The structure parameters in an actual industrial production have a great influence on the coefficient of supercharger floating bearing dynamic characteristics,but there has been little systematic study so far. In this paper, the influence of structural parameters of the turbocharger floating bearing on its dynamic characteristic coefficientsis systematically investigated based on the theories of hydrodynamic lubrication and tribology. The influence of clearance ratio on eccentricity and the influence of internal to external radius ratios, and Sommerfeld number were analyzed.A new formula of responding characteristics of the oil film force caused by the displacement or velocity disturbance was deduced near an equilibrium in the steady state. Applying the newly developed formula, the dynamic characteristic was studied for floating bearings. Regularity for change of oil film stiffness and damping was analyzed with the structural parameters of floating bearing such as radius ratios and eccentricity.It has been found that the clearance ratio increases with eccentricity when the radius ratio is unchanged.The eccentricity decreases with the internal to external radius ratio of floating rings when the clearance ratio is constant.The absolute value of total principal stiffness and total main damping decrease with the clearance ratio and radius ratio of floating rings when the total cross damping is stable. The results and findings in this paper can contribute to nonlinear dynamics designs of turbocharger rotor-bearing systems.  相似文献

Niobium carbide coating was produced by thermal-reactive diffusion technique on AISI 52100 steel in salt bath at 1 123 K, 1 173 K, and 1 223 K for 1, 2, 4, and 6 hours. The salt consisted of borax, sodium fl uoride, boron carbide, and niobium pentoxide. The presence of NbC phase on the steel surface was confi rmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Microscopic observation showed that niobium carbide coating formed on the substrate was smooth and compact. There was a distinct and fl at interface between the coating and substrate. The micro-hardness of niobium carbide coating was 2892±145HV. The thickness of coating ranged from 1.6 μm to 14μm. The forming kinetics of niobium carbide coating was revealed. Moreover, a contour diagram derived from experimental data was graphed for correct selection of process parameters. Some mathematical equations were built for predicting the coating thickness with predetermined processing temperature and time. The results showed that these mathematical equations are very practical as well as the kinetics equation.  相似文献

图像边缘检测的关键是尽可能多的检测到边缘并且抑制噪声的同时,尽可能的满足单线的边缘定位精度;为此选取了一种融合小波模极大值和数学形态学的边缘检测方法来获取图像边缘;首先在对图像进行小波分解,分别利用模极大值法和多尺度多结构数学形态学方法来处理小波分解的高频分量和低频分量,利用差影法对二者的结果进行融合;然后利用大律法得到二值化图像,并用形态学边缘细化算法细化图像边缘得到最后结果;实验结果显示,融合的方法可以得到比较完善的边缘,经过二值化和边缘细化后,获得的单线宽边缘更加清晰,定位精度更高。  相似文献

为解决深孔加工排屑的难题,在分析现有DF深孔钻削系统结构的基础上,运用液压相关理论分析了影响负压抽屑的影响因素.采用Fluent软件对DF系统中负压抽屑装置的喷射角k和负压间隙S进行了力学、速度、能量场仿真,最终通过理论分析与仿真试验的对比研究,得出当k=30°,S=0.4mm时负压效果最好,当k=29°,S=0.5mm时次之.为研究准干式深孔加工新型负压射流结构、负压机理及排屑特性提供了理论基础.  相似文献

An improved morphological component analysis (MCA) method is proposed for the compound fault diagnosis of gearboxes. When gear fault and bearing fault occur simultaneously, the compound fault signal of the gearbox contains meshing components (related to the gear fault) and periodic impulse components (related to the bearing fault). The corresponding fault characteristics can be separated by MCA according to the morphological differences of the components. In the proposed method, the optimal dictionary, which can represent the characteristics of bearing faults, is first selected based on the principle of minimum information entropy. Then, the compound fault signal is decomposed into the meshing component and the periodic impulse component using MCA. Finally, the separated components are subjected to the Hilbert envelope spectrum analysis. The faults of the gear and the bearing can be diagnosed according to the envelope spectra of the separated fault signal components. Simulation and experimental studies validate the effectiveness of the proposed method for the compound fault diagnosis of gearboxes.  相似文献

