Waveguide external cavity narrow linewidth semiconductor lasers

Narrow linewidth light source is a prerequisite for high-performance coherent optical communication and sensing.Waveguide-based external cavity narrow linewidth semiconductor lasers(WEC-NLSLs)have become a competitive and attractive candidate for many coherent applications due to their small size,volume,low energy consumption,low cost and the ability to integrate with other optical components.In this paper,we present an overview of WEC-NLSLs from their required technologies to the state-of-the-art progress.Moreover,we highlight the common problems occurring to current WEC-NLSLs and show the possible approaches to resolving the issues.Finally,we present the possible development directions for the next phase and hope this review will be beneficial to the advancements of WEC-NLSLs.     

定距螺旋桨对船用主机外特性的要求分析

为解决定距螺旋桨与船用主机在船舶运行工况的机桨匹配问题,结合船舶系泊和航行试验的相关标准,分析和归纳船舶运行数据,将实船测试与船机桨匹配理论计算相结合,得出运输船和拖轮在常用工况及特殊工况下定距螺旋桨对主机外特性的定量要求,为配套不同细分市场时船用主机的优化和开发提供参考依据。     

Design of disturbance observer based on adaptive-neural control for large-scale time-delay systems in the presence of actuator fault and unknown dead zone

This article presents an adaptive neural compensation scheme for a class of large-scale time delay nonlinear systems in the presence of unknown dead zone, external disturbances, and actuator faults. In this article, the quadratic Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals are introduced to tackle the system delays. The unknown functions of the system are estimated by using radial basis function neural networks. Furthermore, a disturbance observer is developed to approximate the external disturbances. The proposed adaptive neural compensation control method is constructed by utilizing a backstepping technique. The boundedness of all the closed-loop signals is guaranteed via Lyapunov analysis and the tracking errors are proved to converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. Simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.     

大直径平底负压容器优化设计

通过对大直径平底负压容器平底板的设计计算,平底板计算厚度很厚。通过分析,提出了对平底板采取加强措施,从而减薄平底板计算厚度的方法。该容器在实际生产过程中性能可靠、稳定,对类似设备设计具有借鉴意义。     

鄂尔多斯盆地榆林－神木地区上古生界裂缝和断层分布及其对天然气富集区的影响

鄂尔多斯盆地东部榆林-神木地区上古生界发育了断层和3种类型的裂缝.裂缝类型有区域构造缝、水平缝（包括层理缝与缝合线）和成岩缝,其中,区域构造缝主要呈北东向分布,在上古生界各层位均发育,缝合线在山2段中下部和太原组灰岩中都可见到,层理缝仅见于山西组山2段中下部,成岩缝仅见于石千峰组千5段.断层为逆断层,断穿了上古生界下部气藏的区域盖层和烃源岩.裂缝和断层分布对研究区重点勘探层位山2段、盒8段和千5段的天然气富集起到了重要作用：伴生的层理缝和缝合线的分布控制了山2段天然气富集区;区域构造缝的分布促进了盒8段天然气的富集;而千5段天然气的富集则依赖于本区断穿上石盒子组的断层和区域构造缝的分布.图6表2参29     

移动通信系统中功率控制研究

在阐述功率控制在移动通信系统中的发展过程的基础上，着重研究了WCDMA系统的功率控制，最后对功率控制未来的研究方向做了简要的分析。     

黄骅坳陷新生代断裂构造系统研究

黄骅坳陷断裂构造极为发育，其新生代构造系统主要为伸展构造系统，以铲形正断层或坡坪式正断层为主干伸展断层，以不同尺度的北东一北东东向正断层和具调节性质的北西一北西西向断层为特征。经过对黄骅坳陷新生代构造应力场的分析，黄骅坳陷盖层中极难出现明确的走滑断裂，其雁列状排列的断层应为倾斜滑动断层；黄骅坳陷中不同凹陷或断块之间不同的伸展程度往往为横向地垒状凸起、鼻状凸起或鼻状背斜所调节，在横向凸起和凹陷之间伴生北西向正断层，它们与挤压变形体系中具有走滑性质的横向变换断层又有本质上的不同。     

国产风机盘管空调系统常见问题分析

分析了国产风机盘管使用中常见的问题,指出机组因风量不足、冷量风量匹配不合理以及风机盘管某些设备故障,导致了风机盘管精度低、舒适性差、能耗高等一系列问题。指出应引起空调设计和运行维护人员的注意。     

新型低压抽屉式开关柜在冶金系统的应用

介绍新型低压抽屉式开关柜的结构性能和特点，并与早期低压柜作了比较。阐述了新型低压抽屉式开关柜在冶金系统应用中的几点改进情况。
