Through the vacuum diffusion welding SiCp/ZL101 aluminum with Cu interlayer,the effect of welding parame-ter and the thickness of Cu on the welded joint property was investigated,and the optimal welding parameters were putforward at the same time.The microstructure of joint was analyzed by means of optical-microscope,scanning electron mi-croscope in order to study the relationship between the macro-properties of joint and the microstructure.The results showthat diffusion welding with Cu interlayer could be used for welding aluminum matrix composites SiCp/ZL101 successfully. 相似文献

采用粉末冶金技术制备了SiCp/Al复合材料,探讨了SiC颗粒质量分数对SiCp/Al复合材料密度、布氏硬度、微观形貌以及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,SiC颗粒表面形成了少量可提高界面结合性的Al4C3化合物。随着SiC质量分数增加,SiCp/Al复合材料的密度没有明显的变化,当SiC质量分数增加至25%时,密度明显下降。SiCp/Al复合材料的布氏硬度随着SiC质量分数的增加呈先增长后减小的变化趋势。当SiC质量分数为20%时,材料的硬度最优(HBW 114),平均摩擦系数达到最大值(0.3425),摩擦后试样表面形貌平整且犁沟较浅,SiC颗粒未出现明显剥落。 相似文献

An attempt was made to investigate the machinability of Si Cp/Al composites based on the experimental study using mill-grinding processing method. The experiments were carried out on a high-speed CNC machining center using integrated abrasive cutting tool. The effects of combined machining parameters, e g, cutting speed(vs), feed rate(vf), and depth of cut(ap), with the same change of material removal rate(MRR) on the mill-grinding force and surface roughness(Ra) were investigated. The formation mechanism of typical machined surface defects was analyzed by SEM. The experimental results reveal that with the same change of material removal rate, lower mill-grinding force values can be gained by increasing depth of cut and feed rate simultaneously at higher cutting speed. With the same change of MRR value, lower surface roughness values can be gained by increasing the feed rate at higher cutting speed, rather than just increasing the depth of cut, or increasing the feed rate and depth of cut simultaneously. The machined surface of Si Cp/Al composites reveals typical defects which can influence surface integrity. 相似文献

使用自制的含Sc、Ce、Be的TiB2原位增强与4047焊丝为填充材料对T6态SiCp/AlMMCs 进行TIG焊,对接头的力学性能、显微组织以及断口形貌和第二相粒子进行分析。结果表明:两种焊丝焊接该种材料的焊缝成型优良,4047焊丝成型更加美观;TiB2接头的抗拉强度明显优于ER4047接头,平均强度达到171.88MPa,相对于4047接头强度提高40.03%,TiB2粒子起到了原位增强的作用;两种接头的硬度值在焊缝中心近似呈对称分布,焊缝区硬度最低,平均值分别为:71.65HV、60.02HV,热影响区硬度的“过时效”现象明显;焊缝中SiC颗粒较少,存在严重贫瘠区 ,未发现明显的Al4C3脆性物;显微组织都为枝晶组织,但4047接头焊缝枝晶粗大,TiB2接头焊缝晶粒细小,稀土元素Sc、Ce、Be起到了细化晶粒的作用,且TiB2粒子在焊缝中分布均匀;TiB2接头断口中气孔较少,为韧-脆性混合性断裂,韧窝中第二相粒子较多;4047接头断口中气孔较多,为韧性断裂,韧窝中第二相粒子较少。 相似文献

The laser beam welding technique was used to process SiC particles/6063A1 alloy matrix composite, the influence of laser power and welding speed on the properties of joint was studied. Decreasing the laser beam power with same welding speed can make the quantity and size of A14C3 decreased, and the interactive mechanism of the reinforcing particles and the matrix in the joint and the causes for joint strength reduction were analyzed.Increasing welding speed properly can improve the distribution of energy and restrain the interfacial reaction in the molten pool, and measures for improving were proposed. 相似文献
