Stabilizing temperature-capacitance dependence of (Sr,Pb, Bi)TiO3-Bi4Ti3O12 solutions for energy storage

(1-x)Sr_0.7Pb_0.15Bi_0.1TiO₃-xBi₄Ti₃O₁₂ ((1-x)SPBT-xBIT, x = 0-0.125) bulk ceramics were developed and calcined via the solid-state method, aimed at the application of pulsed power capacitors. The phase structures, temperature stability, hysteresis loop, and discharge properties were systematically investigated. Considering both the temperature stability and dielectric properties, 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT bulk ceramics with a capacitance variation satisfying the X7R specification were developed for pulsed power capacitors. The energy storage density was 0.252 J/cm³, and the ceramics showed high temperature stability at 80 kV/cm. The discharge current waveforms of the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics were recorded. A high discharge power density of approximately 1.01 × 10⁸ W/kg with an 8 Ω load resistor and short discharge period of 84 ns were achieved at 50 kV/cm. The good temperature stability properties and high power density show that the 0.925SPBT-0.075BIT ceramics are well suited for pulsed power capacitors with a wide temperature range.     

上水口环形吹氩对中间包内渣眼形成的影响

 中间包上水口环形吹氩可以在塞棒周围形成清洗钢液的环形气幕，同时部分氩气泡随钢液进入上水口内，可以减少非金属夹杂物在水口内壁的黏附，起到防止水口堵塞的作用。然而，不合理的吹氩量会导致中间包内液面渣层受过强的气液羽流冲击而形成渣眼，使得钢液裸露并发生二次氧化，严重影响铸坯质量。采用标准 k ε 湍流模型研究中间包内流体流动，采用DPM模型和VOF模型耦合方法，研究上水口环形吹氩条件下渣眼的形成及演化规律。结果表明，上水口环形吹氩在塞棒周围形成较强的上升流，塞棒上部邻近区域存在多个涡流区；在钢液涡流的影响下，中间包液渣下层远离塞棒区域，上层向塞棒区域迁移；随着吹氩量的增大，平均湍动能增大，塞棒附近钢液速度逐渐增大，钢渣界面钢液速度先增大后减小，渣眼边缘钢液速度先增大后减小然后再增大，速度与垂直方向夹角逐渐减小；增大吹氩量，中间包熔池液面形成以塞棒为中心的渣眼，渣眼面积逐渐增大。试验条件下不产生渣眼的临界吹氩量为4.2 L/min，对应的钢渣界面最大速度为0.247 m/s，与垂直方向夹角为70°。

卫星激光通信粗跟踪系统复合控制策略

针对卫星激光通信粗跟踪系统的跟踪稳定精度指标要求高的特点,建立了基于永磁同步电机直接驱动的粗跟踪系统模型并进行了跟踪稳定误差分析。在采用传统PID控制策略存在跟踪误差较大、动态性能较差等不足的基础上,提出了一种基于粗跟踪系统的改进型前馈复合控制策略。从理论上分析了前馈复合控制策略提高了粗跟踪系统的动态性能,为降低跟踪稳定误差提供了改善方案。地面实验验证结果表明,与传统控制策略相比,改进型复合控制策略极大地降低了系统的动态跟踪误差,动态跟踪误差由606μrad降低至13μrad(1δ)。进一步的在轨实验也验证了改进型复合控制策略的合理性和先进性,总体指标满足了卫星激光通信终端的极高精度要求。本文所提出的控制策略对其他高性能跟踪伺服系统设计也具有较大的借鉴意义。     

Effects of anion and cation doping on the thermoelectric properties of n-type PbS

The PbCl_xS_1-x and Pb_1-xBi_xS (x? =?0–0.05) bulks were fabricated with a facile method of hydrothermal synthesis and microwave sintering, and the effect of anionic and cationic donors on the thermoelectric performance of PbS was investigated. Although Cl^? and Bi³⁺ both effectively improved the thermoelectric properties of n-type PbS, more excellent thermoelectric performance was obtained from Cl^? doped samples because of higher electrical property and lower thermal conductivity at higher temperature (T? >?600?K). The thermoelectric figure of merit (ZT) reaches 1.04 for PbCl_0.015S_0.985 at 800?K and increases with temperature increasing without sign of saturation, which is probably the highest value ever reported for single-phase polycrystalline n-type PbS. The results also indicate that the hydrothermal synthesis and microwave sintering can realize anion doping as well as cation doping for n-type PbS at low cost, and PbS should be a robust alternative for PbTe thermoelectric materials.     

介孔分子硅剂改善茶浓缩膜结构特性应用研究

为有效提高功能性茶浓缩反渗透膜的回收效率和抗污性能,探究了3种介孔分子硅材料(MCM-41、SBA-15和MCFs)对浓缩膜面聚酰胺层聚合形成过程的结构影响。结果表明,添加质量分数0.02%经磺化预处理的MCM-41于间苯二胺水相可接枝酰氯基团,形成的聚酰胺结构层峰谷粗糙跨度仅为220 nm且交联紧致,膜抗拉伸强度增加37.8%;SBA-15和MCFs相膜面峰谷跨度达500~780 nm,横向褶皱和团聚,结构存在孔道塌陷;改性膜在3 h内对茶多酚、茶多糖、茶蛋白即可达到最大浓缩度,减少50%浓缩时间;MCM-41和SBA-15膜长时间运行的浓缩降率仅为2.8%~6.1%,48 h下降率比显示改性膜达标使用时长增加112.5%~137.5%,亲水性和抗污堵能力均大幅提升,可有效满足功能化茶浓缩精度。
