Cyclamate and its metabolite cyclohexylamine affect male fertility in high dose animal studies, but this affect has not been investigated in epidemiological studies. This paper reports the first epidemiological study designed to investigate the possibility of a relationship between cyclamate and cyclohexylamine and male fertility in humans, in which 405 cases of clinically defined infertility in men and 379 controls were surveyed. Semen evaluation, urine analysis for cyclamate and cyclohexylamine and dietary questionnaires were compared between cases and controls. No evidence was found of a significant association between cyclamate intake and male infertility; neither high cyclamate nor high cyclohexylamine excretion were associated with elevated risk. The lack of association remained after adjusting by age, area of residence, education, total energy intake and other variables. No significant correlations were observed between cyclamate intake, metabolism or excretion, and sperm count and motility. The results demonstrate no effect of cyclamate or cyclohexylamine on male fertility at the present levels of cyclamate consumption.  相似文献

环已胺己二酸盐是一种新型的环保垂有机合成材料,广泛应用于助焊添加剂。文章介绍了以环己胺和己二酸为原料合成环己胺己二酸盐原理和工艺条件,讨论了反应温度、合成比倒、加入水量、干燥温度等条件对环己胺己二酸盐的影响,最终获得最优工艺条件。结果表明,该合成工艺路线简单、安全,稳定性好,获得的产品纯度高,不含卤素,安全环保。  相似文献

以二巯基苯骈噻唑(促进剂M)、环己胺为原料,水作溶剂,在不使用强酸、强碱及其他催化剂的条件下,采用双氧水作氧化剂合成了N-环己基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺(CBS)。并通过正交实验对其合成工艺进行了优化。结果表明,CBS的最佳合成工艺条件为:n(促进剂M)/n(环己胺)为1.0∶3.0,n(促进剂M)/n(H2O2)为1.0∶1.9,n(环己胺)/n(溶剂水)为1∶55,反应温度为55℃;在此条件下,合成的CBS收率为95.28%,熔点为99.0℃,灰分为0.04%,挥发分为0.07%,其质量达到了国内企业行业标准HG 2096—91优级品指标。  相似文献

Over the last 50 years methacrylic polymers, especially poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), have reached a noteworthy place in world polymer production. However, for special applications that require thermal properties, polycarbonates take the place of PMMA because of the latter's low glass transition temperature (Tg) of 105°C. The aminolysis reaction of PMMA with cyclohexylamine in xylene was studied to obtain a polyglutarimide exhibiting higher Tg values. The mechanism involving aminolysis and further amidization of ester groups was correlated with the experimental characterization of all the species created during the reaction. Poly(N‐cyclohexylacrylamide) and polyglutarimide (prepared from this precursor) were prepared in order to determine the special characteristics of these model compounds by FTIR. This method abled the quantification of ester, amide, acid, and imide groups. This aminolysis reaction was optimized (190–250°C; ratio of constituents, 0.5: 3) by spectroscopically following the different groups and monitoring the increase of the Tg. Poly(N‐cyclohexyl glutarimide) (65%) containing amide groups (25%) and acid groups (10%) presents a Tg value of 195°C. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 76: 1876–1888, 2000  相似文献

采用复合脱酸剂,对北疆高酸原油进行了脱酸研究。对脱酸剂组成进行详细的优选,考察了反应温度、反应时间、脱酸剂加量对脱酸率的影响,考察了超声辐照对脱酸的强化作用。实验结果表明:采用环己胺为中和剂、乙二醇为萃取溶剂组成的脱酸剂对高酸原油具有较高的脱酸率,且没有乳化现象。超声辐照对脱酸过程具有强化作用,使反应时间显著缩短;含环己胺质量分数为30%的乙二醇具有良好的脱酸性能,加量为15%wt时,脱酸率达到86.5%,采用减压蒸馏回收环烷酸,乙二醇回收率为99.3%,环己胺回收率为96.6%,回收的环烷酸纯度较高,酸值达到167 mg KOH/g。  相似文献

Optically active β-amino alcohols are very useful chiral intermediates frequently used in the preparation of pharmaceutically active substances. Here, a novel cyclohexylamine oxidase (ArCHAO) was identified from the genome sequence of Arthrobacter sp. TYUT010-15 with the R-stereoselective deamination activity of β-amino alcohol. ArCHAO was cloned and successfully expressed in E. coli BL21, purified and characterized. Substrate-specific analysis revealed that ArCHAO has high activity (4.15 to 6.34 U mg−1 protein) and excellent enantioselectivity toward the tested β-amino alcohols. By using purified ArCHAO, a wide range of racemic β-amino alcohols were resolved, (S)-β-amino alcohols were obtained in >99 % ee. Deracemization of racemic β-amino alcohols was conducted by ArCHAO-catalyzed enantioselective deamination and transaminase-catalyzed enantioselective amination to afford (S)-β-amino alcohols in excellent conversion (78–94 %) and enantiomeric excess (>99 %). Preparative-scale deracemization was carried out with 50 mM (6.859 g L−1) racemic 2-amino-2-phenylethanol, (S)-2-amino-2-phenylethanol was obtained in 75 % isolated yield and >99 % ee.  相似文献