In this study, a vapor-injection (VI) cycle designed for indoor heating of electric vehicle (EV) was investigated for low temperature heating purposes. The heating capacity variation was observed both in mathematical and experimental ways to verify the influence of vapor injection at different injecting positions and under different intermediate pressure. From this study, the optimal injection position of the scroll compressor and intermediate pressure ratio were evaluated that maximizes heating capacity and coefficient of performance (COP) of the cycle. To validate the numerical results, the experiment was also conducted in the prototype of a vapor-injection (VI) heating system for electric vehicle. The experiment was carried out under the steady-state condition and the same parameters as those of numerical analysis were employed. The comparison between the results of numerical analysis and that of experiments showed a good agreement. For the increase of heating capacity, the optimal injecting port position was observed in specific value which was close to 300°. As the opening of the main expansion valve was decreased, the performance of the VI system generally got better but the system had much restricted intermediate pressure ratio in which the performance was drastically decreased. As a result, the optimal intermediate pressure ratio occurred in specific value below 0.25 in startup condition.  相似文献

针对摩擦提升机主轴系统故障耦合、特征微弱且故障样本不易获得的问题,提出一种基于复杂网络聚类的故障诊断方法。该方法从故障数据表现出社团结构的本质出发,以各数据样本为节点,样本间相似度为有权边,构建加权无向复杂网络模型。将欧氏空间的距离概念推广到样本的相似性度量上提出广义Ward距离,并以此为划分准则,采用凝聚型合并过程实现网络模型中社团的聚类,即故障样本的模式识别。对主轴系统过载、滚动轴承元件故障及减速器齿轮磨损的分析结果表明,该方法能准确对已知故障类型数据进行聚类,且在过程中不预设类别数,为收集异常数据以便未知故障的发现与诊断提供了数据支持。与多元支持向量机与快速Newman算法的对比结果表明,该方法具有更高的识别精度与效率。  相似文献

The increase in common rail pressure can lead to increased cavitation inside the injector, resulting in degradation of injector performance and reduced life. The paper investigates the effect of the pressure block structure parameters (initial flow area around the ball valve) on the velocity field, pressure field, fuel gas phase volume fraction and drain rate of the control valve. The relationship between the initial flow area around the ball valve on the cavitation strength and unloading rate inside the valve was revealed. The results show that both the reduction of the flow area around the ball valve and the increase of the cavitation intensity inhibit the rate of oil discharge from the control valve. The reduction of the fuel flow area inhibits the expansion of the low-pressure region (0–1 MPa) within the flow layer, thus limiting the development of cavitation. The reduction of the cavitation area increases the fuel flow rate, however, the increase in flow rate increases the cavitation phenomenon, and these changes form a cycle (Reviewer 5. comment 2). The increase in cavitation inhibits the control valve pressure relief rate more significantly than the decrease in the initial flow area around the ball valve. Based on this, a stepped-pressure block model is proposed. The stepped pressure block model can effectively reduce the cavitation strength near the seal and enhance the oil discharge rate of the control valve. The study can provide a reference for the engineering optimization design of high-pressure common rail injector control valves.  相似文献

通过对469Q汽油机正时同步带传动进行横向振动的分析研究,提出了影响同步带横向振动频率和振幅的共同因素主要是同步带跨度,并且通过试验验证了结论的正确性。结果表明,减小同步带跨度既可以有效减小同步带运动过程中横向振动幅度,又可以使同步带运动有效避开正时传动机构可能的共振区。因此。在进行发动机正时传动机构结构设计时,同步带类型确定后,其跨度大小是设计的关键。  相似文献

Three-dimensional graphene@Ni(OH)2 nanoflake array grown on Ni foam (G/Ni(OH)2/NF) as a binder-free electrode of supercapacitor was prepared by combining a one-step hydrothermal approach and Radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering technique. Its electrochemical properties were further investigated by the cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectra. The G/Ni(OH)2/NF showed high specific capacitance (4.0F/cm2 at 1.0 mA/cm2), good rate charge-discharge capability and long cycling stability (ca. 90.6% of its initial value). This work provides a new method to prepare 3D porous electrode materials based on graphene for application in electrochemical energy storage.  相似文献
