为了将感应加热技术应用于曲轴红套工艺中,建议在曲臂孔内侧布置一个圆形线圈的同时,在位于曲臂孔与曲柄销之间的曲臂外围再布置一个矩形线圈,通过建立曲臂感应加热有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS软件对不同线圈参数条件下曲臂在感应加热过程中的温度场分布情况进行了数值仿真研究,结果表明,通过调整感应线圈电流密度、交变频率等工艺参数,可以确保曲臂孔四周温度分布均匀,进而满足曲轴红套工艺质量的要求。此外,还对感应加热的影响因素进行了探讨。 相似文献

In this paper, a hot embossing heating roll with induction heater inside the roll is proposed. The induction heating coil is installed inside a roll that is used as a heating roll of a roll-to-roll (R2R) hot embossing apparatus. Using an inside installed heating coil gives the roll-to-roll hot embossing system a more even temperature distribution on the surface of the heating roll compared to that of previous systems, which used an electric wire for heating. This internal induction heating roll can keep the working environment much cleaner because there is no oil leakage compared to the oiled heating roll. This paper describes the principles and provides an analysis of this proposed system; some evaluation has also been performed for the system. A real R2R hot embossing heating roll system was fabricated and some experiments on micro-pattering have been performed. After that, evaluation has been performed on the results. 相似文献

One of the main problems of Mediterranean climates is the large diurnal amplitude of temperature, with too low temperature during winter nights and too high temperatures during summer days. This is particularly felt in the north of Portugal, where the low temperature during winter nights can be compensated by the introduction of a heat source. The objective of this is work is to simulate the effects in the temperature and velocity fields by the introduction of hot water tubes along a greenhouse in night conditions. Three different situations are simulated: natural convective heating (case A), artificial heating tubes (case B), artificial heating tubes, and natural ventilation (case C). The commercial CFD package ANSYS® (FLOTRAN module) is used for this propose.The turbulence is modelled by the RNG turbulence model. The numerical results are compared with experimental values, the procedure for which is also presented.The average increase in air temperature for cases A, B and C was 2.2°C, 6.7°C and 3.5°C, respectively. Turbulence is lower in case A, increases slightly when the heating system is introduced (case B), and increases significantly in case C due to the effect of natural ventilation. A very good agreement between experimental and numerical temperature values was verified. This allows validating the RNG turbulence model as suitable to simulate arch-shaped greenhouse microclimates. Some improvements can be done to this work: introduction of night-time crop transpiration, 3D simulations, or optimizing the size of the element mesh in order to reduce the computation time. 相似文献

The environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) offers improved capabilities for coupling a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an in situ laser device compared with conventional SEMs. Such coupling generally enables, for example, the observation of laser glazing effects or high-temperature behaviour as well as thermal shock behaviour of materials and devices. In an ESEM, decomposition caused by high-temperature gas reactions can additionally be studied while monitoring the gaseous environment online with a mass spectrometer attached to the specimen chamber. In this work, we demonstrate the capabilities of an in situ laser system suitable for heating specimen in an in situ deformation stage, thus enabling the further study of the mechanical properties of materials far beyond temperatures accomplished by thermal heating stages. 相似文献
