文章应用PLS回归分析方法,对高档精纺毛面料和与其配伍的粘合衬的特征参数与粘合强力进行分析,得出了粘合强力与织物特征参数的PLS回归方程,通过对此方程的统计检验和预测值与检测值的比较,证明了用PLS方法来预测高档精纺毛面料的粘合强力是可行的.  相似文献

以再生丝麻纤维纱与毛/涤混纺纱交织轻薄精纺面料为实验材料,以同规格经纱、同规格经密的毛/涤混纺纱精纺面料为对比样。借助KES织物风格测试系统对织物拉伸、剪切、弯曲、压缩性能进行测试与分析,得出,再生丝麻纤维纱与毛/涤混纺纱交织的精纺面料在轻薄、柔软、活络、蓬松、剪切回复能力等方面优于常规毛/涤混纺精纺面料。纬向为白色丝再生麻纤维纱试样的撕破强力、剪切回复能力、拉伸弹性回复能力、蓬松度、松软感、尺寸稳定性优于纬向为筒子纱染色的丝麻纤维纱的试样,该试样的弯曲保形性和垂重感优于前者。  相似文献

为满足人们对服装风格多元化的需求,文章探讨创新型产品——水洗风格毛精纺面料的特点及其在毛精纺面料开发上的适应性,从产品设计关键参数及后整理工艺等方面阐述生产控制要点。与常规毛精纺面料相比,水洗风格产品呢面更加蓬松柔软,手感丰厚,视觉效果清新自然、返璞归真,风格独树一帜,因此水洗风格产品不同于常规毛精纺面料的开发。由于水洗风格产品成品物理指标如气蒸收缩和落水变形等不易达到GB/T 26382—2011《精梳毛织品》的要求,因此通过染整后整理工艺,面料的物理服用性能可以达到国标要求,产品可以批量生产。  相似文献

文章以生产纯毛高支单面哔叽为例,分析比较了拉细羊毛纤维与普通超细支羊毛纤维生产高支轻薄毛精纺面料的工艺重点及织物风格.分析结果表明:由于拉细羊毛纤维外观和结构的变化,使其性能特点与常规羊毛有所不同,从而赋予织物不同的风格特征.提出,若将2种纤维进行混纺,可充分发挥纤维自身优势互补的特性,改善其加工性能及面料的服用性能.  相似文献

采用热压法成型工艺制备了阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料,考察了聚乳酸质量分数、热压压力、热压温度、阻燃剂质量分数对复合材料拉伸强度、弯曲强度及极限氧指数的影响,通过正交实验、极差分析及单因素分析,优化出制备阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料的最优工艺:阻燃剂质量分数30%,聚乳酸质量分数64.6%(5:7),热压压力5MPa,热压温度185℃。结果表明:添加氢氧化镁阻燃剂制备的阻燃型玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料,力学性能较未添加阻燃剂的玄武岩织物增强聚乳酸复合材料有所降低,但仍比较优异,且极限氧指数可提高到35.2%。  相似文献

蓖麻籽是一种重要的高含油、低含水工业油料。采用螺旋压榨法制油时,其操作温度直接关系到油品质量和制油效果。蓖麻籽经过螺旋压榨后,其主要内含物蓖麻油以液态形式聚集并在压力的作用下从蓖麻籽中分离出来,这个过程主要受内外两方面因素的影响。蓖麻籽组成、入料形态和是否进行升温调质等多种因素直接决定了蓖麻籽螺旋压榨的效果;螺旋榨油机的榨轴转速和出饼口孔径直接制约了油料输送速率和出油效果。通过多工况下的组合试验及均值化处理,得到了单螺旋榨油机的实际输送速率和当量摩擦系数等参数。蓖麻籽直接进料压榨,在榨轴平均转速为50.25 r/min、出饼口孔径5 mm时,平均压缩比为4.28、输送效率为4.41 kg/h、饼残油率14.86%。  相似文献

The objectives of this work were to study the combined effects of seed moisture content and pressing temperature on oil recovery and quality parameters of almond oil (AO) and to evaluate the effectiveness of natural (rosemary extract and ascorbyl palmitate) and synthetic antioxidants (TBHQ) on the oxidative stability of AO analyzing chemical changes during an accelerated thermo-oxidation assay. A factorial arrangement was conducted, in pressing experiments, in order to study the combined effects of seed moisture content (4, 6, 8, 10 and 12% (w/w)) and pressing temperature (20, 40 and 60 °C) on oil recovery and quality parameters. Oil recovery increased significantly as moisture content raised. The highest oil recovery (79.3%) was obtained at 8% (w/w) seed moisture content and 40 °C pressing temperature. All extraction conditions employed were compatible with an acceptable chemical oil quality.  相似文献

Test cells of various profiles (circular, square, rectangle) were designed to conduct experiments to evaluate consolidation mechanism and drainage of whey during Paneer pressing. The milk coagulum was subjected to different pressure levels (1.0–3.5 kg/cm2) for different time periods (300, 600, 900 s). The non-dimensional whey expression ratio (WER) during pressing followed an exponential relationship with pressure, and the maximum value for WER ranged from 20.5 to 23.0 for the test cells. The visco-elastic consolidation process was adequately described using Kevin–Voigt models. The void ratio, porosity and consolidation ratio were estimated by the Terzaghi consolidation test.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the oil extraction process from walnut seeds by pressing followed by extraction with supercritical CO2. In pressing experiments, a factorial arrangement was conducted in order to study the combined effects of seed moisture content (2.5%, 4.5% and 7.5%) and pressing temperature (25, 50 and 70 °C) on oil recovery and quality parameters. For all conditions tested, the oil quality compared well with that of cold-pressed walnut oil. Oil recovery increased significantly as moisture content raised. Highest oil recovery (89.3%) was obtained at 7.5% moisture content and 50 °C temperature. The cake resulting from pressing at these conditions was extracted with CO2 in a high pressure pilot plant with single stage separation and solvent recycle. The effects of two different pressures (200 and 400 bar) and temperatures (50 and 70 °C) with regard to oil yield and quality, and time required for extraction were analyzed. At each condition, the extraction rate changed with the mass of solvent and extraction time. At first, the mass of oil extracted was determined by the oil solubility in CO2 and a linear relationship was observed, where the slope results in the solubility of oil in CO2 at the experiment conditions. After that, the extraction rate was governed by solubility and diffusion, and continuously decreased with time. The colour changed along the extraction from a whitish clear product to a yellow one. Tocopherol and carotenoid contents were significantly higher than those obtained by pressing. Extraction conditions did not affect significantly the fatty acid composition.  相似文献

进行了单面渗流下油菜籽及其脱皮冷榨的应力、应变试验,研究了不同加载速率对应力、应变关系和出油量的影响,建立了基于BP神经网络的应力、应变关系模拟模型,对油菜籽及其脱皮单面渗流一维冷态压榨下的应力、应变关系进行了模拟.结果表明,在相同压榨应力下,加载速率对其应变关系和出油量的影响均较大,应变和出油量均随加载速率的减小而增加;脱皮油菜籽的应变大于未脱皮油菜籽的应变.BP神经网络模拟油菜籽的应力、应变是一种有效的方法.  相似文献
