吸附式制冷系统传热传质过程的数值模拟   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
建立了沸石-水吸附式制冷系统吸附床在非第一类边界条件时的二维传热传质模型。考虑了工质对的吸附特性对脱附过程的影响,讨论了肋片数量、肋片物性参数,吸附床的有效导热系数,接触热阻等参数对脱附时间的影响。结果表明,增加肋片可以改善吸附床的性能,其中肋片的数量和接触热阻的影响较大,肋片的物性参数影响不大。  相似文献

采用有限容积法结合对流换热关联式与蒙特卡罗法,建立了超声速燃烧室再生冷却通道的耦合换热计算模型。冷却燃料为煤油,其密度、导热系数、动力粘度随温度和压力变化,煤油比热容与金属结构的热物性随温度变化。在考虑再生冷却面板尺寸与冷却燃料量保持不变的耦合性限制条件下,计算分析了非均匀热流密度下,冷却通道内壁厚度、高度、宽度及侧肋厚度对冷却性能的影响。研究结果表明,通道结构参数的变化引起结构传热热阻和冷却剂对流换热性能以及总换热面积、通道个数的变化,在传热分析中应综合考虑。  相似文献

对用于热管式太阳能接收器的碱金属热管建立网络模型,并进行传热性能试验,模拟结果分别与集总参数法、热传导模型、文献和试验结果相比,吻合较好。网络模型考虑输入功率、管壁和吸液芯的厚度和导热系数,以及冷凝段长度等影响因素,可快速预测热管在不同功率下的工作温度以及热管结构参数对传热性能的影响。模拟得到热管吸液芯的导热系数对热管性能影响较大,热管管壁厚度和吸液芯厚度对热管性能的影响较小。  相似文献

介绍了各种类型的管外冷凝强化换热管,分析了其强化机理及结构特点,并总结得出:管外冷凝强化管的换热系数与管型有关,且各管型的结构参数对强化传热具有重要的作用.对国内外管外冷凝强化技术研究工作进行分析,结果表明,目前管外冷凝强化换热管的研究主要集中于翅片形状、翅片密度、翅片高度等结构参数对换热性能的影响.强化换热管的冷凝传热性能不仅与翅片结构参数有关,而且也与管材的表面特性和导热系数有关.管外冷凝强化换热管的研究重点是开发新型三维结构翅片的双侧强化管并研究其传热关联式,以及研究不锈钢等低成本材料制造的强化管换热管的传热性能和强化结构的优化.  相似文献

建立了新型板式省煤器的传热模型,计算了新型板式省煤器的火积耗散热阻以及空气侧压降,分析了新型板式省煤器结构参数及空气流速变化时,火积耗散热阻及空气侧压降的变化情况。研究结果表明:增大长轴可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,并且空气侧压降变化幅度不大;增大短轴可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大;减小板束间距可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大,尤其是在板束间距小于20 mm时,继续减小板束间距会造成空气侧压降急剧增大;增大空气进口流速可以减小火积耗散热阻,有利于提高板式省煤器的传热性能,但空气侧压降增大,对换热器的磨损也会增加。  相似文献

家用冰箱的耗电量对换热器(如蒸发器和冷凝器)的设计非常敏感。热壁冷凝器一般由冷凝管和冷凝板(翅片)组成,被广泛应用于家用冰箱中。在产品研发时,凝汽器管板面积和材料成本存在一定的关联。文中提出了基于构型理论的热壁冷凝器的优化设计方法,建立了热壁冷凝器自然对流的数学模型,并讨论了热壁冷凝器的形状、结构和材料对传热性能的影响。降低冷凝器板的高宽比可以显著提高传热速率,冷凝器管的垂直布置优于水平布置,冰箱一侧设置两块独立的冷凝器板比一块整体式冷凝器板效果更好。对于压缩机启停频率高或凝汽器板材料导热系数低的情况,其瞬态分析和稳态分析的结果不同,文中的工作为制冷机设计时热壁冷凝器的性能优化提供了参考。  相似文献

研究了弯折和顺重力倾角对具有梯形微槽道的铝—丙酮扁平热管传热特性的影响,搭建了可变重力倾角热管传热性能实验台,在冷凝段采用第三类边界条件下进行测试。结果表明,顺重力倾角可显著提高热管传热极限,30°及以上的倾角可使传热极限从40 W左右提高至90 W以上,同时热阻在高热流时达到0.1 K/W的低位。弯折可有效降低热阻,30°弯折可使热阻整体降低23.6%以上,从而提高等效导热系数,在高热流和小倾角下效果更佳,最大等效导热系数可达1.47×10~4 W/(m·K)。在热管设计与应用时,合适的弯折和倾角可帮助提高热管传热性能。  相似文献

以管壳式相变换热器为例,研究了肋片对增强贮热管管内传热的影响。建立了内部设置肋片的贮热管放热过程的数理模型,分析比较了不同的肋片参数,如肋片布置密度、长度及厚度等因素对贮热管放热效果的影响,并通过瞬态传热过程的计算,确定了与多种肋片布置方式所对应的相变贮热管的有效导热系数。  相似文献

