By the combined use of the sol-gel and pulsed laser deposition methods, the SrTiO3/YBa2Cu3O7?x (STO/YBCO) heterostructure was prepared on a LaAlO3 substrate. XRD results and φ scanning test showed that the prepared STO/YBCO heterostructure had good biaxial texture. Moreover, a Pt electrode was sputtered on the STO/YBCO heterostructure to investigate the current density-voltage (J ? V) characteristic curves of STO/YBCO in the 50–300 K temperature range. The results showed that the STO/YBCO heterostructure had good rectifying characteristics. With an applied positive bias voltage smaller than 3.7 V, the current density of the STO/YBCO heterostructure decreased with the decrease of temperature; for higher voltages, on the contrary, the current density increased with the decrease of temperature. When the YBCO experienced superconducting transition, the turn-on voltage (V t) changed suddenly due to the sudden opening of the superconducting energy gap of YBCO. The V t variation obtained from the experiment was essentially consistent with the known value of the YBCO superconducting energy gap. 相似文献

We used yttrium acetate, barium acetate, and copper acetate as the starting materials, benzalacetone (BzAcH) as chemical modifier, and methanol (MEOH) as solvent to synthesize a stable fluorine-free YBCO precursor sol. The coated YBCO gel film using this precursor sol exhibited photosensitivity to UV irradiation at a wavelength of 330 nm. After the subsequent exposing, the YBCO gel film showed a decreased solubility in several organic solvents. Based on the photosensitivity of the YBCO/BzAcH gel film, YBCO superconducting microarray with the pitch of 5 μm was fabricated by irradiating the gel film with UV light through a mask, followed by leaching the unirradiated area in a mixture solvent of methanol and n-butyl alcohol with the volume ratio of 1:1. After proper heat treatment the x-ray diffraction result showed that the as-prepared arrays were highly c-axis oriented and with a high T c by this new photosensitive sol-gel process. 相似文献

A novel process for fabricating high-density and high diffraction efficiency inorganic gratings has been proposed by combining
laser interference and chemical etching. In the present work, UV photosensitive Zr-contained sol was synthesized, and photosensitive
ZrO2/BzAc gel films on (100) silicon were prepared using the sol-gel method. Subsequently, inorganic film gratings with a pitch
of 1 μm were fabricated by laser interference in this photosensitive gel film combining with the process of heat treatment.
In order to increase the depth-to-width ratio of the gratings, chemical etching was adopted by using iodine-saturated KOH
as anisotropic etchant, which improved the diffraction efficiency of the gratings effectively. Furthermore, the diffraction
efficiency was improved by gold coating to enhance the surface glossiness and reflection coefficient.

在843K LiCl-KCl-CeCl3熔盐中活性铝电极上,研究了Ce(III)离子的电化学行为和欠电位沉积Al-Ce合金。对比循环伏安曲线发现,在Al电极上Ce(III)/Ce反应的氧化还原电势比在Mo惰性电极上更正;开路计时电位在金属铝和铈的沉积平台之间出现两个平台,这表明Ce(III)在Al活性电极上可以生成两种金属间化合物。以上结果在电化学机理上说明Ce(III)离子可以在Al电极上欠电位沉积形成金属间化合物。在该实验条件下通过恒电位电解,在Al电极上得到了Al-Ce合金,验证了理论分析的结果。经XRD表征,证实了形成AlCe和AlCe3两种合金;经SEM和EDS表征,证明了铈分布在Al电极表面厚度均一的合金镀层中(厚度28?m)。

为了提高云南某铜银硫化矿银回收率,通过试验研究对2000 t/d选矿厂的工艺流程进行了优化。试验结果表明,在原磨浮工艺流程上,采用石灰加KJ14作组合抑制剂来提高银回收率,新的药剂制度对该矿石具有良好的适应性。 相似文献

以两系杂交糯高粱酒作基酒,单独或混合浸泡红橘、红温州蜜柑、脐橙、黄温州蜜柑的全果浆汁,酿制成乙醇体积分数为40%~20%,糖度为360~210g/L的成品酒。然后对其感官指标、理化指标和卫生指标进行评价。通过对关键工艺操作和风味调整进行正交实验,确定最适工艺条件是:1L60%的基酒中加入260g果浆[m(红橘)∶m(脐橙)=2∶1],在40℃条件下浸泡40h;适宜调配参数是:糖度270g/L,pH值4.5,乙醇体积分数为20%。所得成品酒色泽金黄,清亮透明,酒体协调,有独特的柑橘果香,口感纯正,酸甜适度。 相似文献
