水镁石为天然无机阻燃剂,为研究在造纸中的应用情况,选用水镁石矿物研磨加工成两种不同细度的粉体,粗细度粉体在纸张抄造过程中作为填料制备阻燃原纸,另一细度粉体与磷氮系阻燃剂配制成水分散阻燃液,阻燃原纸采用浸渍法制备成阻燃纸,测试阻燃纸的阻燃性能和物理性能,为阻燃纸选用阻燃剂提供参考。 相似文献

采用磷酸/尿素体系对双螺杆挤压制备的玉米纳米淀粉进行改性,制备了淀粉基含磷氮阻燃剂(P-CNS);然后通过浸渍阻燃剂法制备阻燃纸,采用垂直燃烧法、极限氧指数法和热重分析等研究了阻燃纸的性能。结果表明,P-CNS对纸张具有良好的阻燃效果,当P-CNS浸渍浓度为10%时,阻燃纸的垂直燃烧余长占纸样总长度的33.6%,极限氧指数值达到28.2%,氮气气氛下650℃时的残炭率从原纸的9.7%提高到23.2%,且抗张指数和耐破指数相比原纸仅分别降低9.7%和12.9%。 相似文献

采用棉用阻燃剂FPK8002对阻燃涤纶/棉织物进行阻燃整理,探讨阻燃剂浓度、焙烘条件及交联剂用量对织物阻燃性能的影响,分析阻燃涤纶含量和织物组织结构对阻燃涤纶/棉织物阻燃性能的影响.阻燃涤纶/棉织物阻燃整理的优化工艺为阻燃剂FPK8002用量350 g/L,交联剂用量350 g/L,焙烘温度160 ℃,焙烘时间4 min.测试结果表明,整理织物的裂解温度明显降低,阻燃性能符合国家B1级标准. 相似文献

针对木质素作为生物质阻燃材料化学结构复杂、阻燃效率较低等问题,对国内外木质素在阻燃材料中的研究现状进行了综述,主要介绍了常见的4类木质素阻燃剂:单组分木质素阻燃剂、复配型木质素阻燃剂、化学改性木质素阻燃剂和纳米木质素阻燃剂,分析了木质素在阻燃体系中发挥的作用以及存在的问题;对各类阻燃剂的特点和阻燃机制进行阐述,以及木质素作为生物质阻燃材料的发展方向进行总结和展望;最后指出在4类阻燃剂中,复配型木质素阻燃剂和化学改性木质素阻燃剂阻燃性能比较优异,将木质素与其他物质复配以及对木质素进行结构改性将成为未来研究的重点。 相似文献

Flame retardancy was imparted to jute fabric through application of organophosphorus flame retardants (OFR) and tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium chloride (THPC). The OFR agent was used in conjunction with melamine formaldehyde as binder and phosphoric acid as a catalyst. THPC was applied in the form of a THPC-urea complex. Both the flame retardants were applied to scoured and bleached jute hessian fabrics by conventional pad-dry-cure method. The treated fabric samples were tested for flame retardancy in terms of limiting oxygen index (LOI) as well as vertical flammability and for durability of the finish. There was an increase of up to 116% and 46% in the LOI value of OFR and THPC-treated fabrics respectively as compared to untreated fabric. However improvement in thermal behavior was accompanied by a loss in tenacity of treated fabric. THPC-treated fabrics showed better durability as compared to OFR-treated samples. The TGA and DSC of treated samples showed that at a temperature of 600°C, a large amount (42%) of residue is left and char formation takes place. The process facilitated formation of lower volatiles in treated samples as compared to untreated samples. 相似文献

由于聚酯纤维回潮率低,染色性差,易积聚静电,易起球,易燃烧,使得其应用受限。为了提高聚酯纤维的亲水性和阻燃性能,采用PTA、EG并添加第三单体(SIPE)、第四单体(PEG)和第五单体(亲水剂)进行共聚反应制备高亲水聚酯切片。通过亲水聚酯切片和含共聚阻燃剂(CEPPA 2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸)的阻燃母粒共混熔融纺丝的方法制备具有阻燃功能和高亲水功能的聚酯纤维,并对其阻燃性能和亲水性能进行测试。分析结果表明经改性后的聚酯切片热稳定性能与PET相比变化不大,表面接触角小于65°,极限氧指数大于30%,得到的亲水阻燃聚酯的亲水性、热稳定性及阻燃性能良好。 相似文献

为了提高聚丙烯阻燃性能,对炭纳米管、黏土、C60、富勒烯、聚倍半硅氧烷改性聚合物的阻燃性能和力学性能进行了综述,系统地归纳了5种纳米改性剂的阻燃机理。指出:目前任何一种阻燃剂都有自身缺陷,未来所需要的PP用阻燃剂不仅要大幅提高其阻燃性能,同时还要提高力学性能、热性能及其他物理性能。今后应深入研究纳米阻燃剂的表面改性技术,解决分散性、界面黏结性等问题,以减少其劣化材料力学性能的影响,提高阻燃效率。 相似文献

为解决纯棉织物的阻燃及其耐洗性问题,以生物质植酸和双氰胺为原料,制备了无卤生物质环保耐洗阻燃剂PD,并应用于棉织物的阻燃整理。借助傅里叶红外光谱仪和X射线能谱仪等分析表征了PD化学结构和元素组成,并对整理织物的表面形貌、热稳定性、阻燃及耐水洗性等进行了分析。结果表明:阻燃剂PD为多活性磷氮型阻燃剂;纯棉织物阻燃整理时,阻燃剂PD质量分数为35%;PD处理样在800 ℃热解残炭量为13.32%(氮气气氛),垂直燃烧的损毁长度为4.5 cm,极限氧指数达43.6%,且阻燃织物经40次标准洗涤后,极限氧指数仍能达到29.1%;制备的阻燃剂PD是一种阻燃效果和耐水洗性能优良的生物质环保阻燃剂。 相似文献

In order to improve the compatibility between the flame retardants of carbon microspheres coated by magnesium hydroxide (MH@CMSs) and the PET matrix and improve the spinnability of the masterbatch, MH@CMSs have been microencapsulated by PET to obtain microencapsulated carbon microspheres coated by magnesium hydroxide flame retardants – MMH@CMSs.Morphologies and structures of MMH@CMSs have been studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and FTIR, which showed that an organic shell layer of PET as capsule wall was coated on the surface of MH@CMSs. A series of MMH@CMSs/PET fibers with different MMH@CMSs contents were successfully prepared through the melt-spinning method. The morphology and structure of MMH@CMSs/PET fibers were characterized by SEM and FTIR. The flame retardancy of MMH@CMSs/PET fibers was determined via limiting oxygen index (LOI) test and cone calorimeter. Results showed that the MMH@CMSs/PET fibers possessed optimum flame retardancy when the MMH@CMSs content is 0.6 wt.%, at which the LOI reached a maximum of 25.8, and the pk-HRR, total heat release, and total smoke release were reduced by 27.4, 20, and 13.6%, compared with pure PET fibers, respectively. Moreover, the flame-retardant mechanism was studied by thermogravimetric analysis, thermogravimetric analysis-infrared spectrometry, and the SEM of the residue char, which disclosed that MMH@CMSs enhanced the thermal stability of PET fibers, and promoted PET fibers to form a dense and continuous protective char layer that effectively blocked heat transfer and combustible gas release. 相似文献
