研究了不同氧乙烯基(EO)加合数的乙氧基化硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(乙氧基化酯基季铵盐)的生物降解性、柔软性、抗静电性、再润湿性和与阴离子表面活性剂复配等应用性能,并与乙氧基化改性前的硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(EQDMS)以及传统的柔软剂D1821进行比较.研究发现:乙氧基化酯基季铵盐的生物降解性明显优于D1821,柔软性优于EQDMS,抗静电性和再润湿性均优于EQDMS和D1821,EO平均加合数为6的乙氧基化酯基季铵盐EQDMS-6EO的柔软效果最好,与D1821相当,与阴离子表面活性剂的复配性能优于EQDMS和D1821.  相似文献

介绍了可用于高得率浆纤维柔顺性的一种测量方法.利用纤维筛分仪和纤维长度测定仪测定各纤维组分的重均和数均纤维长度,然后对Bauer-McNet纤维筛分的理论长度作图,根据相应曲线的斜率计算得到纤维的柔顺性系数.纤维的柔顺性系数用来表征纤维的柔顺性.  相似文献

以C_(16-18)混合脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(O-3, O-6,O-10, O-12)、二元醇及三氯氧磷为原料,制备出了系列脂肪醇醚Gemini磷酸盐产物。通过IR分析了产物的基本结构,并探讨了产物结构中的联结基长度、环氧乙烷加合数(EO)对其表面活性和加脂性能的影响。结果表明:随联结基长度和EO数的增加,Gemini磷酸酯盐的表面活性和抗静电性增强,临界胶束浓度降低,产物相应的临界胶束浓度分别为:CMC_(4-O12)值为7.5×10~(-5 )moL/L,γ_(CMC)为43.5 mN/m;CMC_(10-O3)值为9×10~(-5 )moL/L,γ_(CMC)为41.7 mN/m;加脂后坯革的抗张强度、撕裂强度和柔软度相应降低。其中,4-O3磷酸酯盐的加脂性能最优,经其加脂后坯革的抗张强度可达215.16 N/mm~2,撕裂强度为70.04 N/mm,柔软度为9.5 mm。  相似文献

为了研究大豆蛋白纤维织物的服用性能,对大豆蛋白纤维纯纺织物、大豆蛋白纤维棉混纺织物的透气性、透湿性、抗静电性及抗皱性进行了测试与对比分析.结果表明:大豆蛋白纤维织物比棉织物具有更好的透湿性能,抗静电性、抗皱性比棉织物较差,而两种纤维织物的透气性无差异.  相似文献

通过以P2O5和POCl3为磷化剂,合成2种不同结构的磷酸酯Gemini表面活性剂,并对其结构和表面活性、润湿性、乳化性、泡沫性、抗静电性、摩擦特性之间的关系进行讨论。结果表明:磷酸酯Gemini表面活性剂具有较好的表面活性和应用性能;磷化剂为P2O5的Gemini表面活性剂,其表面张力、润湿性能、对纤维的平滑性较好,而以POCl3为磷化剂的Gemini表面活性剂的乳化性、低泡性、抗静电性、抱合性较好。  相似文献

研究了不同原料、不同组织结构毛织物的抗静电性.测试各织物的原料、密度、纱线线密度、组织、面密度、紧度,并对毛织物进行了抗静电测试,使其摩擦带电后进行摩擦静电压、衰减静电压的检测,以显示被检织物的带静电性.从组织和紧度2方面对其各项性能进行分析,进一步总结出织物组织结构与抗静电性关系的一般规律,为今后更好地生产轻薄型舒适性毛织物,深入研究薄型舒适性毛织物的服用性能,尤其是对轻薄舒适毛织物的服用性能与结构关系的研究,提供一些理论依据.  相似文献

对不同平均环氧乙烷(EO)加合数的蓖麻油酸甲酯乙氧基化物(ECAME)的洗涤性能进行了测定,并考察了其在不同p H条件下的抗水解能力.结果表明,平均EO加合数为14的蓖麻油酸甲酯乙氧基化物(ECAME-14)的洗涤能力最好.在p H为4~9的溶液中放置4周,ECAME-14水解率很低.在碱性条件下,其表面活性被削弱,但在酸性条件下,其表面活性增强.  相似文献

以自制聚醚硅油与五氧化二磷反应,经中和制得聚醚硅油磷酸酯盐(SiPS),研究其聚醚侧链结构变化对性能的影响。随着聚醚链段中氧乙烯基(EO)含量的增加,分子量的提高,聚醚硅油磷酸酯盐亲水性增加,其表面张力变大,润湿性下降。EO含量的增加使硅油磷酸酯盐在油水界面的吸附力下降,乳化力下降;而聚醚链段分子量提高有助于乳化力提高。EO含量与分子量的增加均可提高硅油磷酸酯盐的吸湿性,改善其抗静电性。  相似文献

以不同EO数的烯丙基聚醚制备有机硅表面活性剂,测定不同产物的HLB值、表面张力、润湿性能、乳化稳定性和去污性能。结果表明,EO数为8时,产物具有较好的表面活性、润湿性能和乳化稳定性,可选作润湿剂和乳化剂。随着EO链长增加,产物表面活性、润湿性能下降,但去污性能逐渐提高。EO数增加至22时,去污性能明显提高,可应用于洗涤剂等领域。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
