介绍了催化氧化工艺国内外发展概况,并从辽河混合减压渣油和大庆混合减压渣油催化氧化产品的性质分析中,重点阐述三氯化铁、磷酸两种常用沥青催化剂对沥青氧化反应速度及其产品性能的影响规律,分析比较了两种沥青氧化催化剂的不同特点。指出,磷酸催化氧化工艺可使沥青产品的高、低温性能得到很大的改善,是一条符合我国国情能大幅度提高建筑沥青质量的重要技术路线。  相似文献

介绍了用中间基减渣和石蜡基减渣研制中、高档防水材料用沥青的试验过程。在研制中档防水材料用沥青时,对单一原料与复配原料、非催化氧化与催化氧化产品进行了对比。并指出:采用复配原料及催化氧化工艺,可制得优质中档防水材料用沥青。在研制高档防水材料用沥青时,先将基础沥青进行催化氧化改性,然后再加入高聚物SBS改性。试验表明,这种工艺与国内同类技术相比,在防水卷材达到同等耐热度和柔度指标时,能降低SBS加入量百分之二十以上。  相似文献

兰州炼油化工总厂自97年起, 随着进厂原油中南疆油比例的增加, 给渣油的后续加工带来了很大困难。生产过程中突出表现在: 丙烷脱沥青装置的一段油收率大幅度下降;脱油沥青经简单的氧化也很难生产出用户急需的建筑沥青产品。为此我们开展了南疆丙烷脱油沥青生产建筑沥青的研究工作。试验结果证明, 现有的南疆丙烷脱油沥青通过调合、氧化或催化氧化等工艺可以解决这一问题  相似文献

本文提出对南充炼油厂减压渣油进行补充精制,可采用以加大常规白土、酸量以达精制效果;可加入无机金属盐和金属氧化物来提高润滑油基础油粘度指数的具体方法。要更好地脱除沥青中油、蜡,以渣油与沥青混调后在催化剂作用下进行催化氧化反应;或是添加改性剂,生产质量稳定的优质沥青。  相似文献

对孤岛减压渣油异丁烷馏分脱沥青及掺兑催化油浆脱沥青的脱油沥青生产道路沥青的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:孤岛减压渣油掺兑催化油浆脱沥青获得的脱油沥青的延度有所改善,在相同的收率下获得的脱沥青油的性质更好。在适宜的条件下,脱油沥青的主要指标满足道路沥青标准。  相似文献

The 30# construction asphalt was prepared by chemical condensation of deoiled asphalt (DOA) from vacuum residue propane deasphalting in this study. It decreases the penetration and improves the softening point of DOA effectively based on the chemical condensation technology from experimental results. The group components of DOA were regulated through the addition of furfural extract oil dewaxed oil (DWO) with high content of aromatic components. Therefore, the ductility of condensed asphalt still meet the requirements of construction asphalt in the condition of decreased penetration and increased softening point. The 30# construction asphalt satisfies the standard requirements of the GB/T494-2010 by chemical condensation technology through the effective control of condensation degree with the appropriate blending proportion of DWO. The binary linear mathematical models of the properties of condensed asphalt have been established by regression analysis of the experimental data. This model had the high accuracy and excellent practical values. The properties of condensed asphalt could be accurately predicted and the construction asphalt production cost could be reasonably controlled. In addition, there was little change in the softening point of the construction asphalt pre and post thermal storage, which illustrated that the 30# construction asphalt obtained by chemical condensation of DOA has good thermal storage stability.  相似文献

30# asphalts produced directly by de-oiled asphalt (DOA) showed poor ductility at low temperature and deasphalted oil (DAO) yield was below 17.6%. Combination technology of solvent deasphalting and blending was investigated to produce 30# asphalt and results demonstrated that the 30# blended asphalt with Saudi residue and DOA prepared under conditions of temperature of 105°C, pressure of 4.0 MPa, and solvent/VR ratio of 5 conformed to GB/T 15180–2010 and its asphalt mixture had excellent rutting resistance and water stability performance; meanwhile, DAO yield reached 42.7% and good quality DAO satisfied the feedstock requirement for catalytic cracking process.  相似文献

采用紫外辐射试验对道路沥青和SBS改性沥青进行加速老化试验研究.利用老化前后的软化点、针八度、延度和四组分变化。分析了道路沥青的紫外线老化机理。结果表明:随紫外线老化时间的延长,道路沥青和SBS改性沥青软化点呈上升趋势、针入度和延度呈降低变化趋势,其中又以延度变化最为明显。经紫外线老化后道路沥青和SBS改性沥青的四组分也有变化,其中沥青质略微上升、芳香分略微降低,而饱和分和胶质变化不大。  相似文献

In this study, the effects of addition of waste polyethylene on asphalt binder and asphalt concrete mixture properties were studied. Four asphalt concrete mixtures (each mixture containing different percentages of shredded polyethylene material) were prepared and tested as per Indian specifications. Shredded polyethylene and hot asphalt binder were added to heated aggregate (in same sequence) until all aggregates were coated. The loose mixtures were compacted and tested for its mechanical and volumetric properties. Furthermore, compacted specimens were aged for short- and long-term conditions. The extracted binder from the aged and control mixtures was tested for its rheological properties using a dynamic shear rheometer. Mixtures containing shredded polyethylene showed improvement with respect to the Marshall strength, flow, and volumetric properties. The properties of recovered asphalt binder indicated that the addition of polyethylene improved complex modulus values and decreased phase angle values over range of frequencies.  相似文献

The preparation and evaluation of 30# hard grade asphalt by blending softening point hard deoil asphalt with several soft components were investigated. The results showed that the properties and proportions of blending soft components had a great influence on the properties of 30# asphalt. Chunfeng 70# asphalt and Maoming deoil asphalt were more suitable as blending soft components and their blended asphalt met the technical requirements of GB/T 15180-2010 when the proportion of hard deoil asphalt were 6–12% and 8–16%, respectively. PG grade results indicated that dynamic modulus of 30# asphalts at high temperature increased significantly, and antirutting ability was also improved notably, while the bending resistant ability at low temperature was slightly inferior to the high-grade asphalt. The results of mix performance tests showed that 30# hard grade asphalt had excellent anti–high-temperature deformation ability and preferable water stability compared with high-grade asphalts.  相似文献
