随着计算机技术和通讯技术的不断发展,各大企业都加快了信息化建设的步伐,作为其中基础设施的信息网络平台建设也逐步完善。依托这个基础平台可以将合作伙伴、供应商、客户和员工有机地结合起来,为企业高层决策、部门信息交流、对外宣传等提供有效的途径。可以说,现代企业经营的成功与否很大程度上依赖于企业信息化的建设,而其中的关键和基础就是信息网络平台建设。但随着应用需求的复杂性增加,网络规模的不断扩大,导致网络故障率提高、可管理性下降。加之病毒泛滥、网络攻击事件的日益增多,使得在传统的网络管理模式下,大量的日常网络故障…     

Effects of different CdCl<Subscript>2</Subscript> annealing methods on the performance of CdS/CdTe polycrystalline thin film solar cells

In this paper, the effects of different CdCl₂ annealing methods, including vapor annealing and dip-coating annealing, on the performance of CdS/CdTe polycrystalline thin-film solar cells are studied. After annealing, the samples are lightly etched with 1% bromine in methanol to remove surface oxides. Both annealing methods give CdTe polycrystalline thin films with good crystallinity and complete structure. For solar cells containing the annealed CdTe films, cell efficiency first increases and then decreases as the concentration of CdCl₂ solution used for dip-coating annealing increases, and the optimized CdCl₂ concentration is 12%. The uniformity of the performance of all cells is analyzed by calculating the relative standard deviation for each parameter. The uniformity of cell performance can be improved dramatically by dip-coating annealing instead of vapor annealing. Most notably, an appropriate concentration of CdCl₂ (12%) acts as a protective layer that is conducive to realizing uniform high-performance CdS/CdTe solar cells. According to the location of depletion regions, the CdTe films treated by dip-coating annealing show a relatively low doping concentration, except for the sample treated with a CdCl₂ concentration of 6%, which is consistent with the changes of short-circuit current density of the cells. It is believed that these results can be applied to the large-scale production of CdTe polycrystalline thin-film solar cells.     

聚烯烃高效载体催化剂的研究

本文以MgCl2、SiO2为载体,研制了多种配方的Ziegler-Natta钛系高效最体催化剂.在实验过程中改变MgCl2、SiO2、甲基硅油等加入量,改变反应时间、反应温度,并对催化剂组成进行了化学分析.在分析敷据的基础上进行乙烯及丙烯的聚合实验,对产品进行性能分析,确定原料加入量、反应时间、反应温度等对催化剂效率、产品性能的影响.     

pH过程的模糊控制仿真研究

pH过程广泛存在于化工、生物工艺、污水处理、发电等工业过程中，对这一过程进行良好的控制有着十分重要的意义。由于pH过程是一个具有严重非线性及滞后性的被控对象，传统的PID控制难以达到理想的控制效果。本文使用模糊控制技术，设计采用了带有自调整因子的模糊控制器，不仅能较好地处理pH过程的严重非线性和滞后性，而且具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力。

J2EE代码自动生成研究

在开发基于J2EE的B／S应用系统的过程中,由于客户业务和技术两方面的原因,使开发过程中所做的重复性的工作比较多,并且基本上都是采用复制-粘贴形式的软件复用方式,导致了容易出错、修改复杂、维护困难等许多问题。总结了这些问题之后,提出一种代码自动生成的想法,即根据给定的能够代表客户业务的信息,由程序自动生成J2EE应用程序的各部分内容,而程序员所做的工作就是维护这些信息。     

原位聚合法制备聚乳酸/滑石粉复合材料

用硅烷偶联剂对超细滑石粉（Talc）改性后,采用原位聚合法制备出不同质量分数的聚乳酸/滑石粉（PLA/Talc）复合材料,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪（FTIR）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、核磁共振波谱仪（NMR）、热失重分析仪（TG）、偏光显微镜（POM）等方法对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,Talc粒子在复合材料中均匀分散;PLA/含量3 %Talc的复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度分别比纯PLA增加了102.56 %和47.83 %,复合材料的热稳定性也明显提高;Talc促进了PLA结晶性能,在一定程度上提高其力学性能,复合材料降解速率比于纯PLA明显加快。     

柱前衍生高效液相色谱串联质谱仪测定鲜茶叶中的春雷霉素

目的：建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱串联质谱仪(HPLC-MS/MS ,High performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry)测定鲜茶叶中春雷霉素(Kasugamycin)的检测方法,并运用于鲜茶叶中春雷霉素的筛查。方法: 样品经甲醇/水溶液提取,MCX阳离子交换柱(Mixed-mode Cation Exchanger SPE Column)净化,9-氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC-Cl, 9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl (Fmoc) chloride)衍生后测定,内标法定量。结果:目标化合物在0.312～20.0 μg/L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999(R₂⁾。鲜茶叶中春雷霉素的检出限(LOD,Limit of detection)、定量限(LOQ,Limit of quantification)分别为2.0 μg /kg和5.0 μg /kg。在LOQ、2×LOQ和10×LOQ水平上加标,平均回收率95.2%～104%,相对标准偏差7.4%～13.3%。结论：FMOC-Cl衍生化测定法,能有效提高检测的灵敏度、降低基质的干扰;将西马特罗作为内标使用,可以提供更为准确的检测结果,该方法满足鲜茶叶中春雷霉素的监测。     

双单体固相接枝聚丙烯的流变性能

以过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂制备了苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯对马来酸酐和聚丙烯（PP）的二元固相接枝共聚物，并对其结构与性能进行了研究，探讨了剪切应力、剪切速率和温度对固相接枝改性PP熔体流动行为、熔体粘度的影响．结果表明：固相接枝改性PP的熔点和热焓比纯PP的相应值均有所下降；其非牛顿指数n值比纯PP的n值有所增加，说明改性后PP的熔体流动比纯PP偏离非牛顿型流体；其粘流活化能（Eη）比纯PP的Eη有大幅度提高，说明接枝改性后PP的表观粘度对温度的变化非常敏感．     

Application of a molecularly imprinted polymer for the effective recognition of different anti-epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors

A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared using (E)-piceatannol, a natural potential anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor, as the template and 4-vinylpyridine as the functional monomer. The template was isolated from a Chinese traditional Tibetan medicinal herb, Caragana jubata, by a solid-phase extraction procedure. The crude extract of this herb was loaded on the MIP column for the binding test, and two different compounds besides the template itself were specifically recognized by the polymer, which were identified to be butein and quercetin possessing potent anti-EGFR tyrosine kinase activities with IC(50) values of 10 and 15 microM, respectively. Affinity and selectivity for these inhibitors and another three compounds coexisting with the template in this herb were evaluated in the chromatographic mode. For the first time, the affinity of a molecularly imprinted polymer was investigated to be correlative to the bioactivities of the analytes. The chromatographic behavior of the analytes was consistent with their activity values: the more active inhibitor was retained longer on the MIP. This research work afforded us a new approach for the effective recognition of novel anti-EGFR inhibitors from herbs by using the MIP as the receptor mimic to assay the bioactivities of reserved components, which will be very helpful in the direct separation of lead candidates for anticancer drugs.
