搭建了一个单管管外流动蒸发换热实验台,研究工质R410A在两种双侧强化管外流动蒸发换热特性。实验段分别为一根长2 000 mm,外径为25.4 mm的光滑管和两根相同尺寸的双侧强化管。实验工况:蒸发饱和温度为5~10℃,水的进口温度为8~18℃,水流量为0.6~1.6 m~3/h。在处理数据过程中采用G-W图解法获得管内水侧对流换热系数,再利用热阻分离法获得管外蒸发换热系数。结果表明:与光滑管表面传热系数相比,TLD型管的管内、管外强化倍率分别为3.49~3.7和4.78~8.86;EX2型管的管内、管外强化倍率分别为3.25~3.68和5.9~9.23;EX2型管管外换热性能较好,TLD型管管内换热性能较好。 相似文献

利用隔膜泵作为系统动力输出源,搭建了单管内传热和流动测试实验台,对制冷剂R22在水平单管内的换热性能进行了实验研究,考察了不同蒸发温度和不同冷凝温度对总传热系数、制冷剂表面换热系数和管内压降的影响.实验结果表明:总传热系数和制冷剂表面换热系数均随着蒸发温度和冷凝温度的上升而增大;管内压降随着蒸发温度的上升而减小,随着冷凝温度的上升而增大;对于同一根实验管,在相同的冷却水流量和制冷剂质量流量下,最佳蒸发工况为10℃;冷凝实验中,总传热系数和制冷剂表面换热系数在40℃时高于其他两种冷凝温度时的值,但35℃冷凝时,管内压降高于其他两种工况. 相似文献

为研究R410A与R134a在水平光管内的冷凝换热特性,在管内冷凝换热试验台上进行冷凝试验,分析质量流量、冷凝温度、测试水雷诺数Re、管径和制冷剂物性对换热系数和压降的影响。研究表明:换热系数、压降均随着质量流量的增加而变大,随冷凝温度的升高而减小,换热系数随测试水雷诺数Re的增加而减小,而测试水雷诺数Re对压降的影响相对较小;尽管R410A的换热系数随管径的减小而增大,而管径对R134a换热系数的影响并不显著,R134a与R410A的压降均随管径的减小而增大;单位压降换热系数随质量流量的增加而减小; Cavallini et al.关联式可较好预测R410A与R134a在光管内换热系数,而Shah关联式只能用于预测R134a的换热系数。 相似文献

空气量对蒸汽凝结放热系数影响的计算,目前还没有一个人们普遍公认的计算方法。文中首先对空气对轻微流动蒸汽、受迫流动蒸汽以及抽气器运行时蒸汽凝结放热系数影响进行了综述分析,然后对目前常用的几种计算空气量对蒸汽凝结放热系数影响的计算方法进行了计算分析,指出各种计算方法的特点及其存在的问题,为进一步研究空气对蒸汽凝结放热系数的影响奠定了一定的基础。 相似文献

Enhancement in Evaporative Effectiveness of an Evaporative Tubular Heat Dissipator Using Experimental Design Approach 下载免费PDF全文
An experimental investigation of evaporative effectiveness and mass transfer coefficient on a bundle of tubes of an evaporative tubular heat dissipator is presented. Based on the experiments, correlations of evaporative effectiveness and mass transfer coefficient are derived using multiple regression analysis. A statistical model is developed to correlate the operating variables using design of experiment approach by selecting central composite design of a response surface methodology. Results shown in this article indicate that as the cooling film flow rate increases, evaporative effectiveness and mass transfer coefficient increases provided that the air flow rate is constant which is flowing from underneath the tubes of the evaporative tubular heat dissipator. Derived correlations are helpful in improvement of the design of heat transfer devices and many other engineering applications. Consideration of relative humidity of upstreaming air as one of the operating variables leads to the contribution to heat and mass transfer study of evaporative tubular heat dissipators in the present investigation. 相似文献

对椭圆钎焊翅片管和双金属轧制翅片管换热器的传热及阻力性能进行试验对比研究,试验得到了一系列工况下的传热数据与管外空气流动阻力数据,给出了相应的传热系数、流动阻力曲线。从总传热系数中分离出管外空气侧的对流换热系数,得到了具有一定应用价值的管外换热的计算关联式;拟合得到了管外阻力计算关联式。结果表明:椭圆钎焊翅片管比双金属轧制翅片管的传热系数约高9%,管外换热系数约高17%,且管外空气流动阻力约低11%。 相似文献

Heat transfer coefficients of air‐cooled fins located on the outer surface of a totally enclosed induction motor were measured. It was found that the heat transfer coefficient decreases in the downstream direction in relation to the outer fins. It was also found that increasing the axial length of the fan cover (i.e., so that the fan cover overlaps the fin) increases the average heat transfer coefficient of the outer fins. Internal airflow induced by the rotor fan inside the motor end‐bracket coincides with the rotational speed of the rotor fan. Airflow velocity between the stator coil end and the housing in the motor is low, so a cooling structure with an inside ventilation passage for airflow was introduced to increase the heat transfer of the stator coil. By using an actual motor, the effect of resin (varnish) between the stator and the motor housing on the thermal‐contact conductance was determined; the thermal‐contact conductance of a motor with resin was 1.58 times higher than that of one without resin. © 2001 Scripta Technica, Heat Trans Asian Res, 31(1): 7–20, 2002 相似文献

在膜蒸馏的不同构型中,直接采用环境空气作为冷却媒介的空气冷却式构型很大程度上简化了系统配置。在强化传热的条件下,其跨膜通量与水冷构型接近。对空气冷却式膜蒸馏构型的传热过程进行理论分析,并通过量化分析各参数对膜蒸馏传热性能的影响,构建综合的传热模型。引入关联热阻系数这一概念,用以量化空气冷却的参数对膜蒸馏过程总传热系数的抑制作用。通过模拟计算研究了冷凝板导热系数、空气流速、冷凝板肋化系数、料液温度等参数对膜蒸馏传热性能的影响,并分析和量化多参数对关联热阻系数的综合影响。结果表明冷凝板导热系数、空气流速、冷凝板肋化系数是影响关联热阻系数的重要因素,各参数对膜蒸馏传热性能的综合影响得以量化。以上研究为后续传质模型的研究提供了指导。 相似文献

A theoretical and experimental study of transient heat transfer in the heating of an individual slab product, subjected to an air flow at a temperature of 50°C and a velocity of 1 m/s, is presented. Experimental temperature measurements at the centre of the slab product were made, and the experimental heat-transfer rates were derived from the temperature data. A simplified analytical technique, using the boundary condition of the third kind in transient heat transfer, was used to predict the theoretical heat transfer rates for two cases, the first considering that the heat transfer coefficient is a convective heat transfer coefficient, and the second considering that heat transfer coefficient is the sum of the convective and radiative heat transfer coefficients. The experimental heat-transfer rates were compared with the predictions for two cases, and a very good agreement was obtained. 相似文献
