我国第一条纸易拉罐生产线,目前在由北京前导技术公司开发研制成功,并已投产,这是用了绿色技术生产环保产品的一次新突破。它可部分替代铜、铝和塑料等易拉罐。 纸易拉罐生产采用草纸浆压铸技术,该技术已通过国家质量及卫生检测,并获得专利,它可用废纸浆为原料,造价和成本分别为铝易拉罐的25%和40%,专家认为,目前我国年需求易拉罐约为600亿只,纸易拉罐的市场潜力极为巨大,它属草纸制品,可回收利用,不污染环境,有望形成新产业和新经济增长点。我国第一条纸易拉罐生产线投产@孔葆青

据不完全统计我国目前有饮料易拉罐生产线十四条,其中广东占了六条,总生产能力为年产约十五亿个。国家有关部门为节省外汇(制造罐的铝材要进口),决定要大力削减易拉罐生产,估计今年国产易拉罐的市场只有二亿个左右;因此对年产十五亿个易拉罐的生产线来说,平均开工率可能只有一成多,则对国内易拉罐生产厂将是个沉重的打击。如何度过难关,笔者认为:一、加速铝材国产化,组织有关工厂和技术人员攻关。 相似文献

As Requeijão cremoso is a processed cheese preferably packed in transparent retail containers, which are exposed to light at the retailers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of light (1000 lux) on the stability of the product at 10 °C, when packed in five different packaging systems: (1) glass cup with an easy-open tinplate cap, (2) glass, (3) polypropylene cups heat-sealed with aluminum foil, and (4 and 5) polyethylene squeeze tubes with and without oxygen barrier. No microbiological changes were observed. The oxygen in the headspace of the packages exposed to light decreased rapidly, indicating its consumption by photo-oxidative reactions. Increasing TBA values and intense sensory changes in the product were observed, which differed depending on the packaging type. The overall quality loss was significantly higher when Requeijão cremoso was exposed to light, leading to its rejection and end of shelf-life. The overall quality loss was predominantly determined by both oxygen availability and package type. 相似文献

The aim of this investigation was to determine if a risk of Clostridium botulinum growth and toxin production existed in four different packaged crabmeat products. Freshly picked blue crab meat was inoculated with 10(3) to 10(4) spores per g of a mixed pool of four strains of C. botulinum type E (Beluga, Minnesota, G21-5, and 070). The lump crabmeat was packaged in four different packaging containers: (i) 12-oz copolymer polyethylene cups currently used by most crab processors; (ii) 12-oz copolymer polyethylene cups with heat-shrink, tamper-evident low-density polypropylene seals; (iii) 8-oz copolymer polyethylene cups with easy-open aluminum ends: and (iv) 8-oz copolymer polypropylene cups with integral tamper-evident pull-tabs. The packages were stored at either 4 degrees C for 21 days or 10 degrees C for 15 days. Storage at 10 degrees C was used to simulate temperature abuse. The mouse bioassay was used to detect the presence of C. botulinum toxin. Psychotrophic and anaerobic populations were enumerated and were found to increase with time regardless of packaging type. No botulinum toxin was detected in any of the four packaging types stored at 4 degrees C or 10 degrees C throughout the entire storage period. 相似文献

In this note, a preliminary test of the ability of visible and near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) coupled with multivariate statistical methods is described to predict the phenol-formaldehyde (PF) adhesive content in oriented strandboard (OSB) post manufacture. A visible-NIR-based PLS model could predict moderately well (RMSEP0=.60%) the PF loading in the face layers of pine OSB after pressing. The spectral absorbance at 614 nm was significantly different between PF loadings. NIR may provide the basis for an on-line, real-time quality control tool providing feedback information to the press. 相似文献
