试验研究全钢载重子午线轮胎0°带束层胶配方及混炼工艺的优化效果。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎0°带束层胶配方中并用炭黑N660,增粘树脂选用TKM-M-11,并减小炭黑N375、白炭黑和不溶性硫黄用量,同时在混炼工艺中采取分段加氧化锌、多段加炭黑等优化措施,降低了胶料的门尼粘度,提高了炭黑分散性、胶料自粘性及硫化胶物理性能,改善了0°带束层的表面粘性,提高了成品轮胎的强度和耐久性能,有效地解决了0°带束层散线的质量问题。  相似文献

针对维汉机器翻译中未登录词和译文乱序问题严重的现象, 结合维吾尔语粘着性语言特点以及最大熵分类算法, 提出了一种基于粘着性模糊规则的维汉机器翻译最大熵调序模型。该模型以最大熵模型为基础, 在维吾尔语词级别构建粘着性规则约束, 从训练语料中提取更加有效的调序规则来指导翻译解码过程。实验证明, 与当前主要MSD(mono、swap、discontinuous)等调序方法相比, 该方法较好地体现了维吾尔语的粘着性特点, 提高了译文质量。  相似文献

A two‐layer film consisting of a tacky layer (air side) and a porous nontacky layer (release‐paper side) was prepared by casting blend emulsion on a release paper, in which 150‐nm 2‐ethylhexyl acrylate–2‐methoxyethyl acrylate–acrylic acid terpolymer particles having high storage stability and 542‐nm ethyl acrylate–methyl methacrylate copolymer particles having low storage stability were dispersed. Both emulsion particles were produced by emulsifier‐free emulsion copolymerizations. The difference of tackiness between both surfaces increased with increases in the film‐formation time and the concentration of electrolytes in the blend emulsion, and resulted in the two‐layer film. Sensorial tests on silicones tackiness perception with naïve consumers show that the stickiness sensation can be disturbed by the sensation of finger penetration into the sample. Indeed a frequent report is that a non-expert people cannot perceive whether tackiness sensation is related to the material adhesion properties or whether it is related to the finger penetration. The samples are both elastomers silicones but some are gel-like elastomers and others are compact silicones. We use an experimental device to realize indentation tests in order to try to differentiate mechanically the two silicones. The apparatus developed in the laboratory allows to characterize and to study the adhesion properties of materials. The analysis of the results should allow to investigate which parameter can influence the sensorial analysis of tackiness.  相似文献

The tackiness properties of radiation‐vulcanized natural rubber latex (RVNRL) film surfaces coated by various monomers were investigated in order to define the suitable hydrogels which reduce the tackiness of the film. In this context, different types of monomers, namely, N‐vinyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NVP), N,N‐dimethylaminoethylamide (DMAEA), acrylic acid (AAc), n‐butyl acrylate (n‐BA), and 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as well as the monomer mixtures were tried with varying degrees of success. Coating the RVNRL film with 80% HEMA/20% n‐BA by irradiation at 80 kGy using a low‐energy electron beam gave a remarkable reduction in the surface tackiness of the RVNRL film. Several other attempts were made such as priming the RVNRL film with acid and aluminum sulfate prior to coating, mixing the aluminum sulfate into the monomer mixtures, and dipping the partially wet RVNRL film into the monomer to enhance the wettability of the monomers with the film. The photomicrographs taken illustrate that the decrease in tackiness with the coating is due to the increase of the surface roughness at an 80‐kGy irradiation dose. The studies also revealed that the reduction in the contact angle and the increase in water absorption of the RVNRL film after irradiation are due to the formation of the hydrogel layer. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 在碱回收生产过程中,惰性积累已成为一个不可忽视的重要问题,它会引起诸如:结垢、积灰、降低白泥的过滤性能和产生木素沉析等问题.这些惰性物质包括:硅、钙、氯和钾等元素,其对生产的影响是显而易见的.通过过程除硅、有效降低黑液中的氯含量、降低过灰量等措施可有效降低生产过程中的惰性积累.  相似文献

试验研究增粘树脂T5600在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,以增粘树脂T5600等量替代增粘树脂T0411用于胎圈耐磨胶中,能够提高硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力,降低生热;用于胎肩垫胶中,可以提高硫化胶的弹性,改善胶料的自粘性,降低生热。成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。  相似文献

以正硅酸乙酯和六甲基二硅氧烷为原料制得MQ硅树脂,MQ硅树脂再与107硅橡胶进行缩合反应,制备了107-MQ;再加入过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)及辅料配成有机硅压敏胶。考察了MQ硅树脂与107硅橡胶的质量比、BPO用量、外加辅料对压敏胶性能的影响。较佳工艺为:MQ与107硅橡胶的质量比为0.75:1.1.75:1、BPO用量2份、丙烯酸羟乙酯用量0.5份(MQ与107硅橡胶总用量100份),此时有机硅压敏胶液稳定,可长时间放置,初粘32#钢球,剥离强度12N/25mm。  相似文献