由于制冷剂R11和R123对臭氧层有破坏作用,为完成环保新工质R245fa对R11和R123的替代工作,对R245fa在内螺纹外斜翅片的三维双侧强化管外的凝结换热性能进行试验。数据处理过程中,采用Wilson图解法获得管内水侧对流换热系数及其计算关联式,再利用热阻分离法获得管外凝结换热系数。研究表明:试验中管内对流换热系数高于管外冷凝换热系数,所以管外侧的传热热阻是占据主导地位的传热热阻;相对于光管,R245fa在三维双侧强化管管内换热强化换热倍率为3.58,管外强化换热倍率为2.48;对实验数据进行拟合,得到管外换热系数的变化规律和凝结换热关联式。  相似文献

基于最小■耗散热阻原理,在考虑相变材料导热热阻以及非稳态传热过程的基础上,对多级套管式相变蓄热系统的融化温度进行了数值优化,获得了最优融化温度分布。在此基础上,研究了相变材料导热系数和传热管长度对最优融化温度、■耗散热阻和平均蓄热速率的影响。研究结果表明:与现有理论优化方法相比,提出的数值优化方法具有更好的适用性;优化后多级套管式相变蓄热系统可有效提高相变蓄热系统的平均蓄热速率,降低■耗散热阻;随着相变材料导热系数增大和传热管长度增加,多级套管式相变蓄热系统最优融化温度的温差愈加明显,其强化传热性能呈上升趋势。  相似文献

氟塑料换热器以其耐腐蚀、耐磨损等优点而备受关注,但氟塑料热导率较低,换热能力差,限制了其广泛应用。石墨烯-PFA复合材料兼具石墨烯优异的导热性和可熔性聚四氟乙烯(PFA)良好的耐酸碱腐蚀性,是新一代的换热器材料。搭建了余热回收测试实验台,对石墨烯-PFA复合材料换热器和金属换热器的传热性能进行对比。研究了不同烟气流速、不同进口烟气温度以及不同石墨烯配比对复合材料传热性能的影响。结果表明:对于金属换热器和复合材料换热器,当烟气流速从2.0增加到4.0 m/s时,传热系数分别增加到原来的1.19和1.34倍;随着进口烟温的升高,两种材质的传热系数分别降低了15.6%和14.7%;随着石墨烯含量增加,复合材料的导热系数以及传热系数均增加。  相似文献

火电站直接空冷凝汽器积灰是影响传热性能的重要因素,研究直接空冷凝汽器积灰对传热性能的影响规律并提出监测措施具有重要意义。通过分析汽轮机背压与汽轮机排汽量、冷却空气流量、凝汽器传热系数、凝汽器总传热面积以及环境温度之间的关系,得到了空冷凝汽器在维持汽轮机排汽量和冷却空气量不变时,汽轮机背压和传热系数之间的关系以及凝汽器积灰对汽轮机背压的影响。研究表明:凝汽器积灰会导致凝汽器传热系数降低,汽轮机背压升高,机组运行经济性下降。设计工况下,当蛇形翅片扁平管结构凝汽器积灰厚度达到1.2 mm时,汽轮机背压将增加50%左右。通过监测空冷机组运行过程中汽轮机背压的变化,可预报积灰的程度,为直接空冷凝汽器清洗提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

Air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), having combined air cooling and oxidant supply channels, offer significantly reduced bill of materials and system complexity compared to conventional, water-cooled fuel cells. Thermal management of air-cooled fuel cells is however a major challenge. In the present study, a 3D numerical thermal model is presented to analyze the heat transfer and predict the temperature distribution in air-cooled PEMFCs. Conservation equations of mass, momentum, species, and energy are solved in the oxidant channel, while energy equation is solved in the entire domain, including the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and bipolar plates. The model is validated with experiments and can reasonably predict the maximum temperature and main temperature gradients in the stack. Large temperature variations are found between the cool incoming air flow and the hot bipolar plates and MEA, and in contrast to water-cooled fuel cells, significant temperature gradients are detected in the flow direction. Furthermore, the air velocity and in-plane thermal conductivity of the plate are found to play an important role in the thermal performance of the stack.  相似文献

为了探究扰流柱对间断交叉肋通道流动与换热特性的影响,针对不同扰流柱数量和排布位置建立了不同的交叉肋模型,并通过数值模拟的方法,计算了各模型的阻力系数比、强化换热系数以及综合热效率3个性能指标的变化情况。研究结果表明:随着扰流柱数量的增大,阻力系数比和强化换热系数逐渐增大,而综合热效率不断下降;在进口雷诺数为20 000时,14柱模型与32柱模型相比,阻力系数比升高了15.4%,强化换热系数升高了32%,综合热效率提高了2.6%;将相同数量的扰流柱排布在通道内的不同位置对综合热效率的影响并不明显。  相似文献

