某石化加氢反应器压检期间发现器壁堆焊层存在多处裂纹缺陷,影响了反应器的安全等级及检验周期,为消除堆焊层裂纹缺陷,某石化多次组织缺陷返修,终于成功地修复了缺陷,经过3年的运行检验,再次压检时修复裂纹未再出现开裂情况,证明了修复方案的有效性。本文主要介绍了该石化加氢反应器堆焊层不同深度裂纹的修理方案。 相似文献

安全阀在线检测技术最重要的功能实现就是要解决大型生产装置运行周期不断延长,而安全泄放装置检验周期却有一年一检的严格限制之间的矛盾.安全阀是承压设备上的重要安全附件之一,作为生产装置安全的最后一道防线,本身具有很苛刻的性能要求,因此如何实现其在线检测,是生产装置实现长周期连续可靠运行的关键技术之一.为此,在专利技术指导下,设计研制了内嵌阀瓣膜传感器形式的新型安全阀.本文对安全阀中传感元件的布置、选择及标定技术原理等方面进行了理论和试验研究,结果表明这种带有阀芯薄膜传感器的新型安全阀运行稳定可靠,开启、回座迅速,密封性好,并且具有很好的检测灵敏度. 相似文献

蓄压器刹车是民用运输机在主液压系统失效以后唯一的刹车形式,为保证飞机着陆的安全起着至关重要的作用。研究蓄压器刹车系统的工作过程,即主液压系统失效后踩刹车时由蓄压器提供刹车液压油至刹车作动筒进行刹车,并进行了蓄压器刹车过程理论计算。利用AMESim建立蓄压器刹车系统模型,模拟在充压和释压过程中的蓄压器工作过程和蓄压器存储的可用油量。根据AMESim仿真模型分析了蓄压器刹车系统在气穴和漏油情况下的工作特点,得出不同情况下蓄压器刹车的有效刹车次数,为民航运输机蓄压器刹车系统的维护提供技术支持,也为保障飞行安全提供技术支持。 相似文献

In this study, a new curing technique for producing glass aluminum-reinforced epoxy (GLARE) laminates was explored to reduce autoclave processing time. GLARE2 5/4-0.4 laminates were fabricated with three different approaches: full autoclave curing, autoclave consolidation followed by oven postcuring, and full oven curing. Two types of thermal analysis such as differential scanning calorimetry and dielectric analyzer were performed to provide a supplementary view of the cure behaviors and also incorporated to understand the voids growth. Experimental results revealed that autoclave consolidation followed by oven postcuring laminates had greater interlaminar shear strength than autoclave cure laminates. Additionally, this new curing technique could yield the comparable part’s quality with minimal void content (<1%). The interruption of cure cycle with an intermediate switch from autoclave consolidation to oven postcuring resulted in shrinkage and collapse of voids. 相似文献

This paper presents a degradation-based model to jointly determine the optimal burn-in, inspection, and maintenance decisions, based on degradation analysis and an integrated quality and reliability cost model. Degradation modeling plays an important role in reliability prediction and analysis for many highly reliable components and equipment, when the failures can rarely be observed. Unlike traditional applications, quality and reliability must be considered simultaneously for devices subject to degradation, because quality inspection decisions often impact anticipated reliability and failure-time distributions. This paper presents an integrated model to jointly optimize quality and reliability for devices subject to degradation, with a focus on burn-in, quality inspection, and maintenance policies. Based on the degradation modeling and analysis, the reliability function and the time-to-failure distribution are derived under the condition that the quality inspection is applied following the burn-in period. The optimal burn-in, quality inspection, and preventive maintenance policies are determined by minimizing the expected total cost per usage lifetime. The proposed model is illustrated using the application of light display devices, in which the degradation path follows a negative shifted lognormal distribution with a random failure threshold. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the application of our model to the light display devices. 相似文献

我国目前在蒸压釜的设计上,采用预留腐蚀裕度的方法,既浪费材料,叉增加了制造成本,效果却不好。本文设计了几种不同的涂层,通过试验室和生产现场试验,对比研究了各种防腐方法的效果,分析了腐蚀产生的原因,最后确定超声速电弧喷涂铝复合涂层解决蒸压釜的腐蚀问题,实践结果在中联巨龙淮海水泥有限公司加气混凝土厂被证实。结果表明,采用该复合涂层在设计反应釜时可去掉腐蚀裕度,增加反应釜的使用寿命1倍以上,节约钢材20%左右,并使反应釜的寿命和整个生产线的寿命一致。不仅可以节约设备投资,还极大提高了生产的安全性。 相似文献
