Thermodynamic modeling of native point defects and dopants of GaN semiconductors

A thermodynamic modeling of GaN was carried out to describe the thermodynamic behavior of native defects, dopants, and carriers (free electrons and holes) in GaN semiconductors. The compound energy model (CEM) was used. An unintentionally doped GaN was taken as an example. Oxygen was introduced into the model as the unintentionally doped impurity, according to the practical experimental phenomena. The energies of component compounds in the model were defined based on the results of the ab initio calculations and adjusted to fit experimental data. The thermodynamic properties of the defects and the oxygen doped were calculated to show the facility of the model.

话音ATM交换的实现─—ATM论坛电路仿真系列建议

近年来，随着ATM主干网络的建设和发展，研究ATM对现有通信业务的支持方式和适配技术是目前ATM技术研究的热点之一。话音ATM交换在降低话音通信成本和简化网络操作环境等方面提供了大量的技术手段，并且支持在单一网络环境中的多种综合业务传输。ATM论坛制定了电路仿真系列建议，话音ATM交换的技术已经基本成熟。文章通过对话音ATM交换在实现和优化方面的技术进行分析，并提出一种基于NativeModeATM的话音通信方式。     

移动混合开发框架

针对现有混合开发框架在开发便利性和应用性能方面的不足,研究了以HTML5开发为基础的移动混合开发框架的问题.结合HTML5跨平台特性、打包机制、多窗口管理机制、原生插件开发技术等,实现了一套自有的混合开发框架.本混合开发框架为开发带来了便利,提升了开发效率,同时,混合引擎中独特实现的Widget应用管理以及窗口管理模式也改善了混合应用的性能,提升了用户体验.我公司实现的企业级移动解决方案表明该框架性能较好,易于使用,具有较好的商业价值.

基于VVeb2.0数字环境的本土服装品牌发展策略研究

数字化虚拟经营正成为数字化知识经济时代下创意型本土服装品牌萌芽、发展的主要手段.首先通过对本土服装品牌数字化进程的阶段性划分、归纳以及Web2.0数字化环境的综合分析,总结出本土服装品牌存在的问题;通过分析问题成因及借鉴案例,探讨应对数字化环境的策略,并设计了一套针对性较强的品牌营销方案,以期能够帮助解决一些实际问题.     

基于Intel Xeon Phi的激光等离子体粒子模拟研究

激光等离子体粒子模拟广泛用于探索极端物质状态下的科学问题。将一种基于粒子云网格方法的三维等离子体粒子模拟程序LARED P移植到Intel Xeon Phi协处理器上。在移植的过程中,综合运用了Native和Offload两种编程模式：首先运用Native模式对LARED P程序中热点计算任务进行优化研究,通过采用SIMD扩展指令使该计算任务获得了4.61倍的加速;然后运用Offload模式将程序移植到CPU-Intel Xeon Phi异构系统上,并通过使用异步数据传输和双缓冲技术分别提升了程序性能9.8%和21.8%。     

细菌对红黏土抗剪强度的影响

为了探究土壤原生细菌对红黏土强度的影响,通过对红黏土中天然赋存的原生细菌进行富集培养,并在红黏土重塑试样中添加培养后的细菌菌液,通过土工试验和电镜试验分析红黏土物理力学性质和微观结构的变化。结果表明:随着细菌的掺入,三轴试样的破坏峰值和压缩模量都有所提高,并且随时间的增长,呈现先增大后减小的趋势;同时从电镜图像上来看,细菌的掺入使得红黏土中粉粒含量有所增加,相应的黏粒含量下降。研究结果可为进一步研究单一的细菌种类对红黏土物理力学性质和微观结构的影响提供参考。     

清前期台湾道台理“番”措施初探

作为主管台湾民政的地方官,理“番”是台湾道台不可回避的一项重要工作。清前期各任台湾道台采取了各种措施来解决“番民”问题,如抚绥“番民”、革除杂派、解决番地流失问题、推进“番民”教育等,这些措施对推进“番民”的汉化进程、缓和汉“番”之间的矛盾、维护台湾的稳定与发展起到重要作用。     

Do Management Actions to Restore Rare Habitat Benefit Native Fish Conservation? Distribution of Juvenile Native Fish Among Shoreline Habitats of the Colorado River

Many management actions in aquatic ecosystems are directed at restoring or improving specific habitats to benefit fish populations. In the Grand Canyon reach of the Colorado River, experimental flow operations as part of the Glen Canyon Dam Adaptive Management Program have been designed to restore sandbars and associated backwater habitats. Backwaters can have warmer water temperatures than other habitats, and native fish, including the federally endangered humpback chub Gila cypha, are frequently observed in backwaters, leading to a common perception that this habitat is critical for juvenile native fish conservation. However, it is unknown how fish densities in backwaters compare with that in other habitats or what proportion of juvenile fish populations reside in backwaters. Here, we develop and fit multi‐species hierarchical models to estimate habitat‐specific abundances and densities of juvenile humpback chub, bluehead sucker Catostomus discobolus, flannelmouth sucker Catostomus latipinnis and speckled dace Rhinichthys osculus in a portion of the Colorado River. Densities of all four native fish were greatest in backwater habitats in 2009 and 2010. However, backwaters are rare and ephemeral habitats, so they contain only a small portion of the overall population. For example, the total abundance of juvenile humpback chub in this study was much higher in talus than in backwater habitats. Moreover, when we extrapolated relative densities based on estimates of backwater prevalence directly after a controlled flood, the majority of juvenile humpback chub were still found outside of backwaters. This suggests that the role of controlled floods in influencing native fish population trends may be limited in this section of the Colorado River. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
