本文报道用提拉法测量Hg_(1-x)Mn_xTe单晶磁化强度的实验结果.在低温1.5K-30K范图内,磁场强度为0-7万高斯下,测量了不同组分x=0.06,0.08,0.12,0.16的Hg_(1-x)Mn_xTe磁化强度与组分,温度和磁场强度的关系.采用分子场近似模型,用类布里渊函数,最小二乘法对实验结果进行了拟合和分析.结果表明在本文x值范围内,理论与实验符合较好,证实了锰离子间存在强的反铁磁交换耦合. 相似文献

The newly developed Brillouin microscopy is used for the first time to measure in situ the longitudinal elastic stiffness coefficient in the GHz-range inside of glass-epoxy-metal joints as a function of distance from the substrates. Interphases with a local variation of mechanical properties are quantitatively characterized. These interphases possess unexpected widths of tens to hundreds of microns. Inside the interphases, the spatial variation of the longitudinal stiffness coefficient depends on the type of substrate, on the curing conditions for the epoxy and probably on the distribution of internal stresses. The obtained spatial mechanical profiles provide valuable insight into the morphology-driven mechanics of the interphase, but additional information is needed for a full understanding of their physical and chemical origin. The presented results prove the sensitivity of the Brillouin microscopy; the elastic stiffness coefficients are detected with an accuracy in the subpercentage range. 为了提高布里渊光时域分析系统(BOTDA)在长距离监测应用中的实时性,提出了一种基于压缩感知的布里渊光时域系统实时性增强方法。该方法包含稀疏表示、随机采样和信号重构三个部分。首先采用K-均值奇异值分解算法获得布里渊增益谱的稀疏表示,然后通过高斯随机采样和正交匹配追踪算法进行布里渊增益谱重构。为了验证所提方法的性能,仿真生成了不同信噪比水平的布里渊增益谱,搭建了45 km的布里渊光时域系统进行温度传感实验。仿真和实验结果表明:在累加平均次数为100时,所提算法将信噪比提升了6.37 dB,优于累加平均次数3000时的10.13 dB,对应测量时间减少了1/30;采用8 MHz步长数据重构布里渊增益谱,该方法的重构结果与4 MHz步长数据的相关系数为0.9992,对应扫频时间减少了一半。所提算法在保证测量精度的同时提升了测量实时性。 相似文献

Distributed Brillouin sensing systems (DBSs) have growing applications in engineering and are attracting attention in the field of underground structures, including mining. The capability for continuous measurements of strain over large distances makes DBSs a promising monitoring approach for understanding deformation field evolution within a rock mass, particularly when the sensor is installed away from excavation damaged zone (EDZ). A purpose-built fiber optic sensing cable, a vital component of DBSs, was assessed in laboratory conditions.A test program was performed to observe DBSs response to various perturbations including strain and joint movements, including opening and shearing of joints. These tests included assessment of the strain-free cable response and the application of extensional and lateral displacement to various sensing cable lengths (strained lengths), from 1 m down to 1 cm. Furthermore, tests were done to evaluate the time-dependent behavior of the cable and to observe the effect of strain transfer using a soft host material (e.g. a soft grout) under lateral displacement.The noise level of the DBSs range was ±77 με, determined through repeated measurements on an unstrained cable. Stretching test results showed a clear linear correlation between applied strain and Brillouin frequency shift change for all strained lengths above half the spatial resolution of the DBSs. However, for strained lengths shorter than half the spatial resolution, no strain response was measurable and this is due to the applied internal signal processing of the DBSs to detect peak Brillouin gain spectrum and noise level. The stability with time of the measurements was excellent for test periods up to 15 h.Lateral displacement test results showed a less consistent response compared to tension tests for a given applied displacement. Although the Brillouin frequency shift change is correlated linearly with the applied displacement in tension, it shows a parabolic variation with lateral displacement. Moreover, the registered frequency response (correlated with strain) of the system decreased significantly when the sensing cable was embedded in a sand-filled tube compared with direct cable displacement. 相似文献

Abstract The Brillouin and Raman scattering from a complex single crystal from the tungsten-bronze family, (K0.5Na0.5)0.2(Sr0.75Ba0.25)0.9Nb2O6 doped with Cu2+ (KNSBN:Cu), have been comparatively studied in a wide temperature range around the ferroelectric transition. Step-like anomalies in hypersonic velocity and damping confirm the first-order structural transition. These anomalies look like some perturbations on the high-temperature slopes of both a broad dip in sound velocity and a broad maximum in damping that develop in a wide temperature range. The acoustic behavior of KNSBN:Cu does not simply follow the Landau theory prediction valid for many ferroelectrics except relaxors, to which the KNSBN:Cu behavior is intrinsically analogous. The total intensity of the Raman spectra as well as the intensity of separate internal and external vibrations and their width correlate with acoustic anomalies, namely there are step-like drops at the same temperature of the first-order transition and a broad range where the intensity is drastically increased. 相似文献
