浅谈压力铸造的全自动化生产

近年来,国家对制造业的数字化、网络化、智能化越来越重视,特别是《中国制造2025》的发布,更是促进整个制造业向智能制造迈进,铸造行业也应该紧跟步伐。在传统压力铸造行业中压铸机的加料、取件,切边机的上件、下件,加工机床的上件、下件,都是依靠人来完成,大大制约了行业的发展。本文阐述了压力铸造的全自动化生产,为压力铸造行业的转型升级提供借鉴。     

压水堆核电厂堆外源量程探测器计数率分析

压水堆核电厂启动过程中，次级中子源为堆外源量程探测器提供本底计数率，避免测量盲区，确保反应堆安全启动。但次级中子源的引入会为核电厂带来较大的经济和环境负担，同时也需承受次级中子源破损等带来的风险。为此，可使用受辐照燃料组件的自发裂变中子源进行替代，即无源启动方式。通过研究堆外源量程探测器计数率的理论计算方法，并基于运行电厂测量数据进行分析验证，为源量程探测器计数率的理论预估提供了较为完善的理论方法流程。本文结果可为无源启动源量程探测器计数率分析提供支持，同时也可用于次级中子源装载量或布置位置的优化分析等。     

浅析混凝土搅拌站的防雷

近年来,我市因雷击而导致搅拌站系统瘫痪停产、影响工程进度的事件时有发生,在针对混凝土搅拌站配料秤的实际检定工作中,也常发现配料秤的称重传感器因雷击损坏而影响计量准确性。因此,对混凝土搅拌站防雷的研究具有重要意义。本文阐述了雷电对混凝土搅拌站的主要危害,分析了混凝土搅拌站常见的雷击原因及其防护措施,旨在引起生产方、安装方以及使用方对混凝土搅拌站防雷的共同重视。     

Excited-state absorption of meso-tetrasulfonatophenyl porphyrin: Effects of pH and micelles

The influence of the environment on the excited state transitions of meso-tetrakis(p-sulfonatophenyl) porphyrin (TPPS) is reported. TPPS was investigated in protonated and non-protonated forms, and in the presence of the cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) micelles. The singlet excited-state absorption spectra were measured by using the white-light continuum Z-scan technique and the triplet–triplet absorption spectra were acquired employing an association of laser flash photolysis and Z-scan techniques. Our results show that the perseveration of the molecular symmetry, upon excitation, depends on the state of multiplicity of the molecules, as well as on the environment and structural characteristics of the porphyrin. Additionally, it was observed that for excited molecules, the ring distortion caused by the protonation of porphyrin ring has great influence on the changes observed for the symmetry and vibronic structure. The results clearly show that the porphyrin investigated is a promising candidate for optical limiting applications for all investigated environments.     

风机主轴锻件锻后热处理工艺优化

通过对42CrMo4风机主轴结构尺寸、性能要求、材质特点等方面进行分析,对原有锻后热处理工艺进行优化,制定出既能达到锻后热处理效果又经济节能的工艺参数。     

Effects of graphite nano-flakes on thermal and microstructural properties of TiB2–SiC composites

In the last decades, the production of ultra-high temperature composites with improved thermo-mechanical properties has attracted much attention. This study focuses on the effect of graphite nano-flakes addition on the microstructure, densification, and thermal characteristics of TiB₂–25 vol% SiC composite. The samples were manufactured through spark plasma sintering process under the sintering conditions of 1800 °C/7 min/40 MPa. Scanning electron microscopy images demonstrated a homogenous dispersion of graphite flakes within the TiB₂–SiC composite causing a betterment in the densification process. The thermal diffusivity of the specimens was gained via the laser flash technique. The addition of graphite nano-flakes as a dopant in TiB₂–SiC did not change the thermal diffusivity. Consequently, the remarkable thermal conductivity of TiB₂–SiC remained intact. It seems that the finer grains and more interfaces obstruct the heat flow in TiB₂–SiC–graphite composites. Adding a small amount of graphite nano-flakes enhances the densification of the mentioned composite by preventing the grain growth.