Experimental studies were performed to study the heat transfer characteristics of an impingement flame jet system consisting of a premixed butane/air circular flame jet impinging vertically upward upon a horizontal rectangular plate at laminar flow condition. There were two impingement plates manufactured with brass and stainless steel respectively used in the present study. The integrated effects of Reynolds number and equivalence ratio of the air/fuel jet, and distance between the nozzle and the plate (i.e. nozzle-to-plate distance) on heat transfer characteristics of the flame jet system had been investigated. The influence in using impingement plate with different thermal conductivities, surface emissivities and roughnesses on heat flux received by the plate was examined via comparison, which had not been reported in previous literatures. A higher resistance to heat transfer had been encountered when the stainless steel impingement plate of lower thermal conductivity was used, which led to a significantly lower heat flux at the stagnation region. However, the heat flux distribution in the wall-jet region of the plate was only slightly affected by using different impingement plates. Because of the significantly lower heat transfer, more fuel was not required to consume and existed at the stagnation region of the stainless steel impingement plate, which would be burned latter in the wall-jet region to release its chemical energy and enhance the local heat flux there.  相似文献

This paper presents an experimental analysis of a single pass solar air collector with, and without using baffle fin. The heat transfer coefficient between the absorber plate and air can be considerably increased by using artificial roughness on the bottom plate and under the absorber plate of a solar air heater duct. An experimental study has been conducted to investigate the effect of roughness and operating parameters on heat transfer. The investigation has covered the range of Reynolds number Re from 1259 to 2517 depending on types of the configuration of the solar collectors. Based on the experimental data, values of Nusselt number Nu have been determined for different values of configurations and operating parameters. To determine the enhancement in heat transfer and increment in thermal efficiency, the values of Nusselt have been compared with those of smooth duct under similar flow conditions.  相似文献

For an air-cooled steam condenser (ACSC), environmental wind can cause a large flow rate reduction in the axial fans mainly near the windward side of the air-cooled platform due to cross-flow effects, resulting in a heat transfer reduction. This leads to an increase of turbine back pressure, and occasional turbine trips occur under extremely gusty conditions. A new method is proposed in this paper to remove the strong wind effect by adding deflecting plates under the air-cooled platform, which contributes to forming a uniform air mass flow rate in the axial fans by leading enough cooling air to the fans in the upwind region. Numerical simulation is made of the thermal-flow characteristics and heat transfer performance of the improved ACSC with deflectors. A heat exchanger model is used for simulating the flow and heat transfer in the ACSC, in which the heat exchanger is simplified to a porous medium and all flow losses are taken into account by a viscous and an inertial loss coefficient. A fan model is used for reaching the flow condition at the heat exchanger inlet with the actual performance curves of the fan. It is found that the improved ACSC with deflector shows a significant enhancement in both the cooling air mass flow rate and the heat rejection rate compared with the conventional ACSC. The higher the wind speed is, the larger the heat transfer enhancement of the improved ACSC is. The effect of the plate inclination is also investigated, and the inclination angle of 45° is found to be the optimum value for the arrangement of the deflector.  相似文献

根据纵向涡强化传热技术提出了新型的强化换热管——锥形内肋管,运用数值模拟方法,研究了新型强化换热管结构参数锥底宽度a、导程P、肋深e和Re数对Nu、沿程阻力系数f及传热综合因子η的影响。结果表明:换热管内壁面边缘处产生了较多的微小涡流,有效破坏了流动边界层,强化了传热。在充分湍流的条件下,流体Re越小、e越小,其综合传热性能越强。当Re<15 000时,a对η的影响要大于P;在过渡点后, P对η影响较大。通过综合传热性能分析,给出了适合不同Re区间的锥形内肋优化参数。  相似文献

A numerical study is conducted to predict the thermal performance of a parallel flow two-layered microchannel heat sink on heat transfer and compared to the case of counterflow for various channel aspect ratios. Findings reveal that the parallel flow configuration leads to a better heat transfer performance except for high Reynolds number and high channel aspect ratio. Further study on the horizontal rib thickness shows that lower thermal resistance can be achieved in a parallel flow two-layered microchannel heat sink with smaller thickness of middle rib.  相似文献

The enhancement of convective heat transfer through a finned heat sink using interdigitated impeller blades is presented. The experimentally investigated heat sink is a subcomponent of an unconventional heat exchanger with an integrated fan, designed to meet the challenges of thermal management in compact electronic systems. The close integration of impeller blades with heat transfer surfaces results in a decreased thermal resistance per unit pumping power. The performance of the parallel plate air-cooled heat sink was experimentally characterized and empirically modeled in terms of nondimensional parameters. Dimensionless heat fluxes as high as 48 were measured, which was shown to be about twice the heat transfer rate of a traditional heat sink design using pressure-driven air flow at the same mass flow rate.  相似文献
