本文合成了水溶性复合硼酸酯添加剂,借助于四球试验考察了烷醇胺,醇,羧酸和硫化物对复合硼酸酯抗磨的影响。结果表明,烷醇胺是影响硼酸酯抗磨性能的主要因素;不同的醇所生成的硼酸酯其抗磨性能不同;硼酸酯与羧酸复合具有雷同效应;含硫硼酸酯可进一步提高硼酸酯的抗磨性能。 相似文献

本文叙述了水溶性抗磨添加剂的发展和现状,总结了作者近年的研究水溶性抗磨添加剂的工作,详细探讨了复配型体系,改性的二烷基二硫代磷酸盐体系,以及合成的α-硫代硫酸基羧酸体系在水溶液中的抗磨性能并进行了比较。作者认为用分子设计方法去合成新的水溶性抗磨添加剂是发展和完善水基润滑液的有效途径。 相似文献

采用正交试验法优化设计了不含亚硝酸盐、磷、硫、苯酚等有害元素的环保型水基合成切削液。该配方采用羧酸酯、羧酸醇胺等有机防锈剂与其它无机防锈剂协同防锈,采用合成硼酸酯、硼酸盐和油酸三乙醇胺作为润滑剂和极压剂。该切削液具有优良的润滑性、防锈性、冷却性、清洗性、防腐性和可降解性。 相似文献

近年来,合成金属加工液或冷却剂的发展都很快,其所含的组分都可以溶解于水,不仅具有比较长的使用寿命和比较高的冷却效果,而且具有比许多乳化的金属加工液或油溶的金属加工液更强的去垢力。聚二醇在合成金属加工液中通常被用作润滑添加剂,它是环氧乙烷(简称EO)和氧化丙烯(简称PO)的共聚物。聚二醇具有很好的润滑性能,这在齿轮油、液压油以及压缩机等领域中均已得到证明。在合成金属加工液中,聚二醇表现出可逆的溶解性,即在常温下是水溶性的,而升高温度后它又可以变成非水溶性的。聚二醇的逆溶解性的重要性及其与阴离子极压添加剂之间的协同效应将从成型和机加工过程的数据中得到解释和证实。 相似文献

This paper presents the results of a study carried out in order to produce synthetic ester oils of a mixed structure based on sebacic acid with beneficial tribological properties. These series of unsymmetrical diesters were synthesized using superior aliphatic alcohols such as 2‐ethyl‐hexanol, isodecanol and isotridecanol, along with special alcohols of a complex alkyl‐aryl structure, namely 2‐phenoxy‐ethanol, 2‐[(o‐sec butyl) phenoxy] ethanol and 2‐[(p‐nonyl) phenoxy] ethanol. Also synthesized were symmetric esters based on the complex aliphatic‐aromatic alcohols with pendant aliphatic chain. The variation in the principal properties as a function of both the length of the aliphatic chain introduced by the aliphatic alcohol, and the length and position of the aliphatic pendant chain on the aromatic nucleus of the complex alkyl‐aryl alcohol was assessed. Based on this, it has been possible to obtain fluid products with variable properties. The introduction of the aromatic function in the structure of these diesters led to interesting features, and the superior values recorded for the main tribological characteristics demonstrated their versatility. 研究了直接电导检测阴离子交换色谱中柱温对C1~C5脂肪酸保留的影响。实验采用Shim—packIC—A3阴离子交换柱,分别以邻苯二甲酸氢钾和对羟基苯甲酸-Tris-硼酸为流动相,柱温控制在25~50℃。在两种流动相下,脂肪酸的保留行为均表现为吸热行为.即随温度升高,保留增强。两种流动相相比,以对羟基苯甲酸-Tris-硼酸为流动相时,温度对脂肪酸保留的影响更明显。C1-C5脂肪酸的范特霍夫曲线具有良好的线性关系。通过改变柱温可以改善脂肪酸的色谱峰形和分离。 相似文献

A water-soluble boron (B)-containing thiophosphite derivative (BTP) was synthesized, and its tribological, anticorrosion,
and antirust properties as an additive for the base liquid of water–glycol hydraulic fluid were evaluated in detail. The results
of tests demonstrated that BTP is indeed a high-performance and multifunctional water-soluble lubricant additive that was
able to remarkably improve the extreme pressure, friction-reducing, antiwear, anticorrosion, and rust-inhibiting properties
of the base liquid when added at a low adding concentration (<3 wt%). Based on a performance comparison of BTP and thiophosphite
(TP), whose chemical structure is similar to that of BTP but without B, a number of primary conclusions were drawn. The B
element existing as alkanolamine borate group could greatly improve the extreme pressure, antiwear, and antirust performance
of BTP, especially the antirust performance, but had only a small effect on the friction-reducing and anticorrosion properties.
Based on characterizations and analyses of the worn surfaces, we propose that the antiwear mechanism consists of the prepared
compound BTP reacting with the steel surface during the friction process to generate a protective film mainly composed of
phosphate, sulfide, sulfate, organic amine, and B2O3. 相似文献

Alkylaryl- and alkylpolyethylenoxy phosphate ester acids and their salts were found to be effective load-carrying and rust-inhibiting additives for metalworking fluids. Falex and four-ball data showed that performance in oil, emulsion, and water systems were dependent upon the hydrophobe type and ethylene oxide content. Chip tests demonstrated that chemical composition also influenced rust inhibition. 相似文献
