通过对曲面数控加工运动的研究,指出曲面上的曲线也存在着活动的特征标识这一特性,提出了模仿特征标识沿曲面曲线运动的加工法.并以锥形等螺旋角刀槽作为加工实例,应用特征加工法使程序得到最大限度的简化,而且大大地提高编程效率,对一些类似零件的数控加工提供有益的参考依据. 相似文献

为提高叶片加工质量和改进现有螺旋加工方法,提出了一种新的针对组合曲面造型叶片的四轴螺旋加工方法.该方法在叶片曲面造型过程中,将叶片曲面分割为叶盆、叶背、前缘和后缘四个区域.根据组合曲面叶片造型,提出了组合曲面叶片螺旋加工刀位轨迹生成方法和切触点的计算公式.最后,基于UG软件平台,以二次开发方式编制了相应的数控编程模块.生成了连续光滑的叶片螺旋加工刀位轨迹.试验结果表明,该方法能够实现叶片的四坐标螺旋加工,并可有效提高叶片的加工质量. 相似文献

This paper presents a set of mathematical models for the design and manufacture of the helical flute and cutting-edge curve of a toroid-cone shaped revolving cutter. The study not only considers the section profile and relative feeding velocities of the grinding wheel used in the NC machining of the cutter, but also addresses the deviation of the cutting-edge curve, the residual material which exists between adjacent flutes, and the lack of cutter land. Through a process of numerical simulation, a compensation technique is developed which reduces the residual material and rebuilds the missing land. The accuracy of the theoretical models is verified by means of an experimental machining test using a WALTER CNC grinding machine. The experimental results are in good agreement with those predicted theoretically, thereby confirming the accuracy and reliability of the proposed models. This study serves as a valuable reference for researchers investigating the NC machining of cutters with special forms. 相似文献

To obtain imposed dimensional and geometrical specifications for any mechanical piece, production tolerances must be calculated. So a simulation of workpiece behavior when it is machined, has permitted calculations of deviations on machined surfaces.The method of deviation calculation is based on a comparison between imposed functional tolerance and the tolerance calculated in relation to deviations on two machined surfaces or between a machined surface and the operational datum.The one direction modelling of deviations inquires practical inputs such as the planning process, the operational datum, the deviations on rough surfaces, and deviations on surface datum for any stage of machining. The developed method allows determining the deviations on machined surfaces. Then, tolerances on production dimensions were calculated in three directions. These results have permitted to define average production dimensions, which may be used for NC machine programming and to prepare an optimal rough piece configuration.The developed method has been applied for the machining of a fixing screw. 相似文献
