A crown ether derivative (4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 hydrotetrafluoroborate) can mediate the self-assembly of silver nanoprisms at the liquid/liquid interface in the form of a stable hybrid nanocomposite film. The metallic luster of the interfacial film results from the electronic coupling of Ag nanoprisms, suggesting the formation of closely packed nanoprism thin films. The interfacial film of nanoprisms could be transferred to solid substrates as a Langmuir–Blodgett film. The properties of films were studied by UV–vis spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.  相似文献

Neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL) protein is attracting a great interest because of its antibacterial properties played upon modulating iron content in competition against iron acquisition processes developed by pathogenic bacteria that bind selective ferric iron chelators (siderophores). Besides its known high affinity to enterobactin, the most important siderophore, it has been recently shown that NGAL is able to bind Fe(III) coordinated by catechols. The selective binding of Fe(III)-catechol ligands to NGAL is here studied by using iron coordination structures with one, two, and three catecholate ligands. By means of a computational approach that consists of B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) quantum calculations for geometries, electron properties and electrostatic potentials of ligands, protein–ligand flexible docking calculations, analyses of protein–ligand interfaces, and Poisson–Boltzmann electrostatic potentials for proteins, we study the binding of iron catecholate ligands to NGAL as a central member of the lipocalin family of proteins. This approach provides a modeling basis for exploring in silico the selective binding of iron catecholates ligands giving a detailed picture of their interactions in terms of electrostatic effects and a network of hydrogen bonds in the protein binding pocket.  相似文献

目的 明确山楂生品果胶(raw hawthorn pectin, RHP)和炒品果胶(fried hawthorn pectin, FHP)的结构与其体外降脂作用的关系。方法 通过测定酯化度、半乳糖醛酸含量、分子量、特性黏度、黏均分子量、中性糖组成和比例,用扫描电镜观察微观形态,来表征RHP和FHP的结构。通过果胶对胆固醇胶束和胆酸盐的结合能力等体外实验评价其降脂作用。结果 RHP酯化度为52.19%,属于高酯果胶; FHP酯化度为31.95%,属于低酯果胶。RHP分子量有4个级分(217904、16907、8933、5104 Da),FHP分子量有4个级分(238813、16662、8770、5063 Da)。RHP特性黏度和黏均分子量分别为0.10 dL/g和2.75×104 g/moL, FHP特性黏度和黏均分子量分别为0.16 dL/g和4.71×104 g/moL。RHP、FHP均含有葡萄糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、果糖和木糖等中性糖,但各糖的分子摩尔比不同。微观形态中, RHP分子间交联良好; FHP分子之间交联较少。在体外降脂实验中,R...  相似文献

The nutrient compositions of Parkia roxburghii kernels and pods (i.e. tender, immature and mature) were determined. Protein content of the kernel was 29% and that of pods 13–19%. Similarly, fat content was highest (34%) in the kernel and ranged from 1–16% in the pods. Unsaturated acids Oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids made up 63–68% of the total fat in the pods as well as the kernels. The total essential amino acids amounted to 33%, 36% and 39% in the tender, immature, mature pods, respectively, and 42% in the kernels. The essential amino acid pattern of the kernel was comparable to the FAO/WHO/UNU (1985) amino acid requirement for preschoolers. However, the amino acid scores of the tender, immature and mature pods were 64, 84 and 92, respectively, with sulphur amino acids as the limiting amino acids in all the pod samples.  相似文献

目的研发一款具有缓解疲劳作用的功能性口服液。方法以补中益气汤为基础加入枸杞、菊花、大枣,提取药液后浓缩成膏状,再将糖加入到水中制成单糖浆,最后把糖浆与药膏混合在一起制成口服液。对补中益气口服液进行稳定性分析,并对保质期及含量进行测定。结果补中益气口服液口感适度,性质较为稳定。高效液相色谱结果表明补中益气口服液中有黄芪皂苷、阿魏酸等成分。利用紫外可见分光光度计法检测口服液中总黄酮的含量,其结果符合要求。结论补中益气口服液各方面均符合要求,可批量生产。  相似文献

拉曼光谱具有快速、实时、无损分析的特点,在生物学领域应用广泛。作者利用光镊拉曼光谱技术(LTRS)测定红酵母细胞中类胡萝卜素。采用Plackett-Burman法对影响红酵母发酵的相关因素进行评价,发现葡萄糖、蛋白胨、pH和温度对类胡萝卜素的产量影响显著。利用BoxBehnken设计和响应面分析法对影响类胡萝卜素产量的关键因素进行优化,获得的最优发酵条件为:葡萄糖42.86 g/L,蛋白胨5 g/L,酵母提取物5 g/L,KH2PO41 g/L,MgSO4。7H2O 0.5 g/L,pH 7.0,温度28.3℃,优化后类胡萝卜素产量较优化前提高了45%。  相似文献

建立了以ODS为色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱,在284 nm波长下同时测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中的黄芩苷、橙皮苷及芒果苷的含量方法。并且测定了以生百部替换蜜炙百部入方剂中上述三种成分的含量,结果发现炙百部入复方中黄芩苷、橙皮苷及芒果苷的含量均约2倍于生品入复方含量。可能是蜜炙百部入复方后,各种化学成分之间相互作用更能促进有效成分的溶出。  相似文献

Campus football application is a Wearable innovation in sports area disassembling wearable innovation functionality for different clients and why there is such a need for these gadgets in everyday existence. It shows how persuasive the various sensors are in conveying an assortment of readings, which can help from many angles, in the existing method, deep learning and machine learning-based campus football application monitoring system. In this current system, data monitoring, data sharing are significantly less accurate in the football application monitoring system. So in the proposed system Global Positioning System (GPS) and FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) for Campus Football Application. Wearable sensors are expanding at work, and by coordinating innovations, clients are gathering more information about themselves. The scale of the wearable design is vast, each with its function to perform in different organizations. Sports wearable include an inertia rating unit and a Global Positioning System (GPS) sensor, which can be modified for various purposes. In this audit, differences show which sensors are feasible and lead to sensor innovation for sport applications. The sport requires constant emotional assessment. This is because the details observed by the sensors are physical. The Colony Optimization Algorithm presentation classifies a portion of the assessment capabilities. Separation can give clients a picture of their performance. The sensors measure the execution details and are done by data preparation, where the channels may vary on the actual information in terms of execution. Other reliability concerns are whether the continuous data input is as accurate as the post-game information.  相似文献

分析了云南腾冲茯苓的挥发油及脂溶性化学成分。通过GC-MS对挥发油及脂溶性成分进行定性分析,以面积归一化法计算百分含量,从茯苓挥发油中鉴定出36个挥发性化学成分(78.81%),脂溶性成分中鉴定出13个化学成分(94.96%),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为两部分中共有的化合物。这是首次对茯苓的脂溶性成分进行GC-MS分析。  相似文献
