型燃气轮机用表面式回热器进行了应力分析,验证了选用的换热片材料(0Cr18Ni11Nb)的可靠性.结果表明:温度载荷所产生的热应力是应力中的主要部分,温度每升高50K,应力增大6MPa;换热片设计成燃气通道截面积大于空气通道截面积时具有最高的强度.  相似文献

总结了一套计算风力机塔筒静态强度的理论方法,计算了1.5MW风力机,风速在0~75m/s变化过程中塔筒的静态挠度、弯矩、弯应力及底端连接螺栓的拉应力.从而为改进风力机的抗台风设计提供了很好的依据.计算结果表明,叶片顺桨成功后,风向突然偏转90°是一个非常危险的工况.变桨距风力机要提高抗台风能力,一方面要尽量减少变桨距传动及控制系统的响应时间,另一方面可以把桨叶设计成柔性桨叶,当台风袭来时,桨叶变形,使其受力大大减少,保护机组主体不受损坏.  相似文献

SFR Yugoslavia has natural hot water springs practically all over its territory, indicating the presence of geothermal reservoirs underground. There is no final estimate of how much energy can be expected from this new resource, except for figures based on the results of studies and investigations.The first use of geothermal energy in Yugoslavia in numerous spas dates back to the 19th century. In this study, various energy conservation measures (ECMs) on heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and lighting systems for a four-storied institutional building in sub-tropical (hot and humid climate) Queensland, Australia are evaluated using the simulation software called DesignBuilder (DB). Base case scenario of energy consumption profiles of existing systems are analysed and simulated first then, the simulated results are verified by on-site measured data. Three categories of ECMs, namely major investment ECMs (variable air volume (VAV) systems against constant air volume (CAV); and low coefficient of performance (COP) chillers against high COP chillers); minor investment ECMs (photo electric dimming control system against general lighting, and double glazed low emittance windows against single-glazed windows) and zero investment ECMs (reset heating and cooling set point temperatures) are evaluated. It is found that the building considered in this study can save up to 41.87% energy without compromising occupancies thermal comfort by implementing the above mentioned ECMs into the existing system.  相似文献

After the implementation of the Reform and Opening-up Policy for a period of 40 years, the exploitation of China’s hydropower resources developed significantly. Through vast amounts of scientific and technological research and construction practices, China has accumulated abundant engineering experience with respect to the construction technologies required for 300-meter-high concrete arch dams, 200-meter-high roller-compacted concrete gravity dams, 200-meter-high concrete face rockfill dams, and 250-meter-high earth core rockfill dams, large-flow discharge and energy dissipation, huge underground cavern group constructions, complicated foundation treatments for high earth and rockfill dams and high and steep slope reinforcements. These series of technologies have now reached an international leading level. In the near future, these technical improvements will likely have broader application prospects and make greater contributions toward hydropower development both in China and across the world.  相似文献

Combustion in inert, catalytic and combustible porous media occurs under the influence of a large range of geometric length scales, thermophysical and thermochemical properties, and flow, heat and mass transfer conditions. As a result, a large range of phenomenological length and time scales control the extent of departure from local thermal and chemical nonequilibrium. The use of intraphase and interphase nonequilibria have allowed for the design of new combustion processes and systems, such as, catalytic reactors and converters, porous radiant burners, direct energy and gas conversion devices and systems, chemical sensors, and material synthesis processes. Improvement of current and design of yet newer and more innovative systems requires further investigations into the gas-phase and surface chemistry, solid-state and condensed-phase physics, transport in disordered structures, and mathematical and numerical methods. Here we summarize the processes leading to thermal and chemical nonequilibrium, their role in the combustion in porous media, their innovative uses and effects on applications, the current modeling of these processes and the modeling techniques that may allow for further improvements and developments.  相似文献

Heating is arguably one of the most difficult sectors to decarbonise in the UK's energy system. Meeting the 80% greenhouse gas emission reduction target by 2050 is likely to require that heat related emissions of CO2 from buildings are near zero by 2050, and there is a 70% reduction in emissions from industry (from 1990 levels). Though it is clear that the use of the natural gas network will reduce over time, recent modelling suggests a limited residual role for gas by 2050 to help meet peaks in heat demand. High levels of uncertainty about the way in which heat will be decarbonised present a number of challenges to policy makers. This paper will explore the risks and uncertainties associated with the transition to a low carbon heat system in the UK as outlined by the 4th carbon budget review. The potential impact of key uncertainties on the levelised costs of heat technologies and the development of energy networks are explored using a sensitivity analysis approach. Policy changes required to decarbonise the heat sector are also examined.  相似文献
